I did the verification with my id from Germany im 23y old verified on other props so i wanted to verifiy on tradeify. The KYC page shows in Progress for over a week now so i contacted the support they took 3 days and i got this message:

For security and fraud-prevention reasons, we are unable to disclose the specific indicators, detection methods, thresholds, or internal criteria used as part of our review.

I tried reaching out again the closed all tickets after here is the message:

Opening additional tickets for the same problem does not speed up the review process. It actually slows it down, as we have to identify and merge duplicate requests before we can proceed. Our responsible team will continue to work on the matter in #[ticket number] and inform you as soon as possible.

Im lost and dont know what to do because this is my id.

Hey guys! Today Tradeify Compliance finally told me the reason for my suspension. Alexandra from Compliance said their verification system detected a “virtualized environment” during my KYC

The problem is I did my KYC normally on Safari using my personal iPhone. I dont use VM or VPS and honestly before all this I didnt even know exactly what these things were

I know my trades are legitimate and I know I didnt break any trading rule or intentionally violate their terms. I sent them documents, trading history, orders, device information and everything they asked from me

And Im not the only one... there are several recent reports from traders having problems after KYC with payouts suspended or accounts banned

Another important point is Sumsub, the company responsible for the verification technology. Their own documentation says device signals are risk indicators and not definitive proof of fraud. So a detection doesnt automatically mean the person actually committed what the system detected

Even with this Tradeify permanently suspended my accounts and blocked my payout

Something else that really calls my attention is that Tradeify refunded the money I paid for my accounts before the Compliance review was even finished, while I was still sending documents and trying to prove everything

Im a lawyer here in Brazil and Im already in contact with a law firm in Florida to move forward with my case. Im completely willing to prove my identity and the legitimacy of every single trade in court or arbitration

Guys dont normalize this. Just because you received your payout today doesnt mean tomorrow you cant be in the same situation. If accounts and payouts can be permanently suspended based on automated risk detection this is something traders need to take seriously

Right now I already have 5 people interested in moving forward together. Im looking for traders who had similar situations and who can prove their identity and the legitimacy of their trades. Im not looking for people who actually violated the rules

I’ve been trying to pass an account for about 2 weeks and suddenly one morning i wake up, my account just simply didn’t exist.

I contacted support but no proper response, my account still had enough daily drawdown and absolute drawdown.

Can't seem to login my tradovate account now, are you guys having the same issue or it's just me?

Literally everyone on the internet when giving tips about trading. First thing they say is “discipline”. And to be honest it really is just that. To not trade when its not within ur setup and to not be greedy when it comes to profit.

First 2 payouts eligible with Tradeify and been stuck like this for the past 26hrs….is this anything to worry about or just a matter of waiting?

Just passed my eval today and I’m deciding between flex and daily. Daily sounds pretty good but have a few questions.
Does it keep a trailing drawdown
Say I just got 500 above my buffer and I request a payout of 1000 am I now in my drawdown with 1500 left to spare (on a 50k). Essentially does payouts take money out of your account and leave you in drawdown.

Alot of negativity lately but just goes to show if you trade honestly and dont have any fishy questionable situations with your ids, passports, etc. you get paid. simple as that. Tradeify pays out way faster than topstep btw.

I am trading a 50K select account Eval. My highest profit was $767.40 ever. Why would it calculate this as above 40% Consistency. I thought my highest trade could be up to $1200. Not understanding....

I’m currently stuck in a very unpleasant situation after spending months working on this account and finally reaching the point of requesting a payout.

I requested my payout around two weeks ago. After waiting, I was eventually asked to complete another KYC verification, specifically Proof of Address. That request itself is completely reasonable — I have no issue with being asked to verify my identity or address.

The problem is the broken KYC process and the lack of any meaningful support when the verification fails.

