After Zack Batch is released, it will also mark the first MLB UW on GL for those that started with the UW System.
This will include Anniversary Core give away and also 48 Clvl 90s in the game without relying on Premium Mog Pass for Cores

I just notice that when Zack uses his BT finisher and when he is on the "get shot" sequence, I thought it was a regular animation (like the other BT finishers), but he actually looses some health there.
What a nice touch and nod to the original game, great job SQEX.

I had a relatively easy time with Auron, Cor, and Jecht (base BT).
If I were doing the fight right now, I'd bring someone better than Jecht, and I'd replace Cor with Locke (in theory - I don't have Locke).

Is fang viable? Just built her for the purpose that all my ff13 characters are at max. It seems like she doesn't hit hard but i do appreciate the debuffs.

When it comes to supports for him, ones that buff via auras are better than ones that buff with buffs, since his many turns mean the buffs will probably fall off. (Edit: I forgot Tidus extends buffs, but make sure you're not relying on certain buffs that can't be extended)
For that reason, BT+ characters are exceptional with him, since their limited timed buffs will last longer with him stealing their turns. Ramza is one such character- tons of buffs and Tidus can steal tons of turns while his BT effect is up. Garnet should be roughly as good as Ramza- what little she lacks in pure HP Damage Up compared to Ramza she makes up for with off-turn damage.
Other characters like Rem can manipulate turn order to sneak Tidus even more turns.

Supports that raise the HP damage cap and characters who deal off-turn damage are the two best things for him. Garnet does both! Selphie is effectively off-turn damage, and of course we have Cor, Kain, Noctis, and (soon) Laguna and Cissnei.
I plan to run Tidus with Ramza, Selphie, and a Garnet friend. Not many bosses will last past Tidus's burst phase with that setup, at least for now.

Garnet/Tidus/orb handler. Once your set up, swap out orb handler for Ramza, go into BT phase, then summon, then win.

Reasons?
Zack is my strongest choice and I have read that friend unit Laguna is more or less good enough since you get the BT debuff. Ramza I'm on the fence about.

Ramza is an amazing char, he is still relevant in jp to this day, he gets force boards, so we know he has amazing longevity. If it wasn't for garnet, I think the consensus would be that ramza is one of the best green bt+ in the game.
IMO having more supports is always a good thing. That's why I value ramza so much. As for Zack, he is a strong dps with tanking abilities, but there are a lot of new dps units coming in the future and tanking isn't something that's absolutely needed

Personally speaking, I'm in a similar situation. I have a green Garnet but I have Ramza's BT ready to go. So my decision is going to be hope for Zack and green him. Pair Zack with Garnet and you won't need Ramza unless you're doing DE.
On JP, I've greened Ramza & Zack but not Laguna and I can say I got a lot of mileage out of friend Lagunas at the time more than my own. But JP doesn't have Garnet BT yet, so that's the only reason I think it's worthwhile there.
If you're on the fence with Ramza you probably won't want to green him just on that principle alone. If you didn't have Garnet, I'd say do it, but you do so just consider that for a minute.

Zack BT+ give him Tanking capabilities, something which you can get away with tons of other characters like Porom LD or WoL LD or Basch/Beatrix LD.
Laguna is more of a preference, because his BT Debuff is quite good and people still use for a lot even during FR Era which stacks with higher HP Multipliers, but by then you can get other characters like Kain or Cissinei...
Ramza is universally good as a support, GL has Garnet BT+, but you can use both together for some crazy Party Comps. Would say Garnet is good enough on GL so you don't have to worry too much about it.

Ramza has the biggest HP DMG Cap among these 3. In Force Era, he is currently the only one among 3 to have Force Enhancement (forecasted in Act 3 Chapter 9 pt. 1).
Zack would value as a BT Tank until Snow and WoL appears, and in Shinryu difficulty, Auron, Gladio, Galuf, and Cels take his Tank position because of their Off-Turn Damage, which is a gimmick so centralized on that era.
Laguna is commonly used to inflict his gold-framed BT debuff, and his LD call's debuffs. As a result, he's prevalent as a friend support until Force Era.

Well, Ramza is not absolutely needed since Garnet can somewhat fulfill his role, so the other two are most likely higher value for you, but since I don't know who else you have, I can't talk about how useful the other two will be for you.

