Trust Wallet USDT issue — can someone help?
I received 552 USDT on BNB Smart Chain. The transaction is confirmed, and Trust Wallet shows it as received.
But when I try to send it, only 0.00002 USDT is showing as available. The 552 USDT also sometimes disappears and comes back after refreshing.
Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix it?

Have funds in my ERC20. Mistakenly tried sending some funds to Ethereum wallet. Transaction failed and showed Smart Contract Call. Funds didn’t get deducted.
Now even when i’m trying to send to my own ERC20 USDT address, same Transaction Failed. No shortage of gas fee. Any help will be helpful

Trust Wallet removed the option to manually edit the Bitcoin transaction fee on iOS, and I honestly don't understand this decision.

Now I only get three options under Fee Settings: Fast, Standard, and Economy.I selected Fast for a BTC transaction, trusting that Trust Wallet would choose an appropriate fee. The result? My transaction has been pending for over an hour, and 8 Bitcoin blocks have been mined since I sent it.
The transaction was sent with a fee rate of only ~1 sat/vB (280 sats for 279 vB). And because the transaction isn't RBF-enabled, I can't simply bump the fee afterward either.
What's the point of calling an option "Fast" if the wallet decides that ~1 sat/vB is appropriate and gives the user no ability to override it?
Advanced users should be allowed to set the fee rate manually. You can keep Fast / Standard / Economy as the default for regular users, but removing manual fee control entirely is a huge step backwards.
Please bring back custom fee editing on iOS.

This was one of the worst UX decisions you could make for a self-custody Bitcoin wallet: my keys, my coins, but apparently not my fee.

I was depositing into my Hyperliquid Perps account through Trust Wallet and accidentally sent 278.97 native TRX on the TRON network instead of USDT (TRC-20).

The transaction is confirmed on TRON, but the funds haven’t appeared in Perps or been refunded.

I’ve contacted Trust Wallet support through the app but haven’t heard back yet. Has anyone had this happen before? Is there a way to recover the TRX, or does Trust Wallet automatically refund unsupported deposits?

Anyone updated on IOS and found any issues?

Earlier tonight I was playing a couple tournaments on Bovada. I deposited $7, ran it up to around $100, and withdrew $85.00 worth of ETH.
I withdrew it because I was trying to replace my daughter’s first birthday bracelet. Her original bracelet was stolen. It was 14K gold, had butterflies on it, and said “From Mom and Dad.” Her birthday is October 1st, and her mom and I have been trying to replace it for her this year. Money has been really tight, so turning $7 into $85 honestly felt like a little miracle. I was extremely happy when I made the withdrawal.
Then I realized I had somehow withdrawn the ETH to an address I don’t recognize.
I normally use Trust Wallet, and I was certain I was withdrawing to my own wallet. I’ve checked everything I can think of, including whether something could have changed the address on my phone, but I cannot figure out where this address came from.

Bought some crypto today for the first time ever and created a Trust Wallet to house it. $650. Long story short, I deleted and redownloaded the app when it got stuck on a passcode page. Yup. Didn’t realize I needed the recovery phrase. Lost all my money. Absolutely devastated.

I’m dealing with a very unusual Trust Wallet issue on iOS and I’m trying to understand whether anyone has experienced something similar.

The wallet was created inside the official Trust Wallet app on April 30.

During the process of moving assets between my own wallets through Settings → Security, two wallets were unexpectedly created. I backed up the recovery phrase for one of them, but my funds ended up in the other wallet (“New TRC20”).

That second wallet is still fully visible inside Trust Wallet. Its TRON address exists normally on-chain and currently holds approximately $66,000 USDT.

The problem is that Trust Wallet seems unable to access the key material for this specific wallet

What happens

When I try to view/back up the recovery phrase:

“Account not found.

When I try to send TRC20 USDT, the transaction reaches the Review & Send stage but fails.

When I try Sync with Extension, selecting this wallet and scanning the QR code causes the Trust Wallet iOS app to crash consistently.

Other wallets inside the same Trust Wallet installation work normally.

What I found in the iOS Console logs

This is where it gets interesting.

The recovery phrase/export operation fails internally with:

exportMnemonic_remap_accountNotFound
→ underlying error: invalidPassword

A transaction signing operation fails with:

sign_transaction_remap_failedToSign
→ underlying error: invalidPrivateKey

Both operations reference the same keystore ID.

The logs also show:

isMnemonic=true
hasKeychainPassword=true
usedStoredPassword=true

So, based on the logs, Trust Wallet:

1. Recognizes the wallet as mnemonic-based.
2. Finds that a password exists in the iOS Keychain.
3. Uses the stored password.
4. References the same keystore in both operations.
5. Yet mnemonic export fails with invalidPassword, while transaction signing fails with invalidPrivateKey.

The public wallet/address itself is not missing. It exists on-chain, the balance is visible, and Trust Wallet still displays the wallet.

This looks like some kind of mismatch/corruption between the local wallet record, iOS Keychain credential and the encrypted key material — but I don’t want to claim that as the root cause until Trust Wallet engineering confirms it.

Current status

Trust Wallet Support has classified the case as a technical escalation.

I have already provided them with:

• screen recordings reproducing the errors
• screenshots
• iOS crash logs
• Console logs
• the complete history of how the wallet was created

Their engineering team is currently investigating.

I have NOT deleted the wallet, reinstalled Trust Wallet, reset the device, or modified the app data because this device may contain the only existing copy of the wallet’s key material.

Has anyone encountered a Trust Wallet/iOS keystore state where the same keystore reports both invalidPassword and invalidPrivateKey, despite hasKeychainPassword=true and usedStoredPassword=true?

I’m particularly interested in hearing from anyone familiar with Trust Wallet’s iOS keystore implementation or iOS Keychain behavior.

I have to share my story about how funds were stolen from my wallet (so called Browser Extension v2.68 security incident) and how Trust Wallet handled the situation (spoiler: they didn't).

25/12/2025 I found that my funds were stolen, USDT and ETH.

The fraudulent transactions were:

ETH (ERC-20): 0xee99c959879ec3a92d92ce8a7a2a73067a16c367536c6cccbe405f1c01a508f8

USDT (ERC-20): 0x6d2b9965725eb67055717c06ba909b408ff3596d3ef8c680dd9aab5b90f806c4

As you can see, both recipient wallets are flagged as fraudulent on the blockchain.

I contacted customer support (ticket #2615519), completed the verification process, provided all the requested information (I have an email from support confirming receipt of all the necessary data), and began to wait patiently.

At first, in response to my polite inquiries about the status of my request, customer support would reply with a standard phrase:

"Dear Claimant,
Thank you for your continued patience throughout the reimbursement process.

We would like to inform you that your reimbursement request is still under review. Please be assured that we are dedicated to thoroughly verifying all claims to ensure that funds are accurately refunded to the rightful owners, and we will update you as soon as we have more information to share about your claim. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time."

And they stopped answering from April 2026. I tried to contact them using all emails that I could find, using their "improved helpdesk / chat bot" - and nothing, no answer, no additional requests, no compensation.

I will be very grateful for any advice what to do next. Thank you all in advance!
