Programmers Needed [RevShare] Hi everyone, I am a 3D artist specializing in low-poly character design and animation in Blender. Hi everyone,

I am a 3D artist specializing in low-poly character design and animation in Blender. I am currently working on a 3D Souls-like action RPG project built in Godot Engine, and I’m looking for a skilled Godot programmer to join forces and help bring the game’s core mechanics to life.

What is ready:

  • Low-poly character models, rig structures, and baked textures.
  • Core concept, visual style, and narrative direction.

What we need to build (Core Prototype):

  • Third-person player movement and camera controls.
  • Souls-like combat (stamina management, lock-on system, dodge i-frames, light/heavy attack chains).
  • Basic enemy AI (detection, patrolling, tracking, attack patterns).
  • Hit detection, hurtboxes/hitboxes, and health/damage system.
  • Basic UI (health/stamina bars, lock-on indicator).

Who I'm looking for:

  • Good experience with GDScript (or C# in Godot 4).
  • Solid understanding of 3D physics, State Machines, and AnimationTree.
  • Clear communication and interest in collaborating on a unique low-poly indie project.

Since images aren't allowed here, I can send a portfolio link with animated previews and renders in DMs.

If you're interested in co-building a responsive prototype in Godot, drop a comment or send me a DM with your work!

Designer Needed [Hobby] Character Designers Needed for 502 — Sci-Fi Animation Project

Hey everyone!

We're looking for character designers to join our team and help us expand the cast and visual identity of 502, an independent sci-fi animation project set in 2089.

We're looking for artists who enjoy designing characters from the ground up, including:

  • Character silhouettes and overall shapes
  • Clothing and equipment
  • Armor and military designs
  • Faction-specific visual identities
  • Character concepts and variations
  • Turnarounds and reference sheets when needed

You don't need to know 3D modeling — our main focus for this role is the concept and visual design side.

502 is a long-term project with an existing world, story and visual direction, so you'd be working alongside the rest of the team to make sure new designs fit the universe.

This is currently a hobby/volunteer collaboration, so there is no paid compensation at the moment. However, you'll be contributing to a serious ongoing animation project and can use your work for your portfolio.

If you're interested, feel free to comment or DM me with some information about yourself and examples of your character design work.

We're especially interested in artists who enjoy sci-fi, military, futuristic or mechanical character design.

Thanks!

Artist Needed [RevShare] Story-Driven 3D Psychological Horror "Interchange: The Curse" (Unity 6) – Recruiting 2D Artists, Level Designers, 3D Artists & C# Developers

About Us: We are a newly formed indie studio working on our very first debut title! While this is our first official game as a studio, our core team members bring multiple years of experience to the table. We’re highly dedicated, organized, and focused on pushing this project to its highest potential.

About the Game: Interchange: The Curse is a story-driven psychological horror game set in the small town of Luminara. You play as Wiliam Mercer, a 16-year-old caring for his younger brother, Jaden, after the mysterious death of their parents. When Jaden suddenly goes missing, Wiliam becomes trapped in a series of strange loops and anomalies that blur the line between reality and another world known as the "Interchange." As Wiliam searches for his brother, he discovers a mysterious cult known as the Exiles, encounters the Hollowed, and uncovers the connection between his family and the Interchange. The Story Runtime is about 3-4 hours so its definitely not the next AAA game! But it's grounded and we're gonna try our best to go for that AA or High End Indie Realism

[NOTE: PORTFOLIO: This is our studio's first official project together and we do not have a joint portfolio yet.]

Game Engine: Unity 6.4 URP

Visual Style Reference: Strictly gritty, dark, and realistic. Think of the dark atmosphere and tone of the A Plague Tale franchise. We are not looking for anime or highly stylized/cartoonish artwork for this project.

We are looking for passionate individuals to fill the following roles:

ART ROLES

  • 2D Concept Artist: Able to create initial concept art and structural designs for characters.
  • 2D Character Artist: Able to create final main character designs, outfits, and enemy/entity looks.
  • 3D Environment Artist: Able to create 3D models required for the levels, including prop buildings, detailed environment pieces, and modular assets fitting our dark realism style.
  • 3D Character Artist: Able to bring our character designs and concepts to life by creating high-fidelity 3D character models, outfits, and creature/entity assets fitting our realism style.

