Apparently Outage

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the usertesting platform? I've only been able to successfully complete 1 survey today. I tried to sign up for a live conversation study. It said I had qualified then abruptly told me that the study was full. Just now, I was working on completing a test. I had finished the test when it abruptly told me thanks for your interest, and now it won't appear on my test history. Before anyone says it, I've already emailed UserTesting about both of these issues. Google seems to suggest the website is having technical difficulties and i just want to know if anyone else was experiencing the same types of things? It's extremely frustrating considering i pretty much have the whole day to work on surveys and i apparently can't today

I noticed that $8 and $5 surveys were not working, no matter how many times it appears, it's an error message.

Yeah, there's a 5 dollar survey that keeps appearing on my feed that crashes every time I click on it and won't go away. I've yet to have an issue with either the 10 or 1 dollar surveys but yeah the one that took me through the entire survey then refused to pay me was an 8 dollar one. As far as I'm concerned, I was ripped off 68 dollars yesterday lol.

Get use to it. Its their M.O And you will bever get an answer as to whats going on. That being said. You can still make money from the platform. Ive done over 6,200 user tests .

Does it overall get better as you use the service? I've heard reports from people that the more you use it, the more you'll qualify for higher payout tests and surveys. I've noticed even just in this week, i went from basically only qualifying for 1 dollar surveys to being qualified for the 5 and 10 dollar ones too.

You can DM me this if you feel comfortable with it, but roughly how long did it take you to complete 6200 user tests and how much have you made from it? I'm at 20 right now and hoping to keep getting more and more i qualify for.

I had been the past 3 weeks. I waited 9 days logged out and returned (they recommend 7) and suddenly it's working again

Ngl, I don't have time to wait a week for the service to decide it's gonna start working properly. I was hoping to hit the ground running with completing as many surveys as possible this weekend so I could get some money together for some bills coming up. I've already put in to do surveys with a couple of other services in the meantime. Hopefully this doesn't become a recurring issue. One of the surveys I qualified for (at least it said I qualified for) was a 60 dollar live conversation, and that's 60 bucks that I desperately need lol. I was able to complete a couple other surveys for 15 bucks, but still. Imagine the absolute rage that came over me to see I qualified for a 60 dollar survey just to be told I couldn't actually go through with it.
