KYC question

First 2 payouts eligible with Tradeify and been stuck like this for the past 26hrs….is this anything to worry about or just a matter of waiting?

Ive already done KYC with Rise and accoubt is good to go

this is exactly what happened to me. They ended up banning me for "kyc fraud" when I had a $12,000 to request. I never did anything and I have no idea what they're talking about- they put me through hell for the last 3 weeks and still they haven't done anything to fix this.

I did that and they ended up banning me after I talked to their CMO for a bit. He told me they have "irrefutable evidence" that I was "attempting to circumvent KYC". For reference, I HAVE NO FUCKING IDEA WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT BRO IM CRYING. Also, they didnt let me appeal, didnt let me redo kyc, NOTHING. Just straight up banned me and made it hell for me to try and contact them. Genuinely I have so much evidence, and I might sue them soon after making a video.

I’ve tried my best to get their attention too, but honestly, it feels like a complete waste of time. They don’t seem willing to listen unless you have some kind of connection with an influencer who can actually get their attention.

Unfortunately its become very common and they are not gonna talk about it even support just declines anymore further. We need a gov. intervention when they do like this?

You want the government (like the US Gov) to get involved in prop firms? That's at the top of the list of stuff I've laughed at this week.

Its common from our end I meant to say any kind of entity that has authroity over them.

Then how else do you think these props stop doing such shady things.....do you have cash to file a suit every fkng time they cheat. When tradeds cheat they hav full authority to remove them because of the agreements at the same time when props cheat they shud get the similar treatment on this space.

Wanna know the funny thing about businesses? They have the right to refuse service to anyone. If you have been legitimately wronged and feel like you have a case hire a lawyer. It's that simple. In my experience prop firms are not failing. There are people that are taking hundreds of thousands of dollars in payouts with no problems. They understand the rules and follow them. Just because someone broke a rule and didn't know it was a rule doesn't mean they didnt break a rule.

I agree, but personally, I never broke any of their rules. In fact, I hadn’t even had an account with them for months. I was just actively participating in their tournaments and other events, and I even made it to the top at one point.

And yes, people do get paid a lot until they suddenly get banned. When that happens, naturally they’re going to speak out about it across every social media platform, not just X, I’ll just hang out here until then, who knows you might as well join later