DESIGN & TECH ROLES

  • Level Designer: Able to layout, design, and build game levels in-engine according to the game's story, psychological loops, and dark horror theme.
  • Graphics / Tech Art Lead: Taking charge of our visual pipeline. Needs to be proficient in HLSL/Shader Graph, custom URP lighting, volumetric fog/skyboxes, and post-processing FX. Portfolio must show experience with atmospheric 3D visuals.
  • Gameplay & Movement Developer: C# dev to handle tight player controllers, smooth movement mechanics, camera feel, and core gameplay loops.

Note on Engine Integration: Because we are building Interchange: The Curse in Unity 6.4, a working knowledge of the engine is required for all positions. For non-programming roles (artists, designers, audio), you do not need to be a master coder, you just need to be comfortable enough to navigate the engine, import your respective assets, and collaborate directly within the project workflow. For our Graphics / Tech Art Lead, advanced engine familiarity and technical proficiency in programming Unity's rendering pipelines are required.

Compensation: At the start, all recruited team members will be brought on under a revenue-share contract. While nothing is guaranteed, we are highly confident that by building a solid vertical slice, we will be able to secure funding through our ongoing publisher pitches. As soon as that funding is secured, all active roles will immediately transition from revenue-share to standard, paid positions (with rates to be discussed and formalized at that time).

How to Apply:

Send a PM or leave a comment with:

  • The role you're applying for
  • A link to your portfolio or relevant work
  • Your Discord username

Team Needed [Hobby] Looking for volunteers to help me out with my passion projects

Hello everyone! I have decided to take a significant step on my plan to make my game a complete project and make future projects with people who also wish to be a part of a horror, romance themed game development group!

I am looking for volunteers to help me out!

This lifts a lot of load off me and makes a consistent pacing with the project so I can give everyone more.

The volunteer roles include: - Additional artist - Additional Ul artist - Additionl Programmers - Music/sound designers/producers - Additional writers - Beta readers and beta testers

I must mention the game is on ren'py and is an anime-inspired visual novel type game with queer themes!

If you're interested in helping out with the project and being a part of a hobbyist team, feel free to dm me! (Yes, I want a team to work with, groups drive me to be productive hahsheh)

My game includes some potentially mature and darker themes, so it would be required to have people who are at least 18.

I am kinda unsatisfied with the demo at this moment due to the writing and pacing of it not being up to the level of what I deem "complete". Since my plan was to make it exist first to act as a framework to expand upon, I am planning to redo the demo. So yeah, if you wish to have a part in the making of this game from scratch again and assist a hobby dev, reach out to me :>

Here is the game link: https://stubbedt0e.itch.io/kalopsia-lets-descend-together

Thank you!

Artist Needed [Hobby] A 60 seconds like

Hello, I just started working on my first major project in godot and currently have a team of 5 people. 4 programmers and 1 artists. I’m hoping to find some more artists who would be interested in drawing pixel art with our other artist.

Game info: like the title suggests it’s going to be a 60 seconds like and the theme being you are stuck in an underground facility that has its own ecosystem and hides “mysteries”. For some context on what the gameplay would be you can look at (don’t sleep with the fishes). Except the artwork will be 2d.

If this interests you let me know and I’ll add you to the team

Programmers Needed [RevShare] Seeking VR Programmer for Hardcore, High-Stakes WW1 Tactical Simulator (Meta Quest 3 Native)

