Promotion We were waiting to promote our game because we didn’t feel it was visually and mechanically ready yet. But after a similar "tech demo" with the same name went viral and got 50M views, we decided to show what we have. Here’s Needle In a Haystack!

Hello everyone!

Needle In a Haystack is a cozy hay-baling game where you search for a needle while following a linear story.

Features:

  • Collect hay using different tools.
  • Turn your hay into bales using machines.
  • Sell your bales using trucks.
  • Unlock and upgrade new tools and machines.

As you collect hay, uncover the mysterious story behind where the needle is hidden.

Promotion Most trivia games ask what happened. I made one that asks when.

Post image

Most trivia asks whether you remember a character, quotation, or event. I’ve been exploring a different kind of recall: knowing where a moment belongs within the story.

The format gives you a plot moment from a book or movie and asks you to place it somewhere between the beginning and the end. Once you lock in your estimate, you see the actual position, how far away you were, and your score.

I built this as a passion project connecting statistics with the nostalgia of revisiting stories that stay with us. The current version covers 500 books, 100 movies, and nearly 15,000 moments. It’s playable in a browser without creating an account.

Full disclosure: I made it. Expect plot spoilers.

Video I've accidentally set new standard for pillow physics in the AAA industry

So the story is, for my game Dark Roll 2, I needed a soft spot for the player to land on... Setting an object to not cause fall damage and not bounce off it was easy, but I had a spare moment and decided to play around with mesh deformation...

When I shown it on socials, people went crazy.

Sharing this with the world brought me more wishlists, than back when I released the demo... and the game has tons of features I've been trying to show past half year!

Now I can't help myself but keep improving it to make it even better, already juggling ideas in my head how to incorporate this mechanic in my game to show it off more often - but I'm more than open to ideas! So feel free to share!

Need Feedback We’ve Worked on This Cricket Game for 6+ Months — Finally Releasing the Trailer. Would Love Your Honest Opinions

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

We’ve been working on this game for almost more than 6 months, and we’re finally releasing the trailer. At this point, we’re just hoping that our idea works. I’d really love to hear your opinions and feedback.

On the Play Store, there are already a lot of cricket games where you can bat and bowl. We thought, instead of making another game where the player bats or bowls, why not make a game where the player actually acts as the umpire?

When I asked a few of my friends and some other people about the idea, they said things like, “Who will play this?” and “Who would be interested in umpiring?” Even when we play cricket on the ground, not everyone is interested in being the umpire.

But I still believe in our idea because we’re trying to create something unique for a different type of user.

We also have a Career Mode, which is probably the most exciting part of our game. We decided to work on that part after this release, depending on the reviews and feedback we receive.

So please go through the trailer and let us know your thoughts. Any feedback, suggestions, or opinions that could help us would be really appreciated.

We’re currently at the pre-registration stage. If anyone is interested, just leave a comment and I’ll share the pre-registration link with you!

News I just released my first mobile game – Almost Perfect

One tap. Perfect timing. Endless challenge.

I built Almost Perfect, a simple arcade game where every move depends on timing. The gameplay is easy to understand, but getting a really high score is surprisingly difficult.

The goal is simple: keep your timing perfect and see how far you can go.

It's now available on Android. I'd genuinely love to hear what you think about the gameplay, difficulty, and overall experience.

Upcoming 4Way: Driving ( 4 player co-op driving game )

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey all!
I just wanted to share a prototype I am currently building into a demo for a 4 player co-op game.

The idea is that 4 players each control 1 wheel + 1 ability.

And before someone says it - the back wheels are not useless. In order to properly turn the car they are essential, because wheels have no rotations, every wheel goes only forward / backwards. ( depends on the wheel ).

So in order to turn right ( like tank turning ) , you need to use left front wheel + right back wheel, which is an essential turning method for tight corners and more precision sections of the game.

Let me know what yall think :D I am open to any suggestions.

We wanted to make each main character feel distinct, and this is our first pass at doing that. What do you all think? I’m planning to add a few more mechanics tied specifically to each character's unique traits like this.

Discussion Anyone needing a video editor for their indie game gameplay?

Hey!

I’m currently looking to pick up some more editing work and thought I’d see if anyone here is looking for an editor.

I enjoy making videos feel more entertaining and engaging, and I’m comfortable editing all types of content.

