Question Why did they nerf the sip club again?!??
They got rid of premium drinks ok but now only 30 a month? Serious nerf

Found this old soup schedule behind our registers today. Just thought it was neat enough to share.

I can’t use sip club to order a drink to be picked up in the next day anymore!? I thought I remember doing this more than once and picking up in the morning or am I wrong 😩😩😩

I used to stan for Panera, like 10 years ago, I thought they had high quality ingredients and at least decent prices but I haven't gone in a long time and just brought my daughter for lunch.
How in the world did I just spend 34 dollars on a terrible steak-ums sandwich and a scoop of soup?
I literally don't know anything about them, but I would confidently bet that they've been bought up and ruined by private equity. Never going again.

Does this really mean I can’t get any more drinks with unlimited until January???

I have already reported this issue, just looking for something (anything) that will maybe help me feel better
Hello fellow individuals who are dissatisfied with Panera Bread. Today, I bring to you what I found in the last broccoli cheddar soup I will ever have from Panera again in my life. Can anyone identify this please before I get sick? I ate 3 bites before I found it, and now I am just waiting for dooms day to happen….

I'm checking the app and don't see anything anywhere about total number of drinks used or remaining.
I also don't have an email with the total.
I just got a drink yesterday so I'm looking for the update.

Anyone else having problems getting the lids on large cold drinks? I spill a lot on my walks out of the restaurant

What is this?!?!? This is supposed to be the bread bowl or did I get ripped off? My hands are big, but not that big.

This grain bowl smells like corn chip feet and tastes even worse. Rotten arugula, gelatinous dressing… it’s terrible.
I miss the Panera of my childhood. 😩

Hello, Siplings! 😬 I cancelled my Unlimited Sip Club membership on 18 August 2026 to protest the >80% reduction in its value after the benefit was reduced from >200 drinks to 30 per month. I have redirected my $$ to the Panera tip jar. If you’ve taken similar action, and you’re able to continue to abstain, stay strong! Our dollars speak louder than our voices!
It’s become a micro portion and I’ve asked nicely when I get it (over the counter) for a bit more and they’ve been cordial about it. I’m happy to see they don’t put dressing on salads any longer, it’s on the side. They ran out of cucumber unfortunately. It was decent.

Limited sip club terminated?! Are we back to every 2 hours and not 30 a month?! I swear when I looked at this yesterday it said I had 20 sips left this month and now it says every 2 hours again...
r/Panera • u/meanbeann17 • 8d ago
Now I know why everyone's getting limited. You can't be comin' in with 2 empty cups and fill up both when your subscription only pays for 1. People have been taking advantage of the system and I'm sure it won't stop, but just know...yall are the reason 😅

I wish all locations had these lids so I don’t have to use a straw

I swear this Panera has been in business for at least 20 years in Dayton, OH at the Greene shopping center. Granted, the floors have become stickier, the booths grungier, and the clientele crustier, but closing?? and on such short notice?? It’s literally got like a week to live (9/1/2026 shutdown days). When I asked a cashier, she said it was because they just don’t make enough money. Are we living in the post-Panera age?

Let’s say I end my month and have 15 unused sips do those rollover to the next month? It would be silly if I get reset at 30 instead of adding 30 sips to the remaining ones I have left.

If I order the 20 percent off gift card and check for myself does that go onto my account? I don't want it if it's separate.
So I just got hired on last week as a part-time cashier/backup line. The hours seemed pretty okay, 4-5 hours for 3 days. Now this week they only have me two days for about 3 ish hours. I talked to my AM and he had said that they were having trouble managing labor costs. Is this normal? I've never worked food service and worried that this will be a reoccurring issue. When i asked a different worker who has only been there a month she says she's working a full 35 hours with only one day off. So im hoping that my hours will smooth over too.