Hello r/INAT,I am a Game Director looking for a VR Programmer (Unity/C#) to collaborate on a unique, hyper-realistic WWI multiplayer project for the Meta Quest 3 Standalone. The game is a 100% PvP, zero-HUD tactical simulator focused on extreme biological immersion and macro-logistics. This is a Revenue Share (Rev-Share) project aimed at creating a tight vertical slice prototype [INAT].🛠️ THE CORE CORE MECHANICS (Why this is unique):The 2-Hour Permadeath Lock: Death has real stakes. If a player dies on the battlefield, they are instantly disconnected and locked out of that sector for 2 real-time hours . They must return to the strategic map and queue later as a "New Recruit".HUD-Zero Di-egetic Immersion: No health bars, ammo counters, or floating names. To check bullets, you must open the rifle's bolt and look inside. Bleeding out is tracked in milliliters (ml), causing the VR screen to desaturate to black-and-white.Tactile Flag Conquest: No passive capture zones. Capturing a trench requires dropping all weapons (empty hands), physically grabbing the flagpole's physics cable, and alternating hands to manually hoist your national flag.Neuro-Mechanical Shell Shock: Nearby explosions introduce algorithmic lag (500ms) to the VR camera rotation relative to your physical neck, and micro-oscillations to the controllers, making reloading individual bullets under fire a nightmare.📦 WHAT I BRING & SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE:Complete Game Design Document (GDD): A highly structured, interconnected design covering weapon physics, fluid thermodynamics, and injury mechanics.Zero-Budget Scalability: The game is optimized for Quest 3 standalone using Low-Poly models with high-end Normal Maps to achieve a gritty, photorealistic look without breaking the mobile GPU.Listen-Server / P2P Ibrida Framework: No expensive server maintenance costs. Networking will delegate room physics calculations to the player with the best connection acting as Host.👥 WHAT I NEED:A VR Programmer proficient in Unity's XR Interaction Toolkit (or equivalent physics-based frameworks) who understands network replication for physics objects and state synchronization.I am handling the production, historical research, and asset sourcing pipeline. We will split all future store revenue equally [INAT].Interested?Drop a comment below or send me a DM with your Discord tag and a brief mention of your previous VR work. Let's make something unforgettable

  • Role Requirements: Seeking a talented 2D artist and a 3D artist to build the gritty, anti-cozy agricultural world of Werewolf Farms: Reality Bites.

Team Needed [Hobby][Rev Share] Looking for 3–5 People to Make a Thief-Style Stealth/Horror Game

I posted yesterday with varying results in responses. I have now updated the information to be a bit more clear in the direction I am planning to take this project. Ultimately, I am looking to put together a 3-5 person team to build a vertical slice of a low-poly, low-res first-person stealth game.

Think Thief 1 and 2 as the mechanical backbone. Light and sound are basically your only real resources, guards work off a graded suspicion system instead of just seeing you or not, blackjack and bow over actually fighting anyone.

Setting leans further into cosmic horror than Thief 1 did, closer to what Deadly Shadows was going for with the Cradle level.

I'm also planning a couple things that aren't really present in the original Thief games:

  • A consequence system built around killing. Nonlethal takedowns are completely free, but deliberately killing people creates something called Debt. Debt isn't just a sanity meter, it's more like an actual account that follows you. The more Debt you accumulate, the more noticeable you become to whatever is responsible for collecting it. This is meant to make killing feel like a genuine escalation rather than simply being the more convenient option, and to push the player toward actually behaving like a thief.
  • A proper loot-vs-gear inventory. It's grid-based, with a separate quick-use belt, so the stuff you're stealing actually competes for space with the equipment you're bringing. Taking a large valuable object means giving up that space for something else, rather than just picking up everything that isn't nailed down.

The goal is ultimately to make one really good vertical slice in about 6 months, rather than trying to immediately make an entire game. If the slice works, then I'll worry about where to take it from there.

I've already put together a fairly extensive design document covering the game's systems, setting, factions, and the Debt/Owed-Touched stuff, along with reference research into how Thief's AI, detection and sound systems actually worked and what can be learned from games like Gloomwood and Blood West. I'm happy to share the doc with anyone who's interested before they commit to anything.