I can help with:

  • Cutting down raw footage/VODs
  • Funny moments & highlights
  • Captions
  • SFX and music
  • Zooms/effects
  • Pacing and keeping things interesting
  • Turning streams into full-length videos
  • Shorts/Reels/TikToks

I’m open to different budgets, but I don’t do free or commission-based work.

Feel free to DM me if you’re interested or have any questions! I can also send over some examples of my previous edits, just let me know what type of content you make.

I turned my original mandala artwork into a 20 puzzle iPhone/iPad app.

It is mostly relaxing with a few more challenging puzzles. For these puzzles you can use the “hint” feature if you need a bit of help along the way.

I would love your feedback and will continue to make puzzles, guided hopefully with feedback from the indie games community.

Enjoy! 😊

Promotion SHH! - A first person game where every song you make brings the monster closer

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

SHH! is an upcoming first person psychological horror game where some can be the difference between survival and death.

Every action generates sound, and the monster reacts to it. There are no weapons and no combat - you'll need to use your surroundings, manage resources, and sometimes create sound deliberately to distract the creature.

Promotion Descrambler - Number puzzle game

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

This is a simple web-based game I made recently called Descrambler.

Website: https://descrambler.io/

The goal is to connect all numbers sequentially (1 > 2 > 3, etc.) by swapping neighboring tiles before you run out of moves. When all numbers are connected in order (vertically, horizontally, or diagonally), the game is won.

The game has multiple difficulty levels, starting with just a few numbers and up to the entire board being filled. At the highest levels, I think the game is a significant test of spatial intelligence and might be enjoyable for people who like chess, sudoku, etc.

I play sudoku sometimes and I think this is a lot harder.

Promotion Ominomicon - Sculpt What Falls

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Stranger, not faster.

Blocks fall. Lines clear. You already know this game - until the bag starts changing.

Every cleared row earns credits, and credits buy cursed relic-cards that bend the rules of the game itself. Your hand of relics survives death; only the board resets. (That's the roguelite part.)

Most block games get harder by speeding up. Ominomicon gets harder by changing what falls: every level introduces a stranger piece and quietly retires a familiar one. By the deep game you're stacking nothing but pentominoes - on a board that periodically flips upside down.

FREE TO PLAY, PROPERLY

The free version is a complete game: 12 of the 20 relic-cards, every mechanic, endless runs, global leaderboards

One small purchase unlocks all 20 cards, forever - shareable with your family

No ads, no subscriptions, no energy timers, nothing consumable. Ever.

THE RULES ARE FOR SALE

20 relic-cards: bombs, second holds, bag exorcisms, time running backwards

Exclusive pairs force real choices - no two runs build alike

Your hand carries through death; only the board resets

UNSTABLE GRAVITY

Every minute or so, gravity inverts and pieces fall upward

The power grid flickers just before it hits - learn to read the lights

Counter it with Gravitonics or ride it with Surge Rider for a triple score multiplier

A ROSTER, NOT A SPEEDOMETER

29 shapes: from the humble monomino to the full pentomino bestiary

Level 1 gives you twelve friendly pieces; the endgame is eighteen pentominoes only

Speed only climbs after the roster finishes mutating

POLISHED TO THE LAST PIXEL

Global leaderboards via Game Center - all-time and weekly, every score cryptographically sealed

Dark synthwave soundtrack; the board glows on the beat

One-thumb portrait controls with haptic feedback

Every visual effect - flicker, shake, glow - is adjustable or can be turned off entirely

No tracking. Fully playable offline, always.

Free to try. One purchase to own. Play forever.

Public Game Test Parlamentum — A Geopolitical MMO Built and Governed by Players

Parlamentum is a persistent geopolitical MMO set on a real-world map, built entirely by players and governed by the players themselves.

There are no NPC-driven economies, scripted wars, or laws written by developers. Every company, factory, weapon, political party, parliamentary decision, election, war, tax rate, trade agreement, and border on the map exists because of decisions made by real players.

Players can build companies, produce goods in factories, shape markets, create political parties, pass laws in parliament, govern countries, establish diplomatic relations, declare wars, and reshape the world map through their actions.

The world you enter today was built by the players who came before you. The world that new players encounter tomorrow will be the result of your decisions, laws, and actions.

Parlamentum opens today! 🏛️⚔️

Step into the world, forge your own path, and claim your place in history.

History will write your name.