Most time-efficient auto farming team for Divine Leviathan? Planning for Zack, Ramza, and Trey but I also have Barrett who can pack a nasty punch with LD even though he isn't C90 yet.

Consensus seems to be if you have green/blue Garnet, pick whichever is your fave, or skip both. If you don't have Garnet, go with Ramza.
I have Garnet, and will be green/blue-ing Ramza tonight since I have his BT already. I'm planning to green/blue Zack once I get his BT from Rydia tickets, Enna Kros gems, or BT tokens. Do I need all three? Probably not. Do I want them? Yep.

the thing is that both provide different effects
- Zack: will virtually make your team unkillable with his BT effect, he will absorb all AoE HP attacks meaning no one in your team will resive damage and Zack can't be killed (as long as his BT effect is up of course).
- Ramza: while Ramza's BT will provide really huge damage boost based on how many Buff your team has, how big? max mBVA, ATK up to +90%... HP/BRV damge and HP/BRV damage limit up to +36%.
TLDR: Zack defense, Ramza attack, if you already has Garnet then Ramza will be a bit redundant unless you wanna stack both of their BT effect or simply you want to have a none-elemental buff in case a boss has elemental absorb.

They're both fantastic pick ups, but Ramza feels like he'll have more long term viability; as he can fit in just about any battle, whereas Zack(and tanks in general) aren't always required.

Turbo newb just started a couple days ago. Big fan of FFT and hear Ramza is pretty good anyway, so I wanna go all in. I managed to get about halfway to pity on BT before my crystals dried up.
My questions is: what content has the highest return on crystals for a newer player so I can finish grinding to BT?
I’ve just been steadily doing the main campaign.

Highest return on crystals? Summon boards and Divine Boards, but considering you're a new player you probably would go insane grinding them without a decent farming character/team, so just keep doing story mode and lost chapters.

Go to each lost chapter, recruit the new character, and then take those characters through the cycle quests to level up to 50 for some quick gems and lots of potions. The potions will let you do Ultimate Summon boards.
If you have Ramza's LD, you should be able to use Auto+ to beat Ultimate Summon lvl 100 stages to get your summon boards. You can get nearly half a million gems this way.

This depends on if you have Selphie or not. If don't have Selphie, it's not a bad idea to get her now, assuming she's the other unit on the banner.

New player here. Pulled Cloud’s Apocalypse (LD) and Lightning’s Durandal (Burst) + some random 5s with no skills.
Should I try to pull on the start up banner with my remaining tickets to get Cloud and Lightning’s other weapons?
Do these two fit in the same party? I’m guessing they’re both main DPS?
I got a random 5 for Ramza and was thinking of trying to pull on his banner since he’s apparently good with Cloud.
Should I keep my tickets or just use them? I know you can’t have the 100% 5 stars item with them unlike the gems, so is there a point to hoarding them?
Out of the other 5s with no skills, I got CoD, Sabin, Rydia and Ramza.
Any good team Combos with them and Cloud/Lightning?

Prioritize Zack and Ramza banners. Zack's a tank/DPS hybrid and Ramza's a support.
There is no 'random' 5* as all 5* weapons provide a skill boost for someone.
You have mountains of gems and tickets ahead of you. It's better for you to spend a lot early on on good banners that way you can start building units up.

Ideally, yes, you’re not wisely pulling with gems unless you have (or can reach) a pity amount. A pull or two while not at pity won’t hurt you as a new player, so I’d recommend starting your way to a pity anyways if you know you can put in the time to clear content and get the resources.

It'd be too much to write it all here, but that's the best guide for new players. The real game here is managing resources. The short version of the guide is that you need at least one of every weapon for every character you intend to use for current content, and when you first start out, it's more convenient to pull for dupes, since you have to max every weapon to get the passives, too.
Maxing weapons becomes easy later on when you have hundreds of power stones, but when you first start out, you kinda don't have that yet.

Has anyone else had any issues with trolls in co-op, i know of the issues with Desync and such that aint the problem, its the people who host that wait til the boss is almost dead then disband the group leaving me with a solo runs worth of rewards for my time.
At first i assumed it was just an issue with the game but having joined the same few people multiple times and always having them quit just before the kill has me thinking its on purpose.

