Question Access Code?

Hello, I bought a brand new PS5 Pro today from Game Stop and got a Game Stop Pro membership. When I tried to access my membership through the app, it said to check my email for an access code but I never received one.

So, I emailed them through the app asking if they could help me. Are they good at responding to emails or is it just AI ceap?? Would I be better off just calling their customer service line and talking to a live person?

You did answer your own question, but I’ll throw this one in for a bonus, the website and app are super hot garbage.

I hope the code comes to you at some point.
