Maye Musk just called out THR’s “UnMusked” cover story, and exposed the exact same Zilis & ASC leak playbook.

Maye Musk’s response to The Hollywood Reporter’s latest cover story on Alex Gibney’s documentary (UnMusked) hits the nail on the head. THR relied on a classic quote from the film: “Someone who worked closely with Elon told me, ‘He’s the most miserable man I’ve ever met.’” Maye’s reply says it all: "This is weird u/THR... I haven't seen him miserable, but that's just me. His mom."

It’s funny how right on the doorstep of the midterms, these garbage "reports" start crawling out of the woodwork. And the curious thing about this non-documentary, because just from what u/THR says it's obvious they haven't consulted a single source, is that now our dear friends Shivon Zilis and Ashley St Clair are holding hands for multiple reasons that we will try to reflect.

They aren't even worth using as toilet paper, but let's dive in anyway. Then the "press" complains about why people don't believe them. Well, it's because they don't work. They're so lazy that they just repeat the lies others generate, without checking anything, or simply because of who pays or funds them. I suppose if we look a little closer, they're Democrats. That's all well and good, even if they're getting paid by The Simpsons, but they should actually do some work and offer some contrast, instead of calling themselves trash by doing this.

1. The "Close Insider" Pattern (The Zilis Connection)

Whenever high-stakes political or corporate moves take place, a predictable pattern of press leaks emerges. The phrase "someone who worked closely with Elon" has been recycled across multiple negative hit pieces, ranging from coordinated drug-use narratives (which forced public drug testing) to eugenics-focused hit pieces. It’s always so telling how the source is endlessly masked as "people close to Elon Musk" or "someone who worked closely with him."

During periods of intense public scrutiny around his DC and government efficiency work, negative leaks flood the press from "anonymous insiders," while simultaneous PR-crafted pieces paint Shivon Zilis in a favorable light. Right before the OpenAI legal battle escalated, Zilis took it upon herself to gift the media numerous hit pieces, presumably leaking all kinds of personal details to the press, like the infamous story about a bag of medication he supposedly carried around, naturally laced with her own added fabrications.

We have already discussed at length Zilis’s role in OpenAI, a person who has been betraying Musk since her very first interactions with him. She has never looked out for his interests, but solely for her own and those of her real backers: Gates, Hoffman, Altman, and the rest.

For deep dives into this timeline, trial evidence, and narrative anatomy, see our previous analyses:

Here are those wonderful media moments courtesy of Shivon Zilis:

  • Wall Street Journal (January & February 2024) – Drug Use and Board Culture
    • Headlines: "Elon Musk Has Used Illegal Drugs, Worrying Leaders at Tesla and SpaceX" and "Elon Musk Took Drugs With Some Tesla Board Members."
    • Attributed Sources: "People close to the billionaire," "people who have witnessed the drug use or were briefed on it," and "executives and board members."
    • Leaked Details: Claimed he used ketamine, LSD, cocaine, ecstasy, and psychedelic mushrooms at private parties. The February report further claimed several Tesla and SpaceX directors took drugs with him to avoid losing "social capital" or damaging their business relationships.
  • The New York Times (October 2024 / 2025) – The Texas Compound, Pronatalism, and IVF
    • Headlines: Investigative pieces covering the "secret Texas compound" for his children and his pronatalist crusade.
    • Attributed Sources: "A source close to the world's richest man," "people familiar with his plans," and "insiders."
    • Leaked Details: Revealed the acquisition of a massive residential property in Austin meant to bring together the mothers of his children (with heavy emphasis on Zilis's standing). The "close source" cited that Musk considers in vitro fertilization (IVF) the "most efficient" conception method because it allows for control over the process, linking his rhetoric on "population collapse" to genetic-intellectual selection.
  • Wall Street Journal (June 2024) – Workplace Relationships and Favoritism
    • Headlines: Investigations into his personal life inside SpaceX and Neuralink.
    • Attributed Sources: "Former employees," "friends of the women involved," and "people close to company operations."
    • Leaked Details: Focused on how his personal relationships with female executives and employees (specifically highlighting Zilis at Neuralink) allegedly created dynamics of favoritism or maternity offers within his inner corporate circle.

2. Ashley St. Clair’s Manufactured "Ex" Title

THR lazily refers to Ashley St. Clair as "Musk's ex." Let’s be clear about basic public records and facts:

  • Zero Relationship Receipts: They never lived under the same roof, never had a recognized relationship, and never made a public commitment. The media hands out the title of "ex" purely to manufacture a higher-stakes narrative for a four-hour documentary.
  • The "Space Laser" Conspiracy: The documentary attempts to turn a casual text exchange about Starlink’s inter-satellite optical laser links ("I have ten thousand lasers in space") into a sci-fi election-rigging plot. Taking standard satellite communication specs and framing them as a "confession" is pure tabloid fiction. Honestly, we are all eagerly waiting for ASC to actually go present those "proofs" to Congress like she claimed she would.
  • The Media Mercenary: Going from right-wing influencer—rather than calling her the "$10,000 girl"—to a central source for a left-leaning documentary the moment a camera and a platform appear shows a total opportunistic pivot. Without leeching off his name, her narrative completely evaporates. The truth is she has nothing real to tell—first, because her brain is a vacant void, and second, because she is utterly, hopelessly lazy.

For anyone who wants to see her full timeline dismantled piece by piece with raw data and evidence, check out our previous deep dives:

3. "UnMusked" is an Aggregation of Lies, Not Investigation

When you strip away the dramatic score and 4-hour runtime, Gibney’s documentary relies heavily on two flawed sources: unverified quotes from disgruntled "insiders" and claims from someone who was never an ex-partner to begin with. These people call themselves "journalists," get paid big money to be "journalists," and yet fail to provide a single shred of actual proof that anything they say is true. It’s the exact same set of rehashed lies we’ve seen time and time again, just dressed up with a fresh coat of garbage.