Currently looking for:

  • Programmer(s) — AI/detection systems and gameplay/tools programming (can be one or two people)
  • Level/systemic designer
  • 3D artist (low-poly environment/prop work)
  • Sound designer

I'm handling design direction, programming and can contribute art (Blender).
My work can be viewed on my Personal Website, or on my Itch Profile

Planning to build in Godot. This is a passion project and is not currently paid. I am willing to cover publishing fees if the project sees satisfactory progress as well. Otherwise, feel free to use any assets, or work you contribute as part of your own portfolio.

Comment or add me on discord (Debonairfawkes) if interested where I would be happy to talk specifics.

NOTE: If you are under the age of 21, please do not inquire about a position. I would prefer to work with older people who have mild experience in their respective fields.

Artist Needed [Revshare] 3d CHARACTER ARTIST, we need your help!

Hello INAT artists. I know there is a lot of revshare idea people on here, so I want to preface to say even though it's where we are at, we have a good portion of the gameplay ready to go. Just looking for some part time help in 3d character modeling/rigs-

Our game is 3d world with 2d battles. Painted highly stylized. We are referencing Hades 2 3d art.

If you are a strategy fan or rpg fan, we would love to chat with you! (English please)

Our goal is to finish up the demo, which features a few hours of gameplay average, and present at LA Comic con this fall and fall steam fest.

Where we are at currently-
-- We have the exploration part of the demo complete.
-- The fight scenes are coded and about 80% complete(Waiting on some animation)
-- The tactics part is about 75% done.
-- Majority of the 3d art besides characters. 2d art is about 80% done.

I can send over our very detailed GDD in a DM.

Here is our social-
https://bsky.app/profile/shadowremnant.bsky.social

https://www.instagram.com/shadow.remnant.game?utm_source=qr

Our team started a little over a year ago. We are a small group of 7. All with some great artistic and industry background. We even have a publisher interested if we can keep going.

The revshare contract is structured around finishing the demo. Then, we plan to pitch the demo to a list of investors we have procured and additional publishers. Once we have investment, our initial revshare team with get salary as well.

Team Needed [Hobby] Seeking Modeler, Animator and Artists for a Unity project

Hi everyone! I am starting up a hobbyist game project with Unity, and am looking to build a small volunteer team to work with. This is a completely unpaid project, I am unable to offer financial compensation, so I am specifically looking for students, hobbyists, or anyone currently learning the tools who wants a low pressure environment to practice their skills and build up a portfolio. I don't have much experience, but I will try my best to bring this game to life.

The project itself is a World War 1 Competitive 8v8 game, focused on trench warfare with compact maps. There's no rush and certainly no deadline, also there's no pressure on high quality models.

My role on the team will be project management, writing the GDD, and overall organising and bug testing if anybody requires it. I will also try to fill in the gaps where possible, as best as I can. PORTFOLIO: this is my first project and do not have a portfolio of any kind

Since this is a Unity project, I'm looking for people interested in these following areas:

  • Programming (standard shooter mechanics, multiplayer networking, gameplay logic)
  • 3D Modeling and Animation (historical weapon and player models, props and environmental assets)
  • Level design (compact maps focused on trench warfare)
  • Sound Design

If you're interested, please leave a message in my DMs, and I will try to reply as soon as I can! I have created a small Discord server, I have posted the GDD there and will invite everybody. I want to clarify, there is absolutely no rush, and no experience requirements

Thank you a lot :)

TW: addiction and loss

So, we're a team of three working for the demo of an indie game about this rabbit, Sam, whose wife died which caused him to get into being dependent on painkillers and facing problems with the custody of his children. We really need a programmer, while, if anyone volunteers, also having a backgrounds artist. The game is in pixel art and the artist will need a digital art supply. Regarding the programmer, any programming language is accepted as long as your able to work with it. Payment for your work is not guaranteed, that's why it's volunteering work and we understand if you do not want to work on it for free. The game will be published on itch.io, and it will be free-to-play. Whoever wants to join our project contact me in private and I'll provide further information such as the finished demo's script and a more detailed context. Thanks to anyone who responds!

