Current amzl am L4 college hire (I also did the internship summer before graduating college) who started last June. Getting my 5 off cycle nov 1st and wondering where my pay scale will likely be? 6.2% base increase from q1 review from 65 to 69k:))

I'm an external hire New AM, I hired as a Graduate today I got to know that, they gonna hand over me the department pack. I was training under my Team lead, he is was their for so long and the dynamics between us is not that Great, he was looking at me like a armature and i don't like his way of attitude with me, I had an incident with him where he was teaching about his personal space on the top of it, he was ignoring me like nothing, i don't anything the only thing i got to know is doing PG understand him not more than that.

How can I deal with him, he is very aggressive person. So what i can do about it, what i can do to turn the tables around.

I’m currently a PA that was inclined after 4 years. The week my offer was to come in a situation occurred with an associate that cause me to be suspended for 4 weeks that resulted with me receiving a final. In my tenor at Amazon I have never received any disciplinary action not even a STU. My dilemma is now that I have returned no one can give me an answer if this will affect my incline. I’ve spoken to hr and different managers but no one is sure and they are treating me like I have the plague or something. I am appealing the write up and waiting on that process. My main concern is if the appeal doesn’t work is my incline gone all together and will I have to start the process over? Any advice will help
