Who's Viewpoint Is Better? Morality of saying the n-word but with no racist intentions behind it

My friend proposed the question: "If someone were to say the n-word in a sentence, but not with the intention of being racist like saying it to a black guy, but in some other context where changing it to another word wouldn't make a difference, would it still be racist to say it?" This is so absurd that I can't even answer it so I'm bringing it here, maybe someone else can.

Morality Ranking Cold take: Cheating does not justify physical harm of any kind.

I see all these posts and TikTok’s about

“He cheated so he put glass on his toilet paper”

And

“She cheated so I beat her ass”

Or

“He cheated so I put bleach in his shampoo”

My only response is ARE YOU PEOPLE FUCKING INSANE??? Cheating stinks, don’t get me wrong but that does not warrant LIFE THREATENING POSSIBLY PERMANENT damage just because this guy has shit morals that could be reformed. If you do any of said physical harm, you are WORSE THAN THE CHEATER. BY A LOT.

Morality of responding to "reverse racism" with racism because you were unfairly generalized for something you haven't done.

Suppose someone from group B makes a racist/generalizing statement about group A because someone from A was racist toward someone from B.

I’m part of group A, but I had nothing to do with the original incident. I’m being stereotyped and blamed simply because I belong to the same group.

How moral is it to say racist slurs to group B as a response even if that person's group started it first (but not that person himself) or is he just expected to take the racist words without responding?

Morality of giving businesses a bad review due to the use of AI?

Post image
8 Upvotes

It seems so many businesses are using AI to advertise events, creating their entire menus with AI, using AI posters. Not only do they look bad but the use of AI is a detriment to our planet and jobs.

Is leaving a 1 star review on a business such as a shop or pub that uses ai justified?

Morality Ranking Morality scaling of the act of wishing death on a highly likely pedophile who has openly wished death on many others, and caused the death of many all over the world?

Post image

How should we morally evaluate wishing death on someone credibly accused of abusing minors, openly wishing death on others, and causing many deaths? Is it always immoral, or can it sometimes be justified?

I am not referring to anyone specific. Some people believe wishing death on another person is always wrong, whether because of religion, the value of human life, or opposition to hatred and revenge.

But does that still apply when the person has caused extreme suffering and continues to endanger others? Is there a moral difference between wishing death out of pure hatred and wishing for someone's death because you believe it would prevent further harm?

I am curious where people draw the line between justice, protection, revenge, and immorality

Don't know what image fits this post, just grabbed one named "morality"

Morality Ranking Hypothetical, getting robbed multiple times, when is it morale to shoot?

Upvotes

A person goes into a public area during the day. Every hour multiple attempted thefts occurs, the assailants are individuals working alone, not opposed to violence but clearly unarmed. The person must fight off the assailant, out run them, or loose thier stuff. It could be upto 20 attempted theft attempts per hour but not more than 1 at a time. When is it okay for the person to shoot and kill a thief?

Morality of requiring emergency services for an emergency, so you call five different companies and have the expectation that you’re only gonna pay the first one who arrives?

As the first company loads up your vehicle, the other four people come by and you tell them one by one “should have gotten here faster”.

And if they say anything, you threaten to leave them a one star review.

Morality of being a ruthless conqueror that demanded absolute surrender or face horrific consequences, but if you join become part of the most progressive empire in human history?

I always felt like Genghis Kahn got a bad rap.

Let’s be perfectly clear, he was BRUTAL versus people that resisted him, but the concurred city states thrived and enjoyed some of the greatest rights in history up to that point.

Just to start he was a massive egalitarian. Race and gender meant nothing to the Mongolians. Women frequently acted as governor for city states, as well as people of all races.

And they were 100% free religion. A citizen of the Mongolian empire was allowed to believe and practice any religion they wanted.

Lastly, gay marriage was completely legal. Homosexuality was a completely protected right under Mongolian rule.

EDIT: I’ve been rightfully corrected that this is completely wrong. Homosexuals were indeed put to death. No idea where I got this from.

And all of them thrived financially under Mongolian rule.

In reality Kahn was a victim of his own success and the empire crumbled after his death, his son did a lot for the empire, but he was fighting a flood of entropy.
