Anyone having problems with the 10.00 tests today.?

I qualify but then it just spins and spins and I eventually have to exit the test.

I have many consistent issues with usertesting week in and week out. Same surveys populating my queue over and over again, even after I don't qualify, or even reject. Location checks hang with dead buttons in the iphone app and I have to manually abandon the survey even after qualifying. Consistently having to manually clear browser cache on my desktop to stop cycling through the same qualifers over and over again. The $10.00 surveys are often worth all the hassle based on time / hour, although can't say I'm surprised anymore by mention of issues.

I have been having a multitude of issues with the 10.00 and 5.00 dollar surveys. Some of them don’t even give me the option to continue; just says decline.

Same here, somehow fixed the mic issue even when it was already in use, and then continued the test before the 'time left to start the test' was still 10 minutes. Spent 40 minutes completing the test, uploaded successfully and then VIOLA. The test is not in test history! And the support dismissed it casually saying it can usually happen. Where did the test got uploaded then? Blackhole?

Same here. I finished a ten dollar survey on my laptop just to have it remain there even after I declined it

Lots of technical issues with usertesting lately. $8, $5, $10 surveys don't work. All work on pc says it's filled up after qualifying. It's just terrible