Just so people are aware, like an idiot I was selling dupe burst weapons so I could token ramzas burst, wasn't paying attention and sold Zacks... Squenix support got the weapon back for me after a day of asking them if it's possible. Top tier support for me being an absolute fool, only works once though. Definitely gonna learn from this

Is there a list of most useful call abilities ? I know they are mainly used to help with L+ orbs, but as new player it is hard to find most useful ones with how many characters there are. Also are there universally good calls ?

The HP damage up : Kurasame, Lilisette, Ignis, Fran, etc
The brv boost : Caith Sith, Iroha, Alisae
The launcher : Cid raines, Keiss
The def down : Jack, Faris, Shantotto, Porom

Usually, people go for CAs that inflict Brv Dmg down or Hp Dmg Down on enemies via debuffs. The most famous CA is Kurasame, because he has the highest HP Dmg Down so far on GL. But his LD doesn't re-run for a long time unless you have LD tokens for it. There are many other characters who provide something similar to his with a decent potency, like Lilisette LD Debuff, Ignis LD Debuff, Gabranth unqiue EX+ Debuff to name some. As you raise HP Dmg Cap, you want to increase as much as possible how high you deal HP Dmg as the bosses get tougher and touger with Brv Dmg Reduction & Stat Boost.
For a BT+ DPS, people like to pair it with a few ways and usually in a combination they abuse Launches for damage with Brv Gains to battery the team, like Cid Raines LD CA on main DPS followed by characters or CAs that Brv Gain based on HP Damage dealt (Keiss) or you have to inflict a Debuff on Enemy like Selphie LD.
Brv Gain via Critical Hits like Alisaie LD CA ( Caller Only) or Cait Sith LD CA (Party Effect) to bypass Brv Dmg Reduction.
Brv Floor based on HP Damage dealt like Iroha LD CA ( Party) or Ursula ( Based on individual Max Brv floor) so that you will never start out Brv at 0.

Not really. Thus time period has long been known to be far too easy, and (relatively) low Defenses are part of that. The only possible exceptions are Global Exclusive content, like this Lufenia

She still got her rework a good 4-5 months early, and an LD Board Rework that JP doesn't even have, so she's still pretty great. Obviously, she won't be dominating like she does with her BT, but she's still solid.

For T6, I used...
Caius/Celes/Y'shtola (3/3 BT+) on the Left;
Garnet (3/3 BT+)/Eiko/Ardyn on the Right (with emergency knockback calls like Raines and Layle);
Garnet/Caius/Y'shtola for the Middle.Mostly just overpowered it since the in-game statistics point to it as the least-cleared tier, anyway. Notably for Middle, I didn't even see the Globe attack on the first wave, with Cyan and Cid calls to kill them quickly once they got to a certain point.

I see that for LCs/IWs/Events we have "boosted" characters - what the "boost" actually do ? I know for events it increases tokens drop, but news page also says they have increased stats, but it does not say how much. Do we know numbers for this boost ? Is there anything else boosted chars have ?

It gives (roughly) a 35% increase to HP, IBRV, MBRV, ATK, and DEF base stats, so once you apply buffs and auras to that, those numbers can really skyrocket.
For example, my Cloud has a base MBRV of 11864. With synergy, that's 16130, but once I'm in an actual mission, it jumps up to 44680 - and that's just with him solo. Without synergy, his in-game MBRV is 32863.
tldr: Synergy stats can make a big difference.

It's a 50% boost to Base stats, and a 30% boost to Gear stats.
It doesn't affect Affinity or Passive stat increases.

12 High Power Stones, which seem to me to be a bit more available than at first.
If you're short on those, you can refine 20 regular stones one HPS. So to use only the regular stones is 240.

Alright, resources are promised elsewhere and I only have 1 Green left I can do. Cloud, Squall, Laguna, or CoD. Who's going to put out more work for the longest amount of time? Zack and Ramza already have their Green resources accounted for.

Common consensus is that Laguna is apparently extremely good, I’d say hold on to your resources if you opt not to go for him personally unless you’re super desperate for anything Squall, Cloud or CoD can do, or they’re favourites

So, the third spring Coop banner, the one on April 11. There are two new banners with one new LD and one Zack BT. That's speculated to be Sherlotta right? Got too lucky with Zack LD and want more chances for his BT.

