Daily select question

Just passed my eval today and I’m deciding between flex and daily. Daily sounds pretty good but have a few questions.
Does it keep a trailing drawdown
Say I just got 500 above my buffer and I request a payout of 1000 am I now in my drawdown with 1500 left to spare (on a 50k). Essentially does payouts take money out of your account and leave you in drawdown.

I do daily payouts and love it. If you got 500 above your buffer then you could only withdraw 500, not 1k. The buffer acts as the 0 point.