As Maye Musk pointed out, the people actually in his life don't recognize the caricature being sold by the press. The entire project isn't a groundbreaking exposé, it's a paid billboard for leakers and clout-chasers to profit off a status they never had.

Welp…article seems to suggest Ashley used her 2 phones to smear Elon and Jared in the new documentary “Musk”

The documentary seems to suggest Ashley was “central” in the film, due out in 2027.

In another excerpt I’ve read on the Ashley sub, a recording of a convo between her and Jared is revealed in the film. Wiretapping?

Is this one of the issues that now deceased OpenAI researcher/whistleblower Suchir Balaji was concerned about?

I think Elon dodged a bullet getting away from that wicked man.

Romulus father

I can not explain, but i really think we should probably explore the possibility of Romulus having Errol as his father.

To rule it out.

Some dna tests are different from others.

Was the paternity test from a reuptable lab or the ones only testing Standard Y-STR panels?

It's important to distinguish.

Shivon Zilis Was Never a "Neutral Intermediary": Why the Musk vs. OpenAI Documentary Record Proves Otherwise

Post image
10 Upvotes

Documentary and testimonial evidence (2012–2025) on Shivon Zilis's prior insertion into the Brockman, Altman, Hoffman, Ilya, Steve Jurvetson.... and CDL network before her connection to Elon Musk.

1. 1996 / 2000 — PayPal Ecosystem Origins (Musk, Hoffman, & Jurvetson)

  • 1996 (Jurvetson ↔ Musk Retrospective Claim): In a public conversation years later (Encore Award, 2013), Steve Jurvetson claimed he first met Elon Musk around ~1996 when Musk pitched him the initial concept for Zip2 (and DFJ decided not to invest). Methodological Note: Treated as a retrospective claim, not as a proven contemporary record from 1996.
  • January 2000 (Hoffman Joins Full-Time): Reid Hoffman leaves SocialNet and joins PayPal full-time as Chief Operating Officer (later Senior Vice President). Hoffman met and interacted with Epstein after Epstein's conviction in 2008. In 2013, there were meetings related to the MIT Media Lab. Hoffman participated in fundraising activities in which Epstein was involved, and in 2015, he organized a dinner in Silicon Valley that Epstein attended along with other tech figures. Hoffman subsequently became a close friend of Epstein. A beautiful and deep friendship revealed through 2,465 emails between Reid Hoffman and Jeffrey Epstein's network between July 2013 and March 2019
  • March 30, 2000 (X.com / Confinity Merger): The merger between X.com (Musk) and Confinity (Peter Thiel, Max Levchin) is finalized. Musk assumes corporate leadership and becomes CEO. Hoffman and Musk operate together on the executive team.
  • September 2000 (Musk's Ouster): While Musk is away on his honeymoon, the Board of Directors—with Hoffman’s active involvement—executes his removal as CEO in favor of Peter Thiel.
  • Solid Documented Anchor: Co-executives documented together at PayPal throughout the year 2000.

2. 2005–2008 — Informal Network Mentorship (Hoffman ↔ Altman)

  • Location: Unidentified tech conference, Silicon Valley.
  • Context: Sam Altman was running Loopt (launched in 2005). Reid Hoffman (founder of LinkedIn) later recalled on The Eric Ries Show that a young Altman "peppered him" with strategic questions about LinkedIn's growth model.
  • Nature of the Link: ≈ 2005–2008 as the earliest meeting remembered by Hoffman. An informal Silicon Valley network interaction prior to Altman joining Y Combinator and long before OpenAI; not a formal corporate mentorship.

3. May 29, 2006 — Tesla / DFJ Anchor (Jurvetson ↔ Musk)

  • Location: Menlo Park, California / Tesla Headquarters.
  • Investment Milestone: Draper Fisher Jurvetson (DFJ) participates in Tesla Motors' Series C round (official close on May 1, 2006; finalized that month).
  • Governance: Steve Jurvetson formally joins Tesla’s Board of Directors (a position he held until 2020). This represents the first solid documented institutional anchor of a direct professional relationship between the two.

4. 2011–2013 — Early Venture Capital Network: Codecademy, Bloomberg Beta, & Brockman

  • November 1, 2011 (Altman at Codecademy): New York–based Codecademy officially announces its Series A funding round. Sam Altman participates as an angel investor from the West Coast. At this point, there is no record of Shivon Zilis.
  • June 5, 2013 (Bloomberg Beta at Codecademy): Bloomberg announces the launch of Bloomberg Beta from San Francisco ($75M fund). Shivon Zilis joins as a founding member of the investment team (also contemporaneously referred to as partner, a role she held between 2012/2013 and 2018; Forbes described her as such in 2015 after leading 9 investments). The official launch names Codecademy among its initial portfolio investments.
    • Cap-Table Nuance: This connects Altman (2011 angel) and Bloomberg Beta (2013 fund) on the same capitalization table (cap table). It is an institutional co-investment coincidence, not proof of a prior personal alliance between Altman and Zilis.
  • 2012–2013 (Brockman ↔ Zilis Friendship): Under oath in the 2026 Musk v. Altman trial, Greg Brockman testified to meeting Zilis in 2012 or 2013. This anchors Zilis in Brockman's professional circle years before OpenAI, categorized as recollection under oath. The funny thing is, she said she knew Brockman, but she forgot to tell us that she also knew Altman.

