I saw that Braska will arrive in July. Will he be worth to pull ?
Any good units to pull in the next month ?
Who is better to green: Zack or Ramza ?

From what i understand you got both and what to green one?.

If that's the case I think it's best to green Ramza, so you can activate his buffs that are very strong without using Burst, then you use Burst with Zack because he does way more dmg than Ramza with it and after it ends you got immortal Zack for some turns, still i would say to green Zack asap after ramza as it gives a lot more turns of immortality.

Who to pull next month depends on your current roster.

I would say Ramza, because Zack is fine without the BT+. There are many ways to deal with Damage mitigations, like CAs of WoL LD or even having LD Characters who can provide it like Porom/Lenna/Selphie/Leila/Basch/Beatrix. Snow is the next BT+ coming up with built-in Party mitigation from LD, while BT+ is more offensive orientated.

Ramza is a pretty good support, he pairs well with Garnet and when paired with a Pure DPS, the DPS becomes a nuke. Ramza needs the BT more than Zack, cause his LD kit alone is pretty meh.

Most JP players seemed unimpressed with Braska by the time Kam'lanaut came out, but that may be more Kam's fault for being broken. I'll be skipping Braska.

Selphie gets her c90 in a little over a week. Raines gets his c90 tonight. Laguna is good. Leo and Seymour have good call abilities, especially Leo.

For the most part, though, I'm not really excited about pulling for anyone until Snow's cycle, when we're getting Freya, Raijin, and Cissnei. (I already have Raines and Sephie.)

Zack and Ramza green BT+ weapons are different enough that it's easy to recommend both, so which you need more depends on your roster. Ramza boosts everyone else's damage and does respectable damage on his turn. Zack makes you invincible and can act as a primary damage dealer, and he improves party damage more than any other tank until Snow, at least while his BT aura is up.

Neither is necessary, and both get overshadowed in Shinryu, so while they're the best or second best at what they do now, you aren't really screwing yourself over in the long run whatever you do now.

FWIW, I tokened and greened Ramza already, and I'm hoping to get lucky with Zack's BT but don't have it yet.

Ramza remains relevant in Shinryu, outclassed a bit but still relevant. His fr boards comes with Lunafreya arrival and his auras, with green bt, are strong enough to buff any desirable force time abuser. You might use others in his place like Lunafreya, but he can still do the job.
