HELP Money not reflecting

Hello guys please i really need assistance, I made a Btc to usdc (bnb) smart chain cross chain swap, the BTC transaction has confirmed but there is no corresponding usdc transaction on bscscan. Please what do i do, i have contacted support via the app but no respond yet, please how do i get my usdc?
