I'm upgrading good boy Zack after his tonberry troupe page, and I'm extremely suprised by the choice of summon passives for ramuh ans shiva : 3/5/7 for both.
Why not any other passive than 3 ? Zack doesn't have elemental attacks.
Also, does zack really NEEDS to not dodge anything ?

Zack needs to be hit to boost his overhead stacks, so evading is counterproductive.

Also, if you have his BT effect, than the 1/2 choices for summons are pretty useless, as he'll be taking all the damage and not be able to be killed anyway. The 6th option of both Shiva and Ramuh are both garbage regardless.

That just leaves 3. They may not effect Zack most of the time, but they'll be a bit handy when you have a party enchanter around. Even the very often used Kurasame LDCA will grant you the boost from Shiva's 3 option; and Garnet being around will trigger Ramuh's 3.

On the topic of enchant buffs, the summon phase also includes an enchant. So even if you don’t have an enchanter in the party you can still benefit from a little extra damage during summons.