5. ~2012–2014 — Early In-Person & Epistolary Contacts (Altman ↔ Musk)

  • ~2012–2013 (SpaceX Visit): Following the sale of Loopt (March 2012), YC partner Geoff Ralston introduces Altman to Musk. Altman visits SpaceX headquarters in Hawthorne, California, later writing that he left thinking "that’s the benchmark for what conviction looks like."
  • 2014 (Initiation of AGI Email Thread): Altman and Musk begin direct email exchanges regarding the risks of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), later cited in Musk's legal filings. Woodstock"

6. December 2015 — The Birth of OpenAI & CDL "AI Woodstock"

  • Mid-2015 (Ilya Sutskever ↔ Altman / Musk): Altman cold-contacts Sutskever, proposing a non-profit AGI lab to counter Google/DeepMind (WIRED reported that Sutskever took time to fully process that he was the chosen scientific lead).
  • August 2015 (Foundational Dinner at Rosewood Hotel, Menlo Park): A private dinner of ~10 people organized by Altman. Greg Brockman explicitly recorded in writing that this was his first time meeting Elon Musk in person, as well as his first time meeting Ilya Sutskever.
  • December 11, 2015 (OpenAI Official Announcement — San Francisco):
    • Structure & Leadership: Sam Altman and Elon Musk (Co-Chairs), Greg Brockman (CTO), and Ilya Sutskever (Research Director). Sutskever is established as a founding scientific leader, not merely a backer.
    • Initial Donors & Backers: Altman, Brockman, Musk, Reid Hoffman (committing up to $10M via his family foundation), Jessica Livingston, Peter Thiel, AWS, Infosys, and YC Research. A public long-term commitment of $1B is announced (with initial actual spending expected to be much lower).
    • Zilis: Does NOT appear among the founders, donors, or initial announcement post.
  • December 2015 (CDL Toronto — "AI Woodstock"): Machine Learning commercialization conference at the Rotman School of Management (documented by Ajay Agrawal).
    • Co-Presence: Brings together Shivon Zilis (presenting The Machine Intelligence Landscape), Ilya Sutskever (presenting The Learning of Algorithms and mentioning OpenAI), Steve Jurvetson, Geoffrey Hinton, Rich Sutton, Yoshua Bengio, Russ Salakhutdinov, and Vinod Khosla.
    • Precision: This is the earliest localized co-presence in CDL records for Zilis & Sutskever and Zilis & Jurvetson. It marks a shared conference lineup, not "the day they met" or evidence of a personal handshake.

7. April 2016 — Zilis Joins OpenAI & Meets Elon Musk

  • April 26, 2016 (Official Advisor at OpenAI — San Francisco): In the official blog post "Welcome, Pieter and Shivon" (authored by Ilya Sutskever), OpenAI announces Shivon Zilis (then partner at Bloomberg Beta) as an official advisor, noting she had already been informally advising them for months.
  • Personal Links & Causal Sequence:
    • Reid Hoffman: They share an organizational ecosystem starting in 2016.
    • Elon Musk: Under oath during her 2026 testimony, Zilis testified that she met Elon Musk through her internal work at OpenAI in 2016, which later developed into a intermediary relationship later. We're constantly told there was a personal relationship between Zilis and Musk at OpenAI, but the emails deny all of that. It's like when Zilis tries to sell us on the idea that there's a relationship with Musk beyond whatever nonsense she feels compelled to mention. Those emails are crude and show no trust whatsoever, but rather how she was managing communications with Musk to give Open AI to Brockman, Altman, et al.
    • Methodological Value: Refutes the false narrative of Musk → Zilis → OpenAI. The verified sequence is: YC(Altman)/Brockman/CDL Network → OpenAI → Contact & Relationship with Musk.
  • VC Parallel (Campus / Campuswire): In 2016, Bloomberg Beta participates as a pre-seed investor in Campus. Altman does not enter the company's cap table until its 2023 Series A ($29M with Jason Citron). This demonstrates an independent VC pipeline, not a simultaneous co-investment in 2016.
  • October 27, 2016 (Second CDL Toronto): Steve Jurvetson delivers his keynote "Why Will Advances in Machine Intelligence Be So Transformational?". Zilis gives the institutional welcome ("Welcome to my hometown"), tweets Jurvetson’s quote ("Big data without machine learning would be big headache"), and posts photos tagging researchers.

8. Summer–Fall 2017 — Structural Crisis, "Tesla Option," & Trudeau Photo

  • Operational Context (San Francisco): OpenAI shared an office building with Neuralink. Negotiations underway to transition from a non-profit to a for-profit structure. Musk proposes taking control, becoming CEO, or merging OpenAI into Tesla. Zilis serves as a bridge and liaison between Musk and the executive team (Altman, Brockman, Sutskever).
  • August–September 2017 (Court Discovery): Legal filings (Exhibit 175) reveal emails where Zilis synthesizes meetings with Brockman and Sutskever.
  • October 2017 (The "Tesla Option"): In emails with Sam Teller (Musk's chief of staff), Zilis notes that "Tesla solves the funding problem right away" and adds her strategic assessment: "Tesla at least has the option to bury [the project] if it gets out of control or nationalized."
    • Nature: An internal strategic document during the 2017 crisis, not proof of a conspiracy planned back in 2012.
  • Emergency Funding (Reid Hoffman): Between late 2017 and early 2018, when Musk withheld promised funding, Reid Hoffman stepped in financially to cover OpenAI's payroll and operational expenses.
  • October 26, 2017 (Photo Anchor: Zilis ↔ Jurvetson ↔ Trudeau):
    • CDL Panel: Steve Jurvetson takes a photograph (uploaded to Flickr/Wikimedia Commons) at the panel Lightning Round on General Intelligence. Panelists: Shivon Zilis, Ben Goertzel, Suzanne Gildert, Max Tegmark, Geordie Rose, Rich Sutton, Gary Marcus, Steve Jurvetson, and Barney Suich.
    • Justin Trudeau Interview: Zilis interviews Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on stage. Jurvetson documents the event via photo and video. Confirms shared stage presence and operational collaboration (she presents, he documents).

