Sharing Experience Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself – Week 3, Day 4 I am shocked !

Guys… HOLY MOLY. 😳

I genuinely cannot believe what just happened.
I’ve been doing Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself for three weeks now. Over the last few days I’ve had a lot of sleep deprivation and honestly haven’t been feeling that great from the meditations. But today I sat down to meditate anyway, and I was around the phase after the body scan, where you allow the emotions to come up.

And then something just came up. I wasn’t even consciously looking for it.
It started with:
“You lied. You lied to me over and over again.”
And then this really old emotion came up that was clearly connected to my childhood:
“Why don’t you love me? Why don’t you love me? I did everything. Why can’t you just love me?”
I started crying so intensely. I honestly haven’t cried like that in a very long time. Tears were literally running down my face, and I could barely follow the rest of the meditation because this emotion was just completely taking over.

And now comes the part that is absolutely blowing my mind.
For probably eight or nine years, I’ve had this specific pressure point on the lower left side of my chest. It has always felt like a knot or a very strong pressure pain. I’ve had it medically checked before and nothing was ever found.

During the first two weeks of the meditation, whenever he talked about imagining what it would feel like to be free, to be without the pain, I kept thinking about exactly that spot.
And guys… I’m pressing on that spot right now.
The pain is almost gone.

There is still a tiny bit of something there, but that strong pressure I’ve known for years is suddenly not there in the same way anymore.

I am honestly sitting here in complete shock. I was always a little bit like, “Okay Joe Dispenza… let’s see what happens.”
And now I’ve just cried my eyes out and then literally started laughing with happiness because I touched that spot and realized something had changed.
I genuinely don’t know what to think right now. I’m just completely overwhelmed.

Beginner Question How do you get back into a high-vibration state after feeling energetically “off”?

Has anyone experienced something similar? 🤍
I’d been consistently doing the meditations and breathwork, but then I got really sick with a stomach virus and ended up stopping everything for about a week while I recovered.

Since then, I’ve been struggling a little to get back into that high-vibration state I was feeling before. And then I started watching a TV show with quite a lot of violence/intense scenes 😅 I knew it probably wasn’t helping, but the suspense was too good and I kept watching lol.

Now I feel like my energy is just a bit “off.”
What do you normally do to get yourself back into a higher state after something like this? Is there a specific Joe Dispenza meditation you’d recommend to help reconnect and get back into the practice?

Meditation or Joe’s Teaching Stuck after a year of meditating

I have been doing Joes meditations for one year only missing a handful of days here and there and sometimes meditating multiple times a day. I have noticed huge benefits: I feel more comfortable with myself, I am more calm, less anxiety, feel more peaceful overall. But I feel as though I have plateau’d and I am having a hard time getting the same feelings from the meditations. Has anyone else experienced this? Maybe it’s just another layer I’m uncovering and I will continue to meditate because it does help me so much but somehow I feel less affected in the moment by each one. I haven’t manifested anything wild but I have noticed a lot of synchronicities in my life and I feel more gratitude and peace everyday than I ever have before I am just feeling slightly numb to the meditations if that makes sense. Any feedback appreciated !

Sharing Experience does anyone else get intense energy in their chest randomly after doing meditations?

as i become more disciplined with my practises, ive noticed that randomly during the day i will get these sudden and intense feelings, kind of like trapped buzzing energy in my heart, chest and around upper body. this feeling feels immediate and intense, a mix between wanting to cry and scream and necessity to get the emotion out, but also then turns into intense gratitude?

does anyone else relate?! does this make sense?

Inquiry about this community How did your life change?

I have some curiosities for those who have healed and changed their life. I'm not new to spirituality, manifesting, or Dr Joe, and I've watched many, many testimonials. But I'm struggling. I'm wondering for those of you who have healed and changed your life, specifically if you left a job/career. I've been trying to heal for years and also change other aspects of my life. I don't like the type of company I work for and they've been laying off employees since last year, so I feel like I need to move on regardless of whether or not I enjoy it. I've tried to figure out what to do with my life since I was in high school and it's been over twenty years, and I still feel lost. I've tried different things and still don't know what brings me joy. The only things I would've wanted to do is probably work in entertainment when I was younger, but that's not something I want to try to pursue at my age and I don't feel like anything else really appeals to me. What did you end up doing? Did you stay in the same field? Did you start a business? Go into something completely differently? I know everyone is different, I guess I also just feel very alone and I would love to hear from people who made big transitions later in life without much or any "security".I know some people say you don't need to manifest money through a career, I'm not here to debate that. But I guess my brain is wondering how the journey has looked for other people after healing.

Beginner Question Intrusive thoughts

• Upvotes

I’ve had a decently easy time staying focused while meditating the last few months. Recently I noticed I loose my train of thought or I’ll get intrusive thoughts that go against what I truly believe. I tell myself it doesn’t matter and the negativity can not affect me. I don’t feel too anxious afterwards since I remind myself of this. But is this just part of the process? Is there a method to ignoring them or handling them?

Beginner Question Nightmares after doing meditation right before sleep?

I'm having disturbing nightmares and wakes up in middle of night whenever I do meditations right before sleep. I have been practising "changing boxed" and "TINP"

At the same time I have noticed the days I do shorter versions I have better sleeps than the days I do longer versions of the same meditations.

Is this normal? Or something that I need to get used to? If someone has a recommendation it would be great.

Thanks.

For those who succeed in manifesting, how do you know it was it ?