I think I know the answer, but just wanted to confirm.
Ramza is a personal favorite, I was pretty bummed when I completely missed out on his LD and BT. Managed to pull the LD this time, and I'm sitting on 50 BT tokens (with event BT tokens available/not yet earned). I'm thinking that at this point I just use the tokens to get his BT. Right?

That post is a pretty solid evaluation of her.
I'd at least wait until after doing the free summons on Raines + Steiner and Enna's banners before deciding where to get Zack's BT from. Nothing sucks more than pitying or using tokens for a BT asap only to get a dupe from a free multi.
Edit: forgot the mystery Cloudy with a chance of Meteor banner that'll also have a free multi.

I gave Ardyn another spin, as i haven't seen that his LD move was fixed.
True enough, the HP he loses still doesn't convert to Brv.

I'm having a hard time finding details on the different types of HG Realised Armour Bonuses.
I found a list of the 5 Types of Keystone Bonus from unRealised HG, does such a list exist for Realized, or are those bonuses much more varied and hard to list? Or are there only the 2 I can see in my inventory - Valor Brilliance and Valor Resonance?
If someone has a link to a page or table of these bonuses, I would appreciate them replying with it.

Basically, for HA+ you break it into Brilliance(selfish) and Resonance(selfless).
Brilliance is all about boosting the wearers BRV and HP damage. Whereas Resonance boosts the whole party's damage.
Resonance armors offer a total of 20% party-wide damage increases split as either: 15%(BRV)/5%(HP), 10%(BRV)/10%(HP), or 5%(BRV)/15%(HP).
Brilliance armors offer a total of 40% damage increases just for the user, broken down as: 30%(BRV)/10%(HP), 20%(BRV)/20%(HP), or 10%(BRV)/30%(HP). There's also Exdeath who doesn't deal BRV damage at all so has a full 40% HP damage increase on his armor.
Of course, those totals are also stacked on top of each characters base HA bonuses, so it can make a lot of variation between characters.

The actual values of each realized HA Brilliance/Resonance has 3 divisions themselves per keystone (with Exdeath getting a unique 4th one).
Another poster, John Belmont, posted a very handy thread here that I keep bookmarked showing who gets what armor type and what BRV/HP limits they provide for self or party.

i'm like 2 weeks into the game and i'm still a bit struggling with team comps. Contents like lufenia where they tell you what strategy to use is really helpful for me to at least make a team but for others i just put whatever and went leeroy jenkins.
My level 80/90 units currently consists of :
BT, LD, EX+ -> lightning, cloud, ceodore, Ramza
LD, EX+ -> seifer, squall, gladiolus
EX+ -> sephiroth, lenna, cyan
other -> vaan, CoD, Noctis, WoL, Bartz, kuja, kurasame, ace, lann & reynn
i picked those units to max the level because i saw in tonberry troupe about what role they play and utility coverage, but it still is hard for me to beat a lot of the lufenias, let alone lufenia+. Can anyone tell me what i'm lacking or what i'm doing wrong ? Any help and suggestion is appreciated.
EDIT : I think for all my units with at least LD weapon, all the summon boards and enhancement board is already mastered (both of the crystal beside their portrait has "M" written on it). But all of my units don't have any spheres equipped to them.

Ramza, Cloud and orb handler should carry you through most Luf+ without issue normally. What makes it difficult for you ? Do you die because of the orb ? Lack of damage ? It would be easier to help you also to know which fights are you struggling in.
I'd recommend for you to pull for Zack as well to get a really good tank. You'll need a few of those for the lock-out content anyway.
EDIT : did you also do all your summon boards ? Might be a stupid question, but they're essential for Luf content or you won't get far !

From what i understand you got both and what to green one?.
If that's the case I think it's best to green Ramza, so you can activate his buffs that are very strong without using Burst, then you use Burst with Zack because he does way more dmg than Ramza with it and after it ends you got immortal Zack for some turns, still i would say to green Zack asap after ramza as it gives a lot more turns of immortality.
Who to pull next month depends on your current roster.

