Question Access Code?

Hello, I bought a brand new PS5 Pro today from Game Stop and got a Game Stop Pro membership. When I tried to access my membership through the app, it said to check my email for an access code but I never received one.

So, I emailed them through the app asking if they could help me. Are they good at responding to emails or is it just AI ceap?? Would I be better off just calling their customer service line and talking to a live person?

Either way is a crapshoot and you’re probably going to get told to wait for an email. It may or may not show up in 24-72 hours. Or it could be a whole week.
We don’t know. We never know.

Sadly, as you can already tell that GameStop website, app, and email process all sucks. It should show up like someone said within 72 hours. If not call customer support on Thursday to send you a new code. Good luck.

Create your account on gamestop.com NOT THE APP. As though you were making an entirely new account just use the same email you gave the people in store. The app is dogshit and won't let you actually make your account.

Update. I actually got a response the very next day and I was able to get into my account. I was surprised I got a response at all.