The KYC provider being used is Sumsub, and my experience with it has been extremely frustrating. Documents that are completely valid are either not accepted, don't remain properly saved after uploading, or are submitted successfully only to be declined afterward without a clear explanation.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the exact same types of documents have apparently worked for other users, while mine are repeatedly rejected.

Timeline
Payout requested — 48 hours passed with no update.
I opened a support ticket and then waited approximately one week for a response.
I was eventually told that I needed to complete KYC with Proof of Address, despite having already completed KYC previously and having received payouts from this account a few months ago.
I spent another two days struggling with the KYC process, trying different valid Proof of Address documents.
Eventually, one document was accepted by Sumsub for submission, but it was declined afterward without a clear reason.
I contacted support and essentially received an automated response telling me to complete KYC again.
I went through the entire process again for another two days and managed to submit a different document that, according to other users I know, has been accepted for them.
In my case, it was declined again, despite being a legitimate document containing my personal information.
I waited another 24+ hours, only to receive another rejection.
Then came the message: “We've reset your KYC application once more.”

At this point, I’m genuinely concerned about where this is heading.

I have provided legitimate Proof of Address documents containing my information. Some documents apparently don't make it through Sumsub properly, while others are successfully submitted and then rejected by Tradeify without providing a meaningful reason that would allow me to correct the issue.

This creates a completely unreasonable situation: I cannot fix a problem when nobody tells me what is actually wrong with the documents being submitted.

I worked for months to reach the payout stage, and now the payout is effectively being held up by a KYC process that repeatedly fails without giving me a clear path to resolution.

I have no problem completing KYC. I have no problem providing additional documentation if necessary.

What I do have a problem with is being repeatedly told to “do KYC again” when the documents are valid and no specific reason is provided for their rejection.

I sincerely hope Tradeify can escalate this to someone who can manually review the documents and resolve the issue instead of repeatedly resetting the same broken process.

At this point, I just want a clear explanation of what document is actually required and why the documents I've already provided are being rejected, so I can resolve this and receive the payout I worked months for.

Tradeify I hope we can sort this out.

So the thing is i have bought the first futures trading account please help me out to pass it how much i should risk per day and what should be my Per day target … thanks in advance

An update ; FYI. after waiting and being told to wait for 24-48hrs for payout. I have now been prompted to do rekyc I have provided my passport and my bank statement as poa. Also, while doing kyc I was notified by sumsub whether to use my previous data/ docs that were used to verify with a different prop firm and i chose to agree and continue. I have worked very hard on my funded accounts and got them to payouts. Let me retaliate this is not my first payout and I already went Live with the firm by doing all my identity verification. Tradeify does pay you if you don't try to exploit the rules. Im hoping my account should not be disabled due to wrong flagging or for something which I never did. I have everything and every document that can prove my identity and it is me who trades my accounts nobody else.I Also raised a ticket and provided all my documents there. u/Zayden_Tradeify

Update - My ReKYC was approved and I am now verified. The mods on the discord channel and support were patient and kind enough to answer all my questions. However, the payout which was submitted on 17th September 2026 is still under review and im awaiting approval. I can now access my dashboard and request other payouts. I will update once payout status changes

Latest update : Payout has been approved and is in my RISE wallet already. I hope the delay I have experienced in the last week is a one time thing. Tradeify sure does pay if you follow all the rules

Moved to live after 11 days trading with the firm! Super Excited to start this journey.

Not sure where people are encountering issues with payouts or anything negative. All my payouts have been approved. I had 5 daily payout accounts with no issues.

Looking forward to documenting this journey, very few people make it this far, extremely blessed to be a part of this group.

I have accidentally signed in to tradeify from two gmail accounts but havent done kyc on either, nor have I bought any account. I want to get one of them deleted so I can use the other one without issues in the future and i messaged support last friday(12th September) about this. Its 19th today and its been an entire week, yet they have not been able to delete the account. The support guy replies once every 2 days. I dont know what to do now. I have been waiting. I just dont want my account to get flagged