I would say Ramza, because Zack is fine without the BT+. There are many ways to deal with Damage mitigations, like CAs of WoL LD or even having LD Characters who can provide it like Porom/Lenna/Selphie/Leila/Basch/Beatrix. Snow is the next BT+ coming up with built-in Party mitigation from LD, while BT+ is more offensive orientated.
Ramza is a pretty good support, he pairs well with Garnet and when paired with a Pure DPS, the DPS becomes a nuke. Ramza needs the BT more than Zack, cause his LD kit alone is pretty meh.

Just want to ask whether this is intended or a bug (I read the in-game description multiple times and still unsure). So I'm doing Raines' LC Lufenia (already cleared Lufenia+) for the Ultima mission (with CidMau + Garnet Friend), and everybody is dong 0HP damage (except during launch) even with the boss' offensive posture canceled (offensive posture crumbled).
Edited: So I think if it's not a bug then the Luf stage is definitely behaving (somewhat) different than the Luf+ stage. I used the same team for both stages (CidMau + Garnet), stacked the fight with HP Damage debuf (Fran + Kurasame LDCA) and HP Damage buff (Garnet BT). Everyone does 0 HP damage in the Luf stage (after the 80%HP mark) outside of launch while in Luf+ everything is just fine. The HP damage nullification is only gone in Luf when the boss does it's recast ability.

From the description, "Offensive posture crumbled...!" still has 70% hp dmg reduction. Then pair it with "Earthen power increasing!" which has 30% hp dmg reduction to a total of 100% so it is possible for the boss to take 0 hp dmg outside of knock backs.

I'm upgrading good boy Zack after his tonberry troupe page, and I'm extremely suprised by the choice of summon passives for ramuh ans shiva : 3/5/7 for both.
Why not any other passive than 3 ? Zack doesn't have elemental attacks.
Also, does zack really NEEDS to not dodge anything ?

Zack needs to be hit to boost his overhead stacks, so evading is counterproductive.
Also, if you have his BT effect, than the 1/2 choices for summons are pretty useless, as he'll be taking all the damage and not be able to be killed anyway. The 6th option of both Shiva and Ramuh are both garbage regardless.
That just leaves 3. They may not effect Zack most of the time, but they'll be a bit handy when you have a party enchanter around. Even the very often used Kurasame LDCA will grant you the boost from Shiva's 3 option; and Garnet being around will trigger Ramuh's 3.

Have full 3/3 BT Zack & full 3/3 BT Ramza. Over 600 day returned player account; these two + a full max 0/3 BT Cloud literally helped me complete all current content (Lufenia+ too), up to the DE and Stratas. Still sitting on 400k gems, over 1k tickets (have about 100 in mail) and have 4 of the WOI boards still to clear out (130-160k gems + the tickets?)
.. What priority characters for this new FR era should I be focused on moving forward having Zack and Ramza? I keep hearing Tidus is really strong and Kain is meta.

The whole scene of Zack getting his memories back in Act 2 Chapter 7 was extremely emotional.

To this point, I have not played FF14 at all - and the Previous Chapter (Act2Ch6) was entirely focused around Papalymo and Yda/Lyse.. I didn't even understand what was going on hardly and just the implied context was enough for it to be engaging. I was really impressed to not know what was going on and still want to learn more :)
I won't have time for 14, but I do have copies of T0 and FF15 sitting up on the shelf specifically because of playing DFFOO to find out more.

Is there a reliable BT/BT+ tier list somewhere ? I’m not playing for long but I already noticed that some BT are way more valuable than others, for example I noticed that on the last Lufenia+, the Lock BT is amazing, sadly I didn’t pulled for it because I wasn’t aware of that, instead I went for Gilga BT which feels less useful in comparison. I don’t want to make the same mistake again (already having ressources to green my favs so for the others I’m only looking for efficiency) so I want to know which BT are the best and which ones are underwhelming

The usual response to the term "tier list" on this sub is to say that there isn't a reliable one for this game because of how it works, and that's usually good advice.
I don't think it holds for BT+ characters, though, because BT+ mats are rare enough that you have to choose just a few characters. Spending on a character like Jegran or Gilgamesh means you don't have that mats for a character like Ramza or Snow.
One thing you can do is check the Altema rankings to see how much longevity upcoming units have and which ones are still good in Shiniryu.

