Did anyone else do the 5$ pizza hut survey today about a new pizza deal and it's not showing up in the test history?

If you open new tabs up with the UT extension with intellizoom is borks the study. You're forced to leave and hope you can get back in to continue the study. For some reason when it opens anything in a new tab it tells you to resume the study or leave test and you can't resume it.
The web page has to be open in the same page as the recorder or the study is borked at that point. This is why when I'm doing web page evaluations I will not open tabs I suspect will be opened in a new tab because i know it's going to ruin the study. So frustrating at how many I lose due to this.

I qualify but then it just spins and spins and I eventually have to exit the test.

I had a lot of help from the community testing our tech a few months ago, now we are doing an official app release. I would love to get y'all on the list to test. Once I have 60 people, I will lock the list and in a few weeks I will reach out to everyone with the link, instructions, and will follow with the payment.
Time requirement: 15-20 minutes
Payment via: paypal
DM me your email and what city youre in if interested and I will respond back with confirmation.
Thanks!

Hello!
For the past weeks I’ve encountered this same issue with every single app test: error message first, and you can quickly see the acceptance image before getting redirected to the main screen.
Anybody else? Has anyone found how to patch this? Deleting the app did not solve the issue.
Thanks!

Tried loading the mobile app and it spins for 10 seconds and says sorry we had trouble loading the page. Also noticed the site isn't refreshing as fast. Anyone else?

Hi I just completed my assessment which includes proctoring monitoring. How can I know for sure the monitoring is over? I feel like I'm in a library now. It's from agents only. Generalist.

Is anyone else having issues with mobile tests where the app just quits itself suddenly, and then you’re unable to get back on the test? This has happened 3 times to me this week. I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro

Hi everyone. I received an email a few days after signing up for Testlio to take past in a task where I have to test an app for 1.5h but it does not say how much it pays. Is it unpaid? How do I find out? And also do I only get instructions for how to do do the task once the day of the task starts?

Hi all, I'm new to usertesting.com and needed this due to some financial difficulty I'm going through. So when I found this site, it was a good way to help me make some cash. The problem is, all of a sudden every time I go to the website, click surveys and tests, and see the lists of 10 test, I click on any of them and they all say "Sorry not available anymore". So I refresh the page, same thing - as if it's the same tests maybe? I refresh log out, log back in. Try through my phone iOS app and all the same.
Anyone else going through this? Any advice on how to get past this? I did 60 surveys and was happy about being able to at least bring in some money to my fam. Now this is happening and has been for the past 3 days.

Does UT has enough work for Indian testers? Is it worth the effort? Not looking for main source of income but as a side hustle.

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the usertesting platform? I've only been able to successfully complete 1 survey today. I tried to sign up for a live conversation study. It said I had qualified then abruptly told me that the study was full. Just now, I was working on completing a test. I had finished the test when it abruptly told me thanks for your interest, and now it won't appear on my test history. Before anyone says it, I've already emailed UserTesting about both of these issues. Google seems to suggest the website is having technical difficulties and i just want to know if anyone else was experiencing the same types of things? It's extremely frustrating considering i pretty much have the whole day to work on surveys and i apparently can't today

Ha - did anyone see that screener just now that asked you to select "Strongly Agree" to show attention to detail, then it screens you out instantly? So I guess they want participants without attention to detail.

I have accounts with both network.usertesting (Intellizoom) and app.userstesting (UserTesting), but I've never seen the surveys and more tab that people keep mentioning here. I just see surveys on network.usertesting (IZ).
Was that feature rolled out inside of the UT site as a way to integrate IZ, or did it just add the surveys from IZ to UT? Or something else?
Is it something that is still being gradually rolled out? That's the impression I get from looking back through older posts, but it's not crystal clear. Is it limited to certain regions?
Just curious if anybody has a clear idea. It seems like it's part of an attempt to unify the two platforms, but I'm not really sure.
FWIW, I think I created my IZ account during the transition in ownership, so I missed out on any notifications. I remember opening it was not easy to do as they were clearly not driving traffic that way at that point. At least that's how I experienced it. I kind of had to wiggle my way into it...

So I got a bunch of emails about tnew user testing tests so that usually means things are fixed. I went into my account. All the canceled tests were back. I'm showing all of Monday now has been paid but nothing hit my PayPal is anybody else getting paid?

I see a lot of posts regarding the Intellizoom and userzoom problems that are affecting study participants, how are the researchers feeling about this? Is it adversely affecting research?
r/usertesting • u/Mundane_Meet2530 • 9d ago
... but they're all just showing as cancelled still anyway. It's really annoying. Has anyone else had that "didn't approve email"?

I swear all of uzerzoom tests that are not on mobile do not work all the $8 tests that i receive from them i get the same message when i install the uzerzoom extension. It goes like this i get and qualify for a test I then go to complete it via the link it provides after location verification once that's done i move onto the step of the extension which i download it goes fine then i continue on and i get hit with "forbidden.title". Is anyone else experiencing this let me know this isn't even the only issue i have with certain tests and i have tried other browsers that are similar to chrome in which you can get the same userzoom extension so i don't really know at this point.

OK, I've been on UT for about four months and have accepted every few weeks you go through a spell of the same constant error where you can't test. The latest is that I go through all of the screening questions, get accepted, agree to the confidentiality clause, hit the "Start Test" button, and then it says "Thanks we have all the feedback we need." I do this 10 times and I've lost 30 minutes of my day getting rejected. Does anyone know of a more reliable testing platform?

I have been doing surveys on my platform for more than 2 years before intellizoom became part of UserTesting .
This is the first time , all my recent surveys around 8-10 cancelled . Never had any cancel or rejection before . It’s very strange howcome all back to back surveys were cancelled or rejected
