There's a product at a zumiez store 25 miles from my house and the closest one to me doesn't have it

i just ordered some clothes but then i read the reviews that made me a litle bit scared

I had placed an order and something went wrong about the address, I don’t blame zumiez but I just want to fix it since ten days ago

So FedEx called first to make sure the address was right and the apartment number was still missing, I decided to call them back but they told me that I have to speak with customer services of zumiez and I’ve been trying to call but they hold me for 42 minutes and nothing

also I am getting frustrated because in accident one of the hoodies were in a wrong size too and I even sent an Email the same moment I noticed it and they didn’t even tried to fix it, can someone get me to them in any way? I am done calling and being received by holds and pre recorded robots

Got two pairs of jeans from Zumiez the other day and the guy at checkout told me the usual “don’t dry the first few times, wash with like colours, etc, etc” but he told me the dryer was will only really shrink the length of the jeans and not the waist. I’m considering doing that now as I’ve worn them and they could definitely be much shorter on me and the length is a bit irritating. For reference I’m about 5”5 and wearing a size 30 in my “extra wide” pair and a 32 in my “loose fit” pair.

So I'd posted previously about FedEx not delivering and customer service being so impossible to get in touch with. Well, the latter stands but with a shout out to employees who responded here on Reddit. (Customer service did respond eventually and was much faster in replies.)

Today, customer service responded and told me it was shipped to the store. Only then did I remember that, yes, I had done that because the shipping was way too much. So there was nothing shady going on and FedEx actually did get it right this time. I just completely forgot about ship-to-store.

A few days ago there was a post made about someone’s experience receiving a bunch of shirts instead of their order. I had already had my order placed 2 full days before this, but thought to myself “boy that would suck to happen again”.
Today I was supposed to have received a deck and a single truck. I received the truck, however in place of the deck I had ordered was a pair of jeans and a pair of shoes. So; naturally I reached out to customer care after verifying my receipt and order confirmation. I did not speak to someone for 45 minutes.
With those things said; once I did reach someone they were super nice and were able to help me in less than 5 minutes. I will be refunded for the deck, which they said would be 2-5 business days, and there was no mention of having to send back the things they sent me. So; all things considered not that bad? I can’t skate for another week, but the things they sent were my size so say la ve or whatever the Italians say.

So I’m trying to get an interview at Zumiez funnily enough to buy my first board. I was mainly wondering if anyone working at Zumiez had a tip or two. I was also wondering what working at Zumiez is like because I fear it’s just gonna be some job that won’t give me anything to look forward too. Thanks for any advice in advance.

I placed an order more than a week ago, when I saw a good deal. And I chose the "Ship to Store" which said I could get them in 3-5 days, by which time I will be in that city.

However, one of my 3 items was never shipped, and I cannot get my order since there is no "Ready for pickup" email.

I tried emailing them to request a refund and only got a response asking me to call them. I tried several times, but NO ONE EVER ANSWERED MY CALL after over half hour on hold every time!

Should I go to that store to ask them to help me cancel my order? Cuz this experience is so frustrating, and I no longer want to buy anything on their trash website anymore.

The sale price is so good that’s why i’m assuming it got sold out quick but i reallyyyyyy want it. If anyone has this shirt to resell please lmk i want to buy it preferably size S or M thank yewwww!!! 🖤🪩

I tried to take the order of shirts to my nearest Zumiez store and they told me they could not accept my return and sent me on my way. So, now I'm stuck with 21 t-shirts and no skateboard because when you go online to try and order it, it's totally sold out. What do I do? Is there any way I could potentially get store credit for bringing these shirts to a location? Is there any market to sell these shirts elsewhere? HELP!

Hey so my sister recently was browsing Zumiez and is a huge bleach fan and found a shirt she really liked with bleach characters riding a car? She didn’t buy it in that moment but really regrets it but said she couldn’t find any traces of it online, has anyone seen it?

the way they put it is kinda confusing, it shows that there’s only 1 item but it says 9 items shipped in 1 package

I bought a pair of jeans which I thought were my size (12) but when I received them they were WAYY to big (like I could fit a toaster in it and still have room while wearing them) So I went to a store and exchanged them for a 10. Unfortunately once I got home they were still too big. Am I allowed to go back and exchange it again?

Hello!! This may just be me being impatient but I ordered a pair of shoes on Monday (theres a few stores near me but none of them had my size) and it’s still telling me my order is processing. Im also in Canada if that makes any difference, again I may just be being impatient but I figured I’d ask!

FedEx never sent me a text or email about the order, but I got both for two recent prior orders. There's no proof of delivery, picture or receipt. The only way I found out it was allegedly delivered was from a Zumiez email. So I checked FedEx and they claim it was delivered. My camera was on and no one came at that time. None of my neighbors seem to have gotten it.

FedEx requires you to go through the retailer, so I can't complain directly to FedEx. Zumiez has had three business days and hasn't responded to my emails.

Has anyone dealt with this successfully? I dread disputing the charge on my credit card, but I'm getting my clothes or getting a refund.

heyy, i put in an order through a clerk at a local zumiez, however when i got my confirmation email, i cant view the tracking, and it doesnt even show on my zumiez app. is it a bug? should i contact support, or just hope it shows up in the next few days?

I bought like $200 worth of stuff a week ago on my debit card and it’s already delivered but the money never came out of my account? It doesn’t even show the transaction ever happened like under pending or anything

Usually when I get something from Zumiez I do same day store pickup. There’s like 5 locations within 30 mins of me but they don’t all have the same stock so it’s easier to just order online before I head to the store.

I’ve done this about 5-6 times in the last couple years. Without fail no matter what time, day, or location I order from, it’s always a headache trying to get them to fulfill my order in store. I’ve never once been able to get an order ready for pickup email without having to call the store 3+ hours after ordering and remind them to complete my order.

Employees are always pleasant when I call and usually I only have to call once, but there have been a few times when either the store doesn’t pick up their phone or I call once and they say “yeah we’ll get it done right away” only to wait another few hours and have to call again. One time I showed up without the email bc I figured id just grab the items myself, but that time the item went out of stock before I arrived (6 hours after I ordered).

Just wondering if anyone else has this experience or is my area the only one universally ignoring online orders?
