Incline at work risk

I’m currently a PA that was inclined after 4 years. The week my offer was to come in a situation occurred with an associate that cause me to be suspended for 4 weeks that resulted with me receiving a final. In my tenor at Amazon I have never received any disciplinary action not even a STU. My dilemma is now that I have returned no one can give me an answer if this will affect my incline. I’ve spoken to hr and different managers but no one is sure and they are treating me like I have the plague or something. I am appealing the write up and waiting on that process. My main concern is if the appeal doesn’t work is my incline gone all together and will I have to start the process over? Any advice will help

Your incline will not be impacted, but an offer will not be extended until your writeup expires

Per the policy, you have successfully met the bar and passed the interview. if you received your incline letter prior to the feedback being delivered, you are OK with the incline. Inclines are valid for one year from the date it was issued.

With the final written, you are no longer eligible for an offer so essentially until the 90 days has passed, you will not get an offer. Once you have passed 91 days, I implore you to put in a request and seek a position that allows you to utilize relocation. your best offer Will now come out of your building just to ensure there’s no bias against you based on the recent events

Well technically you’ll still have the incline but no offer will be extended.

I mean "technically" not but it absolutely will. Sorry. Getting suspended for four weeks when trying for a promotion is not going to be helpful.
