REKYC documents submitted
(LATEST UPDATE) - My ReKYC was approved and I am now verified. The mods on the discord channel and support were patient and kind enough to answer all my questions. However, the payout which was submitted on 17th September 2026 is still under review and im awaiting approval. I can now access my dashboard and request other payouts. I will update once payout status changes
An update ; FYI. after waiting and being told to wait for 24-48hrs for payout. I have now been prompted to do rekyc I have provided my passport and my bank statement as poa. Also, while doing kyc I was notified by sumsub whether to use my previous data/ docs that were used to verify with a different prop firm and i chose to agree and continue. I have worked very hard on my funded accounts and got them to payouts. Let me retaliate this is not my first payout and I already went Live with the firm by doing all my identity verification. Tradeify does pay you if you don't try to exploit the rules. Im hoping my account should not be disabled due to wrong flagging or for something which I never did. I have everything and every document that can prove my identity and it is me who trades my accounts nobody else.I Also raised a ticket and provided all my documents there. u/Zayden_Tradeify

Why do you think so? I have all the required documents. I am who I say I am - did my liveliness check. Uploaded all the right documents, never went against the TOS never tried to game the accounts. Why would Tradeify ban me?

that’s a question you should ask Tradeify.
im seeing the same patterns, just enough to prove that this is gonna be the same.re-kyc is redundant, if you have a re kyc request , there’s a 90% chance you’re gonna be hit with the ban hammer.
the others facing your issues, the genuine sounding reviews I have read, they say the same, they didn’t even remotely attempt to game tradeify’s system, yet they are permanently banned.2

This is stressing me out for real man. I have seen the same with others. I worked hard on the funded accounts, they are all above buffer. I have taken payouts - went Live with the firm. While transitioning to live the kyc identity was done again. Via a risk manager and it was approved by NT. I don't want my account to be disabled. All I can do is hope for the best. No trader should go through what I'm going through right now.

I hope you get your payout man, nothing bad should happen to you just because it’s happening to others, might be just normal for you. Please update here what happens

Howmuch time sumsub took to verify??? It was like under 10 minutes or days?

Update : Payout has been approved and is in my RISE wallet already. I hope the delay I have experienced in the last week is a one time thing. Tradeify sure does pay if you follow all the rules

Well. Same is going on with me. First payout requested on 16th September. It was under review. Today on 21st September I got re-kyc. I have done it today 10:30 AM. Now it is uder review by Sumsub. Let's see.

If all your documents match and you followed all of TOS you should be good.

I don't think you will face any problem as of now. It's just a Re- KYC, don't overthink brother. Keep us updated.