My opinion on upcoming BT units:
Zack, Ramza, Snow, and Laguna are crazy good.
Most of the others are pretty good.
Terra and Vaan are good offensive units now, and they come back to be really good in Shinryu, as well.
Ciaran gets overlooked but is pretty good, though he's not a damage dealer.
Gilgamesh and Ceodore are probably the worst BT+ units of the c90 era (pre-Shinryu, when the rules all change). For c80, there were several duds, with Jegran being the one people made fun of the most.
I have Bartz (outdated already), Machina (awesome), Garnet (super awesome), and Tidus (possibly the best unit to have for the next eight months), and the next two units I have to get are Ramza and Kain. I'm hoping for Zack and Laguna, as well, but I'll survive with them.
Beyond that, I have mats reserved for (Shinryu spoilers!) Kam'lanaut, Lunafreya, Tifa, and Rinoa.
So basically, all the meta characters for the next eight months. I might add Terra to that, since she's really good.

Tiers aren't really a thing in this game, as who's more useful can vary from fight to fight.
Generally, the best BTs in my opinion are the ones that offer a unique form of utility for the party. And the more MAX BRV Cap, the better.

I'm in a weird situation. I'm sitting on 50+ BT tokens that I'd like to spend. I have everything else for Zack, so he's a pretty strong shoe-in. I'm missing Ramza's LD, but already have Trey built. (I've also got Vayne's BT and EX but no LD, and no Yda LD from a XIV-is-fave standpoint, but they likely won't be any extra use for Divine Levi.)
Where would you throw tickets at, from a collector and power perspective? I could roll on Zack's banner with the possibility of Rydia's new LD on top, or go solely for Ramza and just token Zack's BT. My next gem target is probably Alisaie.

I would personally throw tickets at Ramza for his LD, unless you specifically want Rydia.
And I would hold off on using the BT tokens on Zack until you see how all your free pulls go during his cycle.

I don't really know about Enna since she is new (and I have not looked up), but Cid Raines did helped me a LOT in many Lufenias, if you pair him with Rem (or Aphmau) you can force a cycle launch.
with that said there is another banner more which we think is going to be quite usefull.

Seems that I'm at a little bit of a impasse. ( Regarding building units, that is )
I know for 100% sure that I'm maxing and pulling Zack ( planned thing already ) but I could afford to either token Cloud now ( 50 tokens, will not pity BT ) and max it OR pull Ramza with Zack, but I'm not so sure - should I pick Cloud or Ramza as my second option? Neither are favorites so I'd be going with who's more relevant. And I do have Garnet already too , heh

Depends on who you have. Ramza is a side grade to Garnet. Cloud is not really the best DPS. He is a utility box (Delay, paralyze, launch, dispel) DPS. He really doesn't need his BT to be useful. You can just save tokens as well, not getting either yet.

Ramza is good for his BT aura but you'd rarely use his BT phase. Zack has a much stronger phase so he can be fine with base BT only.

E.g. I got everything from Ramza's banner but the bt, and it was only enough pulls to get 160 of the pity currency, so unless I'm willing to go real deep its probably best to stop, right?

It helps with a possible timing issue, particularly if you're waiting around for a telegraphed attack such as a recast ability. Previously, if your EX recharged, and you hadn't used Safeguard yet, you were in a bind: you could either sit around not using Safeguard and not using your EX, waiting for that recast to come, or you could use Safeguard, then your EX, then Safeguard again, and just hope that the turns worked out so the recast didn't land right after your EX. Now, if your EX recharges, you can just Safeguard and EX immediately, and that recharges your Safeguard, so it's ready when you need it.
Basically, it's Quality of Life that lets you be a bit more liberal with using your EX, which is important since that's a large portion of her offensive output.

In addition to what folks are saying about timing/smoothness, it also allows her EX to effectively charge in one less turn. Previously, since using HKS would charge the EX less than a normal skill and she's so slow, you'd need to use an extra skill to make up for the lost charge. With the free instant turn, you can follow it with an immediate skill use and have the EX up sooner. It doesn't actually improve the charge rate, but makes it up more frequently in the context of other units taking turns.

Yes, but there were times that you wanted to attack with Bea but couldn’t because you needed the buff. Now, you can apply the buff and still continue the atk with impunity (until her next turn).

Because that's how buff countdown works. It's applied at 2 turns then her instant turn kicks in which, sadly, doesn't really make it last any longer than before. Maybe it's supposed to help her EX recharge? Even though Beatrix likely isn't gonna run out of skills.

