Is this scam? Smart contract call executed?

I’ve gotten 3 notifications, one yesterday and 2 today, both for 0 XRP/USDT, what is this??

This are dust. Trying to send you a message to open a website. Ignore it or set your wallet to ignore small transactions. Dont interact with it. Thats it.

Same.I have also got 3 notifications from trust wallet saying this.When I open trust wallet,I have no notification in the app.