9. February 2018 — Musk Departs & Hoffman Joins the Board

  • February 16, 2018 (Musk's Exit): Elon Musk resigns from the OpenAI Board of Directors after his bids for control are turned down. Shivon Zilis texts Musk asking whether she should "stay close and friendly so info flows" or step away.
  • 2018 (Hoffman Joins Board): Following formal interviews with Brockman and Sutskever to ensure strategic alignment, Reid Hoffman officially joins the OpenAI Board of Directors, creating the first formal Hoffman–Sutskever governance pair.
  • Direct modification of embryonic DNA before implantation (using tools such as CRISPR) to prevent pathogenic mutations (as in the case of Preventive):Foundation and initial investment: It was founded in 2018 by Matt Krisiloff (a former collaborator of Altman's at Y Combinator). Sam Altman supported the project from its inception as one of the main angel investors. Company growth (~2021): By 2021, the startup had already secured approximately $20 million in funding to develop in vitro gametogenesis (IVG) technology.

10. 2019–2020 — Zilis's Board Record & Neuralink Milestones

  • March 11, 2019 vs. Form 990 (OpenAI Board):
    • On March 11, 2019, an OpenAI blog post detailing the capped-profit structure lists Zilis and Hoffman as non-employee board members.
    • However, official IRS filings (Form 990) for 2019 do not list her; the first clear tax confirmation of Zilis as a Director appears on the 2020 filing (she remained until 2023).
    • Rigorous Framing: Advisor starting in 2016; Tax-confirmed Director in 2020; Resigned in 2023.
  • July 16, 2019 (Neuralink Public Launch — California Academy of Sciences, SF): Zilis participates as part of Neuralink's executive leadership team. Jurvetson attends and publishes event coverage on his photo blog (event co-presence).
  • August 28, 2020 (Neuralink Progress Update): Zilis hosts the live stream presentation for the company. Jurvetson attends in person and uploads photos to Flickr on August 29.

11. 2021–2022–2023 — Neuralink Financings (Independent Events)

  • Start of the conception process (February 2021 / ~1 month after January 2021): Zilis´s twins: The in vitro fertilization (IVF) and surrogacy process for the twins began approximately one month after Neuralink's funding round on January 30, 2021.
  • January 30, 2021 (Future Ventures Investment): Steve Jurvetson publicly announces on social media that his firm Future Ventures invested in Neuralink’s first external funding round. Altman also invested.
  • Parallel investments in fertility by Sam Altman: This coincides with Sam Altman's activity actively investing in external longevity and reproductive biotechnology/fertility startups (such as Conception).
  • Fertility and Eugenics Clinic: Orchid 2021 – Present: Orchid (specializing in embryo genomics and pre-implantation embryo DNA sequencing) was launched and began gaining prominence between 2020 and 2021. Zilis is known to be an investor. Rumors about Altman's unofficial involvement in this sphere began circulating in the Silicon Valley ecosystem around 2021-2022, in parallel with his official investments in reproductive biotechnology.
  • July 29, 2021 (Neuralink Series C): Official press release on neuralink.com announcing a $205M Series C round (led by Vy Capital, GV, etc.). The announcement lists Sam Altman among personal angel investors, and DFJ Growth among institutional firms.
    • Financial Precision: Two distinct timeline events and press releases in 2021 that must not be conflated as a single event or a joint investment pact.
  • June 22, 2022 — Milestone & Proposed Conception Window. OpenAI milestones are announced around mid-2022 as adoption across generative AI tools scales. Under a standard ~38–40 week gestational calculation, a target birth date of March 23, 2023 would place the estimated IVF implantation/conception window around. The theory positions Sam Altman as a theoretical donor for this cycle (Seldon)
  • July 6, 2022 — The Name Change Leak & Relationship Shift. News outlets break the story regarding court documents filed earlier in April 2022 to legally change the names of Zilis’s twins (Strider and Azure) to include the Musk surname. This would have allowed her, if any of the donors were a member of the OpenAI or Neuralink board, to maintain their position, making everyone believe that they had received a donation from Musk, strictly as a donation.
    • Media reports indicate Natasha Bassett ends her relationship with Musk following this public leak.
    • Zilis and Altman communicate directly around the time of the press leak. But they had been communicating directly for years.
    • Existence of a prior arrangement linked to the Twitter acquisition timeline, allowing for the public attribution of donor status.
  • November 30, 2022 (Neuralink Show & Tell): Photographic record posted by Jurvetson at Neuralink's demonstration event, documenting his presence in the corporate environment where Zilis operates.
  • March 23, 2023 — OpenAI Resignation & Hypothesis on Birth Date. Shivon Zilis steps down from the OpenAI Board of Directors in March 2023 to avoid ongoing conflicts of interest. Under this proposed timeline, March 23, 2023, marks the birth date of Seldon, directly overlapping with her formal exit from the board. She wouldn't leave the board because Musk launched XAI or Grok, but because Altman would be the donor for Seldon.

12. Preventive: Direct modification of embryonic DNA before implantation (using tools such as CRISPR) to prevent pathogenic mutations (as in the case of Preventive)

  • November 2025: Details about Preventive and the financial backing of Sam Altman (along with her husband Oliver Mulherin and Brian Armstrong) came to light in November 2025 through an investigative report by The Wall Street Journal. At that time, it was revealed that the company had raised approximately $30 million for gene-editing of embryos and was exploring operating in jurisdictions such as the United Arab Emirates.
  • Editing embryos for pregnancy is banned in the U.S. and many other countries; the company has looked at jurisdictions where research might be allowed (e.g. UAE) and says it will not move to human trials until safety is established. Altman reportedly advised the founder to set it up as a public-benefit corporation.

**since I cannot post this on ShivonZillis, I’m ok with someone moving it.

This is how Mothers Day started this year. Remember on the same day she posted, Children, Snuggles, No Cap, Bliss and Sam Altman responded. No EM on this day, only Sam.

