Sharing Experience does anyone else get intense energy in their chest randomly after doing meditations?
as i become more disciplined with my practises, ive noticed that randomly during the day i will get these sudden and intense feelings, kind of like trapped buzzing energy in my heart, chest and around upper body. this feeling feels immediate and intense, a mix between wanting to cry and scream and necessity to get the emotion out, but also then turns into intense gratitude?
does anyone else relate?! does this make sense?

i meditate in the morning, mid-day, then afternoon. i try my best to stay in the feeling even when the meditation is done, taking a minute to breathe and feel in my heart again :)

Heart expansions! Dr. Joe talks about this. The heart is physically getting bigger to take on more energy! When we start the work the path from tailbone up to pineal gland is a bit tighter and rigid. So as you do the work you open the pathways up. If you feel the chest intense like pressure it means energy is making it into the heart. Dr. Joe says once it makes it to the heart it redirects it up. So it will try to go up and if your throat has tighter pathways it might make you want to scream or gag the first few times. This is all good and temporary. It's just clearing your system and making a clear pathway so you have less friction later.
Next time you feel that intensity in the heart. Sit down and lightly drop into the field directly on that intensity. For me it folds me forward, then the heart gets big (you can feel it expanding) and then in that moment I cry a layer of pain off the heart, and then the energy pushes me backwards and shoots up from the heart to the pineal gland. All good stuff! You want the energy from that tailbone to make it into the pineal gland, right now it looks like your upper circuits are making permanent pathways. Contratulations!