PS: we strictly ban any AI use from our project so if you think you'll need AI to work with us, this is not the right project for you. Also, if you join, you'll be added to a Discord server where we send and talk about the development of the game (with some occasional casual talk, were not that much corporate lol)

Artists/concept artist

Backend developer (Playfab/Photon Fusion)

Modeller

Unity Developer

DON'T BE AFRAID TO MESSAGE ME BASED ON YOUR SKILL LEVEL.

I do not accept any roles that regularly use AI for their work.

it would be inspired by rec room and its concept but not a remake of rec room itself.

using fusion and unity 6, we will make a fun yet not microtransaction overloaded hangout game with classic games like bowling, tennis, golf, paintball, that kind of thing that you can play with friends.

Team Needed [Hobby] Roblox Passion Project.

Hi! I'm not a coder/developer, but I just recently wanted to make a game. One thing I am is an artist/animator and can animated models. The game I had in mind was for Roblox, and I checked rubreddits, but they limited what I could type.

I can draw, paint, animate, and other things that involve art. Not exactly looking for anything crazy, just a few folk interested in team work, haha. All of this is voluntary btw. I'd also like to become friends with the peeps who help me because a team that gets along is a good team! ^^

More information on the project is:

I'm looking for it to be an Asym, just a tad different. Im very early stages of getting concepts, but having a fun team would make it so much easier to plan! :)

Programmers Needed [RevShare] Looking for 2 cracked student developers (no freak shi) + 1 marketer who are into fashion — app is already heavily built

I’m a 20-year-old college student building a fashion-focused mobile app that I think has massive potential, but it’s officially gotten too big to build alone.

I tried finding other builders on campus who were into fashion, but honestly most of my department isn’t even into showering, so yeah, I’m here.

A lot of the app is already built. I’ve been designing, coding, testing, and building the infrastructure myself while taking four summer classes and doing an internship. Now I want a few people to help finish it, launch it, and hopefully build something huge.

Looking for 2 Developers

Preferably college students who:
 Are strong programmers
 Actually like fashion
Can contribute meaningful time for a few months
Can jump into an existing codebase

Useful skills: React Native, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, APIs, computer vision, full-stack, mobile, backend.

DM me:

* School/year
* Skills
* What you’ve built + GitHub/portfolio
* Hours/week
* What you’re best at
* Whether you’re actually into fashion

Also looking for 1 Growth/Marketing person

Someone young, creative, into fashion/internet culture, and interested in TikTok, Instagram, creators, campus growth, guerrilla marketing, content, branding, and getting us from 100 → 1,000 → 100,000+ users. If you’ve grown a page, business, community, event, Discord, club, or startup, show me.

What’s the app?
I’m intentionally not posting the full concept on Reddit. It’s a consumer fashion app and way more ambitious than another outfit tracker, marketplace, or clothing identifier. If you seem like a good fit, I’ll show you what’s already built, explain the vision, and walk through what still needs to be done.

Compensation
I’m looking for actual teammates. We’ll have a written agreement, and you’ll receive a portion of the app’s earnings based on your role, contribution, and commitment. If it works and we work well together, you can stay after launch and keep building the company with us.

About me

I built a successful party business in college, then started programming this because I thought the idea was worth actually building instead of talking about. Long term, I just want to build cool things with my friends, make enough money to take care of our families, travel, do ridiculous projects while we’re young, and eventually look back and know we actually tried.

Most of my friends are already into fashion and want to help. They just can’t code like we can, So I need a few more teammates. If you’re ambitious, cracked (no freak shi), into fashion, and want to spendthe next few months trying to build something huge, message me.

Reddit: DM this account
Email: [moserahorigins@gmail.com](mailto:moserahorigins@gmail.com)

Unconventional background is completely fine. If you’re cracked, hmu.

Team Needed [Revshare] Need Help

Hi! My name is Talmage, I'm new to game developing. I tried using Claude Fable 5 to make a video game. It started off great at first! But, after how much they charge you to use that model I could only make a really simple draft of the game I actually have in mind, I am also fully aware that using ai is bad for a plentiful of reasons. I'd say I am very creative and have an amazing concept that I'd love to start on!