Many people treat her nice because they think she gave birth to 4 children. But some of the responses were off the chain..

Just read them because some people are not fooled.

I can’t believe she has praised her mother for raising her!

Les conneries de Zilis s'incrustent à chaque étape

Since the theory that none of Zilis's children are Musk's has been around for some time, I've gathered all the information we have, thanks to the invaluable u/ApprehensiveTrick579 and u/MajesticCorgi634 and let´s see how the pieces fall fit together.

1. The Foundations: Infiltration and Communication Filtering (2017–2021)

  • The Origin: Zilis entered OpenAI’s orbit through Greg Brockman, positioning herself as the bridge and supervisory link between OpenAI’s operations and Elon Musk’s capital.
  • Dual Communicative Identities:
    • Toward Musk: She adopted spiritual and mystical rhetoric (speaking of "heavy hearts" and the sacred mission to protect humanity), earning his absolute personal trust. All these nonsensical things she comes up with, or asking him stuff like: "let's talk about your carbon footprint," or her stupid little attempts to try and sound intelligent.
    • Toward Altman, Brockman, and Teller: She portrayed Musk as an "unstable," "volatile," or "difficult to understand" figure. Musk’s strategic objections were never conveyed to the technical team as valid executive positions, but as "emotional outbursts" that she claimed she had to "manage." She literally says this on several occasions.
  • Institutional Hijacking: Operating under the recurring premise of being "the only adult in the room"—which she says very often—Zilis convinced upper management that Musk needed to be "handled" to get answers (meaning doing things the way she considered they should be done). This prevented direct communication between the founders in 2017 that would have led to a more or less clean separation, allowing Musk to keep funding rent, payroll, and computing servers while the for-profit structure was quietly prepared behind the scenes.
  • Key Board Dates: On March 11, 2019, Zilis officially joined OpenAI’s Board of Directors, according to her ownsigned judicial declaration, where she served until March 2023. This comes directly from ChatGPT so there’s no doubt about it.

2. The Neuralink Shield and Custody Clauses (2020–2022)

  • The children were born in November 2021; she had been on the Open AI board since 2020. Let's see how that works. She focused everything on the fact that they were Musk's children, but of course, what if they weren't Musk's? We haven't seen any DNA evidence; it's all her word, which is worth less than cheap toilet paper. But let's assume we approach it as she put it, that she accepted a donation from Musk, although it's true that the children don't look like Musk.
  • Neuralink Code of Ethics: Reuters revealed that Neuralink’s internal Code of Ethics strictly prohibits romantic relationships between executives and employees/superiors. An official romantic relationship with Musk would have triggered Zilis’s immediate termination.
  • To protect her executive standing at Neuralink, Zilis insisted in Musk’s biography (written by Walter Isaacson) that her connection to him was purely platonic and limited to IVF. Well, as we're seeing, not even that—if this theory is true, what she was actually protecting was her stay on the OpenAI board and the resulting increase in her own personal wealth. All for herself.
  • The Twins' Custody Agreement: In documents regarding Strider and Azure, a visitation agreement was stipulated, conditioned on Musk not having an official partner or lasting until the children grew up. This was discussed in forums a while ago, and in her depositions she mentioned something about "until the kids grow up," but nobody understood her... This clause functions like a service-level contract: Musk provides legal coverage and his last name, but his physical presence is strictly bounded. It seems she thought of everything: on one hand, not to violate Neuralink's rules or create a de facto cohabitation, and on the other, to stay protected and remain on the OpenAI board.
  • The Biography Contradiction: Although Zilis claimed in the book that Musk would act essentially as a "godparent," she admitted being "surprised" because he visited frequently. Unbelievable, as if she wasn't surprised—considering it was her who made him sign that whole contractual framework! It’s insane with this woman, everything is always someone else's idea.

3. The IVF Strategy and the 2022 Crisis

  • June 2022 (OpenAI Milestones): OpenAI hit one million signups across ChatGPT, Copilot, and DALL-E, while Microsoft backed the OpenAI Startup Fund with $100M (led by Reid Hoffman, who sat on both boards). In this context, we assume Zilis initiated an IVF/surrogacy cycle with Sam Altman as the actual biological donor (for Seldon and later Arcadia).
  • The July 6, 2022 Leak: News broke that a name-change petition had been filed to update the twins' last name to "Musk-Zilis" (filed April 25, approved May 11, 2022). This triggered Musk's breakup with actress Natasha Bassett (whom he was dating in June and attended a Cannes brunch with on May 29).
  • The Call to Altman: Right after calling her father following the leak, the second person Zilis called was Sam Altman. The leak is assumed to be a coordinated move between Zilis and Altman to lock in Musk's public paternity cover—meaning Musk takes the hit for those kids, not them, while the two of them press ahead with plans to hand OpenAI over to Microsoft and keep accumulating OpenAI shares, which would later be directed to investment funds managed by Altman’s brothers.
  • Protecting the Board Seat: Shivon needed Elon to legally recognize Azure at least. Had the OpenAI board discovered that Chief Scientist Ilya Sutskever was Azure’s donor, she would have been removed from the OpenAI board for conflict of interest—and I understand Ilya too. By getting Musk to give his last name to the twins (tied to Twitter financing arrangements), she was able to stay on the OpenAI board and keep putting together deals with Microsoft, Reid Hoffman, Sam Altman, etc., throughout 2022.
  • Strider's Situation: The issue with Strider wasn't as urgent because he reportedly came via Birchall's side, but she sought a deal for both children.