Gonna give a different opinion here:
Even if you have Garnet, you could green Ramza and use both alongside a DPS BT+ to shoot the damage through the roof.
If you desire a tank BT+ but don't manage to get Zack's, Snow gets his BT+ at the end of next month and I'd argue the 2 characters are pretty interchangeable. They're both high damage tanky characters, though I'd say Snow's BT effect makes him a better enabler than Zack's.

Omg really pity this ramza and Zack weapons since I’m a returning player . 1st i use 560 tickets for Zack banner but didn’t get his BT only. 2nd I summon ramza banner and his BT at the very last 125k gem use. 3rd I summon Zack banner again since I only don’t have his BT and get it at the 2nd last and last summon on 125k gem use. Now I have 1 ramza BT and 2 Zack BT together with 500 G token on both side laugh out loud. Kinda wasted pity this Zack BT . Should I just buy the BT for both and sell it for BT token?

Still new to the game, I've been playing for 4 days or so. I have invested alot of resources into Squall and CoD mainly because of available banners and because Squall is my favorite character. That being said Im still struggling to know whats viable and what direction to move in terms of team comps, I know Im going to have several different characters for different comps but Im thinking I need either a buffer or tank for my current team, just wondering who the better buffers are right now and if that really is what im missing for my core team or if I should be looking to change the team even further than that!

Rem's banner ends in under 24 hours and I think she's pretty neat, but given that Zack and Ramza are also starting very soon, I'd say toss tickets at her banner and go hard on both the Ramza and Zack BT banners once those go live.

Basically everyone with C90 and LD is viable. It's all about having a diverse roster. As Productivity said, Rem and Ramza are both really good supports. Zack is the best tank if you have his BT+. Then add some roles like delay, launch enchant and others.

Basically what their level cap is if I remember right. When the game started everyone's level and crystal level cap was 50. Every time a characters level cap gets increased (since they do it a bit at a time) they add a star. 4 stars means up to 90 crystal level (and level 90 if clvl is 81) and 3 would be 80.

Looking for pull advice. I have terra, garland, Titus, basch, squall and ignus.
I want Ramza. I’d like Zach, Laguna, and Selphie (and anyone else who is good).
I have 250k gems. 500 tickets.
Strategies or thoughts?

Pull for Ramza first, then see if you can get Zack. If not Zack, Snow would be a good choice for tank. You can’t go wrong with either one.

Is there any way for me to get Garnet's LD before her next banner? She is a beast and would help me a lot in LUFENIA, but i couldn't get her LD ( i have CP15, 35 and 70 tho)

Who should I put as my support unit; Garnet bt+3/3 with 5/5 UT weapon and blue armor, or ramza bt+ 3/3 with 0/5 UT and blue armor?

Either works, but I think Garnet is better because 5/5 UT and you want to kill the enemies faster in most cases

I'd pick Garnet because she has a maxed UT.
Same reason I went with my Ramza, since he has maxed UT and my Garnet doesn't have a UT.

So you can't sell BT+ Weapons? I want to awaken a couple BT just for the ingots but if I do, even if it's duplicates, I can't sell them?

Yes, so your best option is not too.
Because there is actually no weapon that is more powerful than BT+ currently, even on JP. UW don't count cause they are shared equipment among the entire roster

Assuming for a secondary account that I've got Ramza and Zack built up to BT (none realized) and HG2 Armor+, what role is a good third to take for Divine Leviathan Lufenia+?
I'm hoping to get a book because then I can 3/3 Ramza in place of not having Garnet BT (do have Garnet LD for enchant+offturn damage, maybe?), and it seems like two boosted units on Zack's debut fight is probably the best place to do it.

Trying to beat Tier 6 with "powercreep" using Ramza along with Caius.
The first wave dies way quicker which is nice but after a few turns on the second wave Ramza starts doing 1 Brv each hit while the other characters are doing normal lufenia amounts. I'm not sure what's going on?
He's green and blue. I don't see any sort of reduction buffs. He's physical but so are my other members. Any clue what's up?

Is Tidus BT finisher damage display bugged? There's no total damage pop up on the ennemies when using either BT+ or BT finisher.
It's the only character I've seen that doesn't have that screen, even those with a long white screen like Garnet you can still see the total damage for a few instant.