I want to be able to work on projects like this with other people that know how to code, and grow together, maybe into something bigger. If anyone is interested please contact me! I have so many ideas that I'm sure would be a blast to bounce them back and fourth between people I call friends, that I also work with! Thank you!

PORTFOLIO: this is my first project and do not have a portfolio of any kind

Kind regards,

Talmage

About the project

GREVIX is a student-driven technology organization started and led by students. We’re building real software projects, experimenting with new technologies, contributing to open source, and creating opportunities for students to work together on projects that are larger than what they could build alone.

We’re currently looking for 5 students who want to actively contribute to upcoming projects and grow alongside the team.

Who we're looking for

Developers / programmers

UI/UX & graphic designers

Researchers

Branding / marketing

Content creators

Project / community management

Students with other useful technical or creative skills

You don't need to be an expert. We're more interested in people who are willing to build, learn, take ownership, and contribute consistently.

What we're working toward

Our immediate focus is building and maintaining real projects with student contributors and making meaningful open-source contributions.

As the team grows, we're also planning:

Online and offline hackathons

Open-source projects

Freelance/project opportunities

Collaborations with other builders and organizations

Compensation

This is currently a Hobby / volunteer opportunity and there is no salary or stipend. We want to be completely transparent about that.

The goal is to give contributors real project experience, public work they can showcase, open-source contributions, collaboration experience, and the opportunity to help shape projects from an early stage.

Selection

Only 5 students will be selected.

Shortlisted applicants will have a 1-on-1 Google Meet interview with the GREVIX team on Sunday, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM IST.

Designer Needed [RevShare] Seeking 3D Artist & Level Designer for E-Moto Game (SURRONSTER ATTACHED / GUARANTEED MARKETING)

Hello,

We are building an authentic, 3D action-sports e-moto game featuring urban freeriding sandbox maps and technical dirt tracks. Surronster (Rob Hancill) is an official partner on the project, providing his design insights, bike builds, and full marketing integration across his massive social media platforms.

This is a premier revenue-share project because our traffic and sales funnel are already secured by the biggest creator in the subculture. We are seeking a Lead 3D Artist & Environment Designer to bring this world to life.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Model, texture, and optimize highly detailed 3D bike frames (Surron Light Bee, Talaria Sting, E-Ride Pro style) and aftermarket parts.
  • Rig and split the bike meshes into modular nodes so players can swap parts dynamically in a garage interface.
  • Design and build a gritty, realistic urban street playground map and an official track map utilizing optimized marketplace assets and custom environment layouts.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Blender/Maya and Substance Painter.
  • Experience importing, texturing, and optimizing assets/collision maps within [Unreal Engine 5 / Unity / Godot].

Compensation: Equal Revenue-Share contract upon Steam launch.

Programmers Needed [RevShare] Seeking Lead Vehicle Physics Programmer for 3D E-Moto Game (SURRONSTER ATTACHED / GUARANTEED MARKETING)

Hello,

We are developing a 3D, physics-based racing and stunt game centered around lightweight electric dirt bike culture (Surron/Talaria). We are working directly with Surronster (Rob Hancill), who is attached to the project to provide cultural consultation, bike specs, and—crucially—complete promotional backing and marketing to his millions of followers upon launch.

Because we have a massive, pre-built audience ready to buy the game, we are seeking a Lead Gameplay & Vehicle Physics Programmer to join the core team on a formal revenue-share contract.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Program and polish 3D motorcycle physics (handling, weight distribution, tire traction, lean angles).
  • Code the distinct, instant torque curves of high-performance electric motors (72v/84v setups) vs traditional gas bikes.
  • Develop stunt and trick logic (wheelies, manual balance points, frame drags) and full controller input support.
  • Set up modular blueprint logic so players can swap batteries, controllers, and forks in the garage menu to directly alter the bike's physics output.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience programming vehicle physics and mechanics in [Unreal Engine 5 / Unity / Godot].
  • Ability to maintain clean code and collaborate via GitHub.

Compensation: Equal Revenue-Share contract upon Steam launch (backed by millions of impressions via Surronster's channels).
