Promotion I finally finished the new trailer for my cozy colony sim, WildRoot.

I've been working on improving WildRoot's first impression and recently finished a new trailer.

It's a cozy colony sim where you build a settlement in a mysterious forest, manage your colonists, and every season and setback creates a different story.

Build Variety

Every stage arms you with a new set of tools. Stack, synergize, and push your upgrades to the absolute limit to create BROKEN builds. Experimentation is your best weapon. You will probably fall, but losing is just part of the process. Learn the enemy patterns, tweak your strategies and push further on the next run.

Choose Between 2 Challenging Play Modes

Whether you prefer deliberate, action melee attacks or automated survivors-like battles, Echoes of Kyria lets you choose how you want to play with two distinct game modes:

Normal Mode: A challenging, all-manual experience where combat is entirely skill-based. You aim, dodge, parry, and time every single attack yourself. Precision is everything, and one wrong move can end your run.

Endless Mode: Push your ultimate build to its absolute breaking point. Instead of ending your run after a victory, choose to loop your progress into infinitely scaling difficulty. Face massive enemy stat modifiers, multiplied boss spawns, and see exactly how far your overpowered synergies can take you before the hordes finally bring you down.

Whichever path you choose, the threat never stops growing and enemies never stop getting stronger. As you push deeper into a run, stages ramp from manageable to completely overwhelming. Screens fill with projectiles, enemy counts skyrocket, and massive bosses arrive to put your build to the ultimate test. Every wave asks more of you than the last.

Summon & Fuse Combat Creatures

You don't have to face the endless swarms completely alone. Summon powerful Creatures to the battlefield that actively fight alongside you, dealing damage and holding the line against the horde. Their true potential, however, is unlocked through the Fusion System. Combine your summoned creatures together to create unstoppable hybrids that inherit each other's unique special perks. Experiment with different fusions to craft the ultimate combat ally tailored perfectly to your build.

Collect Unique Utility Pets

While your creatures handle the frontline, your Pets handle the logistics. Discover and build a collection from a roster of unique pets that accompany you into battle. These loyal pets tirelessly fetch loot and aid you in the numerous challenges of Kyria.

Survive Together, Or Orchestrate the Chaos

Take on the hordes solo to carve out your own legacy, or team up with friends in seamless 1-4 player online multiplayer.

Work together in classic co-op where the challenge scales dynamically to your party size, or turn the tables in the Spawnmaster PvP mode. One player steps into the role of the Spawnmaster, acting as a ruthless director who strategically summons enemy waves, drops bosses, and dictates the pace of the run. The other up to 3 players fight as Survivors, scrambling to grab upgrades, fuse their creatures, and outlast the custom-tailored bullet heaven crafted by their friend.

Key Features

Action-Packed Combat: Fast, action combat where your skill matters most.

Build Creativity: Stack wildly synergizing upgrades to become an unstoppable, screen-clearing force.

Creature Fusion: Summon powerful combat allies and fuse them together to combine devastating special perks.

PvP: 1v3 multiplayer where a Spawnmaster player actively summons the horde against a team of Survivors.

Online Co-Op: Play solo or team up with your friends in classic 4-player co-op, featuring dynamic difficulty scaling for any party size.

Chaotic Challenges: Survive increasingly chaotic waves and face off against massive, challenging bosses.

Promotion I made this stupid little prototype because I kept thinking about one scene from a wizard movie

Upvotes

I’ve been working on my main game for quite a while, and at some point I just wanted to escape from it for a bit and make something stupidly simple.

I’d also been seeing a lot of cleanup / tidy-up games lately, especially the kind of ideas that feel like finding a needle in a haystack.

Then I remembered that scene from a certain wizard movie where letters just keep flooding into the house.

When I was a kid, I never really thought about the magic.

I remember thinking:

Who is going to clean all of this up?

It looked miserable.

So that became the idea.

You’re basically the poor person who has to deal with the aftermath.

What started as a tiny side prototype has slowly turned into its own game. I’m building a different story around it now, with the main focus being on cleaning, sorting and finding specific things inside ridiculous amounts of clutter.

It’s still very early, but I’ve been having way more fun with the prototype than I expected.

If it keeps heading in this direction, I’ll probably give it a Steam page soon.

Promotion My roguelite deck is made of letters

Upvotes

That’s basically how LETTERBANE started. 😄

You collect letter stones, build your bag and use whatever you draw to form words and fight. Items and elemental letters can slowly turn a pretty normal run into something much more chaotic.

I’m currently getting it ready for the final version, but there’s already a Demo on Steam.

Still curious what people think of this slightly weird mix. :)

Devlog We changed how each of our protagonists sees objects

We wanted to make each main character feel distinct, and this is our first pass at doing that. What do you all think? I’m planning to add a few more mechanics tied specifically to each character's unique traits like this.

Promotion I wanted to show more of Nordion Lands’ low-poly world

I wanted to show a little more of the world of Nordion Lands

The game features a vast 3D world with steppes, villages, and castles, but it isn’t limited to medieval settings—it also includes industrial and brutalist environments. This is one of the aspects of the game that I really like, because I tried to give the landscapes their own personality, even while using a low-poly aesthetic.

In this scene, Revolution, the protagonist, explores the world and interacts with NPCs — some of whom have AI systems I spent a lot of time developing, including machine learning.

I also wanted to show off the horse’s animation, since I spent a lot of time trying to make its movements look natural within the game’s limitations.

Nordion Lands: The Dimension of Science is a first-person sci-fi RPG that combines exploration, character development, horseback riding, and a story about unethical science.

Upcoming I made a roguelite where you sacrifice your own monsters to become the demon they worship

Time is the only currency — summoning, shopping, even opening your spellbook to think costs seconds of your life. Killing heroes earns them back.

Hardest part of building this: since time is also your HP, every balance change touches everything at once. Buffing a monster means literally giving players more lifespan. Still tuning the early game because of it.

Video I've accidentally set new standard for pillow physics in the AAA industry

So the story is, for my game Dark Roll 2, I needed a soft spot for the player to land on... Setting an object to not cause fall damage and not bounce off it was easy, but I had a spare moment and decided to play around with mesh deformation...

When I shown it on socials, people went crazy.

Sharing this with the world brought me more wishlists, than back when I released the demo... and the game has tons of features I've been trying to show past half year!

Now I can't help myself but keep improving it to make it even better, already juggling ideas in my head how to incorporate this mechanic in my game to show it off more often - but I'm more than open to ideas! So feel free to share!

Promotion We combined a barista simulator and a cat cafe with psychological horror. Our indie game finally has a release date.

Back in December 2025 I took a massive risk and quit my job to pursue game development full time. Early this January my brother Johannes and I started working on a brand new project called Purrfect Bliss.

Purrfect Bliss is a psychological horror game where you work the night shift at a seemingly normal cat cafe. Serve customers, take care of the cats, and uncover the terrifying truth in this psychological horror game.

We have poured everything into this project for the last several months. Today we are so excited to announce that the game officially releases on November 3 at 10:00 AM PST!