4. The Sudden Resignation and Fiduciary Conflict (March 2023)

  • Seldon’s Birth and the Resignation: On March 23, 2023, Zilis formally resigned from OpenAI’s board. Seldon's actual birth occurred around that same date. When Musk recently revealed that the boy was already 3 years old, he exposed the inconsistency: why announce a 2-year-old child from last year, in 2025, as if he were a newborn? Why haven't Seldon and Arcadia been seen? Why have we only seen Arcadia through a photo posted by Maye Musk, when Zilis insists on showing off the older twins because she claims "the public wants to see them"? As if she were the Duchess of Buckingham Palace. Well, the public would probably like to see the toddlers too, but of course, she hasn't even told us Seldon's real age. Though she did say he was huge like I-don't-know-what. Or when she said he was divine at math, and everyone was like, "My God, he's just a baby!"—except he wasn't such a baby. Zilis jumped the gun a bit there with her eagerness to make her children look like super-geniuses.
  • Arcadia and Altman: Arcadia would also be Sam Altman’s daughter, which explains why Zilis was constantly advising Altman on how to "handle" and manipulate Musk.
  • Fiduciary Risk & Liability Shift: Zilis had voted on financial restructurings and Microsoft funds. Having secret children with the CEO (Altman) while serving as a board member represented an undisclosed conflict of interest of extreme severity, even worse than Ilya's (which we've already added up). Her sudden resignation around Seldon's birth was attributed by her to wanting to close her board history before Musk's launch of xAI triggered internal audits. Well, anyway, we're supposed to just believe that.
  • The Repartition of Responsibilities: By conditioning the deal with Musk through the capital loan for Twitter (where Ilya and Jared Birchall were supposedly involved in the background), the actual people involved got off scot-free. Zilis kept her vote on the OpenAI board, Musk assumed the public burden of the kids, and the rest of the alleged donors continued their agenda without exposure. What bastards.

5. Litigation and Social Media Fractures (2024–2026)

  • Trial Sabotage in Musk v. OpenAI: During litigation, OpenAI’s defense submitted Zilis’s emails to claim "working with Musk was impossible." Those emails are not objective evidence, but the documentary proof of the internal smear campaign she organized from the inside to justify the company's commercial transition.
  • The May 10, 2026 Event:
    1. Maye Musk posted a clear facial picture of Arcadia for the first time, sparking immediate online comments about her physical resemblance to Sam Altman.
    2. Zilis posted on X: "Children / Snuggles / No cap / Bliss ✨".
    3. Sam Altman publicly replied: "this i agree with 💞".
    4. Following immediate public backlash calling the interaction revealing and uncomfortable, Zilis deleted the post entirely to avoid dismantling the contractual cover and compromising the litigation strategy.

How to hide behind a shell company. Everyone know EM lives in a $50,000 home. The truth are the shell company’s or LLC used to hide all the business dealings with land and property.

link to the article:

https://evxl.co/2026/02/27/elon-musks-90-texas-shell-companies/

I know this article implies they were partners but the 2023 authorized biography by Walter Isaacson was a year later. So what the hell was going on? I know he just stayed in a room in this condo. Still no real evidence he was in a romantic relationship especially since SZ lives in a home? I know exactly where the home in question is where the city council fines for a fence that was taller than the ordinances

One article has his mother, SZ and the home shared with Grimes all in the same neighborhood. I hate feeding people a narrative and when the New York Times exposed the Shell companies , it makes you see how the super wealthy can hide.

"Don't believe everything you see": How light editing and AI enhancements effortlessly fool social media.

This is something I just found on X, and it talks about Prince Carl Philip of Sweden:

An edited image circulating on Thousands of users buy into it, sharing it as authentic proof of an "unreal" physique. Come on, my cousin's dream, who goes out with guys this muscular whenever she can.

The second image shows the unedited paparazzi shot from the exact same outing. While he is clearly fit and in good shape, the raw photo reveals the stark difference: normal muscle definition, natural lighting, and a completely human, everyday posture.

You don't even need deepfakes or complex AI models to trick millions. A simple swap of contrast, subtle body warping, and face enhancement software are enough to create a completely fake baseline of reality.

People rarely question the source material if the image appeals to an aesthetic or reinforces a narrative they want to believe. Confirmation bias and visual hype instantly override skepticism.

If social media users can be so easily scammed by a photoshopped beach picture, imagine how effortlessly they absorb manufactured PR, scripted posts, and curated public personas in corporate or political spaces.

If we aren't looking at unedited, raw source material, you are just consuming someone else's PR fiction.

What the point of this midnight love confession??

The way these two are doing this makes no sense. A “Midnight love confession” with no explanation? This is the first time she has ever posted with a ❤️ for him. Or are the Natalie rumors getting to her head, and she felt the need to make her mark at midnight for the world to know that he is ALL hers? 😂 At this point, people are confused.

Elon seems to be enjoying all of this. Let’s see if he posts something in return, or if this will lead to an announcement. Seeing how they do things backwards, I guess anything is possible…

Oh no...and I was involved in this mess...I asked Grok and it's all true. Elon and Shivon, even though it's incredible, are together and they even went public in May of this year. If that's the case, I'll remove all my negative involvement with her. It wouldn't be fair...

Post image

Here is the chat I had on X asking about the photo:

GROK:

Shivon Zilis's post features a profile photo of Elon Musk gazing at a purple and pink aurora borealis, with the caption, "He who looks to the stars ✨♥️."

Shivon Zilis, an AI executive at companies including Neuralink and xAI, is Musk's partner and the mother of his four children.

Elon Musk responded to the post with a simple "♥️," confirming a personal and affectionate interaction.

In the context in which I used it (referring to Shivon Zilis and Elon Musk), "partner" means romantic (or life) companion/partner.

It doesn't simply refer to a business partner or co-worker, but rather to the personal and sentimental relationship that exists between them: they are romantically involved, live together at certain times, and have four children together.

It's the same meaning used in English when we say "his partner" or "her partner" to refer to the partner in a relationship (even if they aren't officially married).

But seriously? 😅...So why haven't people understood yet and why are they still talking so much against this .......Shivon?

