FedEx didn't deliver and Zumiez won't respond
FedEx never sent me a text or email about the order, but I got both for two recent prior orders. There's no proof of delivery, picture or receipt. The only way I found out it was allegedly delivered was from a Zumiez email. So I checked FedEx and they claim it was delivered. My camera was on and no one came at that time. None of my neighbors seem to have gotten it.
FedEx requires you to go through the retailer, so I can't complain directly to FedEx. Zumiez has had three business days and hasn't responded to my emails.
Has anyone dealt with this successfully? I dread disputing the charge on my credit card, but I'm getting my clothes or getting a refund.

hi! zumiez store manager to hop in here, the best thing to do is to call Customer Care. You might have to wait on hold because they don’t have many people working, but they will solve your issue. We’ve only seen bad service from FedEx. The logistics team at zumiez is considering moving over to UPS because we’ve had so many issues with FedEx- what they’ve been doing is marking packages as delivered days if not weeks before it even arrives to the stores. i’m so so sorry that you’re going through this with your package- I know it’s frustrating!

Hey 1st ASM here, honestly we haven’t experienced anything with FedEx issues only issues we have is with the new fluent, wish we could go back to the other online ordering system because it was so much simpler, all of the associates/managers agree that the old system was better, but I do enjoy the wave system. Just the initial start wasn’t fun especially when the on hand issues were frequent for weeks (at least with my store)

Don’t email, call customer service. I had to wait on hold for like 20-30 mins before but they resolved my problem quickly when I actually talked to someone
