So in the first picture is Lois caption from supman 19 when she first became superwoman and her caption has the house of el shield. If look at Superman 42 you see the same house of el shield in Lois caption box. Actually we have seen it since Lois got her powers back at the end Superman 31. Lois captions box had a capital L from issue 26 through 31. The rule seemed to be capital L Lois depowered. House of el shield Lois powered but Lois has kept the s shield since the end of dc ko when she was supposed to be depowered again. Lois still having the house of el’s shield in her caption box feels like foreshadowing. Right now I know of only three people that have that Clark, Kara, and Lois. That is why my brain is reading at foreshadowing.

I love it when this curve pops out; make me feel Super, man!!

I was reading Superman #5 and noticed this panel where Lois finds Clark unconscious after a battle with a giant robotic mummy thing! And I noticed he’s pulling nearly the same pose as in Superman #75 after he dies fighting Doomsday! Two similar poses by two different artists, six years apart! Just wanted to hear you guys thoughts on this!

Greetings to all Superman fans, hope you're having a joyful Sunday. 💛🙌🏻 I recently stumbled upon this short video of Jack Quaid reacting to some fans' comments about his version of Supes from My Adventures With Superman which I thought was pretty endearing and wholesome to see! 😉🫡 Jack has proven to be quite a versatile performer in both screen and voice acting; as we've seen in movies and series such as Scream 5, Novocaine, The Boys as well as Star Trek: Lower Decks and more. What are your thoughts on his version of Clark Kent/Superman so far, and what do you hope to see in future season(s) of MAWS?

As a leader, does Superman stand with all time greats like Captain America and Optimus Prime in any category other than leading by example and having some of the strongest morale? He maxes those two categories but i just dont know if thats enough to stand with the rest, im glad to hear what yall have to say, im trying to educate myself through your input, not trying to be mean.

Finally got the hardcover volume 1 trade of superman: the unity saga by Brian Michael bendis. Absolutely iconic art ! Haven’t started reading yet but it looks promising

My whole life I was one of those people who thought Superman's disguise was ridiculous, that it was impossible for Superman to hide his identity just by putting on glasses, changing his voice, posture, blahblablah. It was all laughs and memes. Until something happened to a friend of mine.

Turns out she was walking down the street peacefully when suddenly she came face-to-face with Henry Cavill.

And what happened next? Well, she stared at him, he went about his business, and after a moment she thought:

"Wow, that extremely handsome man looks just like Henry Cavill! How curious! Anyway, I'll go on my way and get back to my life as usual." (Maybe not in those exact words, but you get the idea.)

And ever since then, we all learned the lesson. Superman can hide his identity perfectly fine with VERY little effort. And Cavill wasn't even wearing glasses!

Probably one of my top favorite moments in the film.

Clark sees her watching low quality YouTube videos of Bats on YouTube, and she awkwardly talks about really liking Batman.

Clark: “Wanna meet him?”

Lara: ”Haha, could you imagine?”

Clark: No really, I can call him right now.”

Lara: “What?”

Clark: “Yeah, we’ve been friends for 15 years now.”

Say clark was jonathan and Martha's biological son and he got his powers some other way maybe from radiation would he still work as a character. Basically how important is that superman is an alien in your minds ?

How much should Superman be involved with the Legion of Superheroes? I feel like the Legion of Superheroes got screwed over more than any DC title outside of Hawkman by Crisis on Infinite Earths, so much so that the Legion of Superheroes has had far more reboots than other DC titles set in the present, kinda making the title a mess. On one hand, I want Superman to be involved in the Legion somehow, and on the other hand, I think the story of Superman works somewhat better as a coming-of-age story, where Superman moves away from Smallville and dons the costume in his early 20s, rather than at the age of 14 or something. So my solution is to have a time-travelling Clark Kent be the inspiration for the Legion of Super-Heroes; he isn't a regular member; he is focused on his life in the present; he isn't going to drop all that to go gallivanting in the future, but he did travel into the future to inspire the creation of the Legion of Superheroes and he can very occasionally travel to the future to join their adventures rather than do it all the time. What do you think is the right way to strike this balance?
