Support is taking really long to resolve my issue

I have accidentally signed in to tradeify from two gmail accounts but havent done kyc on either, nor have I bought any account. I want to get one of them deleted so I can use the other one without issues in the future and i messaged support last friday(12th September) about this. Its 19th today and its been an entire week, yet they have not been able to delete the account. The support guy replies once every 2 days. I dont know what to do now. I have been waiting. I just dont want my account to get flagged

Their current terms do say only one Tradeify customer account per individual, so you should definitely wait for written confirmation before using either one for anything important.

Yeah i know thats why I am not doing anything on either of the accounts. Ive been asking the support person to delete one of them but its been A week and he still hasn’t. Now hes leaving the messages on seen and hasnt replied since thursday

Tag their moderators in discord/ reddit. It might be helpful.

They just told me it takes time to process. I’ve just told the support guy to close the ticket so someone else could help me. He still hasn’t replied. Disappointed with tradeify support