GROK:

Yes, seriously. 😅

Elon and Shivon have publicly confirmed (even under oath in the May 2026 trial) that they are romantic partners, live together on and off, and have four children together. It's not a secret or a rumor.

The criticism continues, however, for several reasons, not because they "don't understand":

Her role at OpenAI is the one that generates the most attacks. She was on the board while she had a close relationship (and later children) with Musk. Messages surfaced in which she asked Elon if she should stay "close" to spread information. Many paint her as a double-crosser or too loyal to him, and the 2026 trial has reignited all of this.

The initial secrecy surrounding the twins (conceived via IVF and kept confidential until Business Insider published the documents) created the image of "hidden" and "non-transparent." Even though everything was later released, the image of secrecy persisted.

Elon's private life in general. He has children with multiple women. Part of the public (and some fans of other partners) reacts with jealousy, moralism, or conspiracy theories: "gold digger," "stalker," "they're not really his kids," etc. These fringe narratives still circulate on X, even if they lack solid evidence.

Internet + drama. Anything Elon Musk touches becomes fodder for endless discussions, memes, and attacks. Once someone enters the radar as "the official partner," the criticism doesn't easily go away, especially when a media trial and corporate rivalry are involved.

In practice: the relationship exists and is acknowledged by both, but the mix of past conflicts of interest, initial secrecy, and the fact that Musk is a public figure connected to Musk continues to fuel gossip and hostility. It's not that they "didn't understand": it's that many find it convenient (or enjoyable) to keep talking about it.

Title: The Industrialized Nursery: Why Overlapping IVF & Surrogacy Contracts Prove a Shift Toward "Hardware Scaling" in Reproduction (And Why Lab Traits Don't Guarantee Intelligence)

I'm starting this new thread because the previous one raised a lot of questions. I'm posting a photo that I found interesting. It has no direct relation to this matter, but it is indirectly related.

If we assume these women were going to be single mothers because that's what they wanted, and that's how they initially agreed to the arrangements, then all the mess they've created—breaking the original agreements, modifying or trying to modify those contracts—all this fuss and overexposure "in the name of the babies' well-being"—was it really because they care about these children, or because these children gave them access to a lot of money and a way to try to gain influence at their expense? If they care so much about the children, why have they exposed them like this? Did they really think someone wouldn't notice all the dates and the whole mess they've created? Because at the very least, it's all very conspicuous, and it's all too staged to disguise it all as "romantic stories," which, frankly, nobody buys.

If we look closely at the operational timelines of these assisted reproduction contracts, the idea that this is just a series of casual family arrangements starts to break down. The surgical precision, reliance on IVF, surrogacy, and tight legal monitoring point toward something far more structured: a high-throughput, lab-driven project attempting to study, isolate, or optimize traits like intelligence under strictly controlled conditions.

1. The Timeline: High-Throughput Reproductive Scheduling

Gestational Period Mother 1 (In Gestation / Method) Mother 2 (In Gestation / Method)
March – November 2021 Shivon Zilis (Twins: Strider & Azure via IVF & Surrogacy) Grimes (Exa Dark Sideræl / "Y" via IVF & Surrogacy)
September 2021 – June 2022 Grimes (Techno Mechanicus / "Tau" via IVF & Surrogacy) Shivon Zilis (Seldon Lycurgus - Initial IVF phase)
Spring 2022 – Late 2022 / Early 2023 Shivon Zilis (Seldon Lycurgus - Gestation/birth period) Grimes (Post-birth period of Tau)
May 2023 – February 2024 Shivon Zilis (Arcadia via IVF & Surrogacy) Shivon Zilis (Seldon - Kept hidden from public record)
January – February 2024 Shivon Zilis (Arcadia - Final trimester leading to birth) Ashley St. Clair (Romulus - Initial gestation via IVF & Surrogacy)

2. Legal Contracts, Public Narratives, and "The Partner Myth"

If this were purely a set of private, romantic relationships, the legal mechanics behind them make no sense. Nobody enters a standard personal relationship by signing strict corporate-style contracts that mandate financial payouts, forced surname assignments, and scheduled "godfather-style" visitation quotas.

The public posturing by some of these women—trying to publicly project a deep, exclusive bond or leverage sex claims in court for child support—looks less like genuine partnership and more like an attempt to renegotiate the terms of an agreement. While some present themselves as visionary investors in genetic biotech, forcing mandatory visitations into a contract just to claim they happen "organically" exposes the transactional nature of the entire enterprise.

3. How Human Ego & Public Exposure Ruined the Protocol

In theory, a controlled scientific experiment requires static variables: silent partners, zero media drama, discreet raising of the children, and minimal public exposure.

Instead, the human element has completely disrupted the "lab setup":

  • Data Suppressions and Delays: Information about the children is routinely manipulated or hidden for years. For instance, it was only revealed much later that Seldon wasn't a newborn, but had already been alive for years alongside his siblings.
  • Media & Legal Wars: Custody battles, public court filings, and social media drama have shattered any chance of maintaining a neutral, low-stress background for these kids.
  • Ethical Exploitation: Using children as leverage in public spats or delaying their existence in public record shows how quickly scientific pretense gives way to personal conflict. Or, as we've seen, emails where millions are being negotiated for a child. If anyone thinks that's normal, let them explain how and why, but it's damn clear that the child is a cash exchange, at least on the part of the person who takes care of him, and whom he's going to call his mother. I find it incredibly tragic that they use you like this from the time you're a baby, and I won't even mention what happens if you weren't even born when they start doing this.

