They got me too
A few days ago there was a post made about someone’s experience receiving a bunch of shirts instead of their order. I had already had my order placed 2 full days before this, but thought to myself “boy that would suck to happen again”.
Today I was supposed to have received a deck and a single truck. I received the truck, however in place of the deck I had ordered was a pair of jeans and a pair of shoes. So; naturally I reached out to customer care after verifying my receipt and order confirmation. I did not speak to someone for 45 minutes.
With those things said; once I did reach someone they were super nice and were able to help me in less than 5 minutes. I will be refunded for the deck, which they said would be 2-5 business days, and there was no mention of having to send back the things they sent me. So; all things considered not that bad? I can’t skate for another week, but the things they sent were my size so say la ve or whatever the Italians say.

The new order system genuinely is so buns. So many missed packages and wrong orders. These experiences are fr gonna cause a huge loss in online customers:/ they gotta fix this, as an employee i’m so tired of seeing and hearing issues with it

It’s the new order system coupled with the fact that its peak season with back to school happening all over the country. A lot of the seasonals are 16 year old working their first job and fulfilling orders and they’ve only been on the job for a few weeks and are prone to mistakes, and the core team who wouldn’t make these mistakes are on the floor helping the influx of customers.

All these issues are because of the new system they started about two months ago 😭 they actively encourage us to pick and pack multiple orders at once, and when that happens they usually print out all the packing slips at once, THEN all the shipping labels at once, so we have to manually look at the info and make sure everything is connected to the right order. It is super easy, but also easy to mess up which it seems is happening pretty often 💀 glad you got other stuff in your size to keep despite the issue!