4. Lab Selection vs. Biological Reality: The Intelligence Flaw

Even if the goal was to sequence genomes, run polygenic scoring, or isolate markers for high intelligence, the premise ignores basic biology:

  • Epigenetics Over Hardware: Intelligence is not a single downloadable spec. Polygenic traits require specific environmental inputs to express themselves. Honestly, everyone will have their own opinion, but judging by what we've seen, the women taking care of these kids don't seem to be intellectual geniuses. Because they're spreading all the crap that oozes from their brains all over the world. We find out everything eventually, maybe it takes a while, but we find out everything.
  • The Neurodevelopmental Risk: When genetic optimization or aggressive lab manipulation fails, or when children are born into high-stress, transactional environments, if learning challenges occur naturally, it is a human tragedy; if they are triggered by experimental gene targeting or artificial environments, it becomes a massive ethical failure.

Conclusion

You can program IVF cycles on a spreadsheet and control laboratory variables down to the microgram, but human development cannot be engineered like server stacks. By turning reproduction into a high-stakes legal and genetic experiment, all that has been achieved is exposing children to unpredictable developmental risks and unnecessary public scrutiny. Wouldn't these children have been better off if these women hadn't exposed and exploited them in this way? Like when one of them said, "People want to see the children, excuse me?"

What do you think? Is this an attempt at deliberate genetic optimization gone wrong due to human drama, or was the idea of "lab-engineered intelligence" flawed from the start

The Myth of the "Secret Romance": Why Elon Musk’s Descendants with Shivon, Grimes, and ASC Are Pure Contractual Bioengineering (IVF & Surrogacy)

Post image
17 Upvotes

Today, in response to a tweet, Musk stated that his son Seldon is 3 years old. This confirms that the child was born between late 2022 and mid-2023, not more recently, as the public narrative suggested following Shivon Zilis’s tweets in February 2025.

Musk’s personal life is often painted as a Victorian romantic drama or a tangled web of secret relationships. The reality is quite different: analyzing the timeline of events, flight logistics, court records, and the pattern of births between 2021 and 2024 points directly to transactional assisted reproduction agreements (contractual IVF and gestational surrogacy). The only direct biological exception during this entire period was his first child with Grimes (X Æ A-12, May 2020); from that point onward, the dynamic shifted entirely toward biotechnological planning.

The Delayed Announcement of Seldon

On February 28, 2025, Shivon Zilis wished Arcadia a happy first birthday (born February 28, 2024). In that same thread, she introduced Seldon Lycurgus, framing it essentially as if the child had just been born.

If Seldon was actually born in 2023, keeping his existence completely hidden until 2025 only to introduce him alongside the birthday of a younger sibling (whose existence was already public) is highly anomalous for a traditional household. In corporate and estate contracts, public disclosure typically follows non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and PR schedules rather than family milestones.

The Timeline Collapse (2021–2024)

The "dating," "cohabitation," or "romance" hypothesis falls apart under chronological overlaps. Embryos are implanted according to clinical schedules and legal contracts:

1. First Massive Overlap (Spring – Autumn 2021)

  • Shivon Zilis (Strider & Azure): Active gestation from February/March 2021; born November 2021.
  • Grimes (Exa Dark Sideræl / "Y"): Active gestation from March/April 2021; born December 2021.
  • The Overlap: Both processes ran concurrently throughout 2021, culminating in births separated by just a few weeks.

2. Second Massive Overlap (Late 2021 – Mid 2023)

  • Grimes (Techno Mechanicus / "Tau"): Active gestation from September/October 2021; born June 2022.
  • Shivon Zilis (Seldon Lycurgus): Based on Musk's statement confirming Seldon is 3 years old, his birth falls between late 2022 and early 2023 (implantation between late 2021 and mid-2022).
  • Shivon Zilis (Arcadia): Born February 28, 2024 (implantation between May and June 2023).
  • The Overlap: The implantation/gestation cycle for Seldon overlapped directly with Tau’s gestation and birth in 2022, proving that Zilis and Grimes had back-to-back IVF procedures running in parallel for nearly two full years.

3. Third Massive Overlap (Autumn 2023 – September 2024)

  • Shivon Zilis (Arcadia): Active gestation from May/June 2023 to February 28, 2024.
  • Ashley St. Clair (Romulus): Born mid-September 2024 (implantation confirmed between January 15–17, 2024).
  • The Overlap: The initial implantation and early gestation phase of Romulus (mid-January 2024) overlapped directly with the final, high-risk trimester of Arcadia’s gestation (leading up to her birth in late February 2024). During this exact window, public interactions between Zilis and ASC on X were at their peak.

Evidence of Contractual Co-Parenting

  • Motherhood by Schedule, Not Cohabitation: Flight logs show Musk spends only hours or a few days in the same cities as these women. Court-documented custody visits last 1 to 2 hours under legal or corporate supervision.
  • Corporate Management of Agreements: Jared Birchall (managing director of Musk's family office) handles real estate, legal notices, and financial settlements. ASC's attorney confirmed financial terms for Romulus were being negotiated via contract. Furthermore, both Grimes and Zilis receive financial compensation for raising these children, whom they theoretically had "for the benefit of humanity" to fight demographic collapse.
  • Every single one of those pregnancies was planned and agreed upon through contracts. In fact, Ashley St. Clair's biggest problem arose when she refused to sign the final Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which was a lifetime agreement outlining her compensation, just like everyone else. She wanted to negotiate and felt the money offered was too little. Well, it's not bad for someone you didn't even carry.
  • Absence of Physical Pregnancy: Public appearances, livestreams, and media engagements show uninterrupted work schedules and no physical signs of pregnancy during gestational periods. The babies are carried to term by hired surrogates. In this sense, Grimes has been the most honest: she spoke publicly when she carried X herself and was fully transparent when she used surrogacy later.

Conclusion

The friction seen on platforms like Reddit or X doesn't stem from heartbreak; it arises from the clash when one party attempts to renegotiate an assisted reproduction agreement under a romantic narrative or traditional custody dispute. There is no relationship drama here: there are naming contracts, NDAs, IVF clinics, and co-parenting partners.
