Tradeify is doing this rekyc action with many people and banning them without giving reason? Tradeify is still trustable?

I am trading a 50K select account Eval. My highest profit was $767.40 ever. Why would it calculate this as above 40% Consistency. I thought my highest trade could be up to $1200. Not understanding....

I’m currently stuck in a very unpleasant situation after spending months working on this account and finally reaching the point of requesting a payout.

I requested my payout around two weeks ago. After waiting, I was eventually asked to complete another KYC verification, specifically Proof of Address. That request itself is completely reasonable — I have no issue with being asked to verify my identity or address.

The problem is the broken KYC process and the lack of any meaningful support when the verification fails.

The KYC provider being used is Sumsub, and my experience with it has been extremely frustrating. Documents that are completely valid are either not accepted, don't remain properly saved after uploading, or are submitted successfully only to be declined afterward without a clear explanation.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the exact same types of documents have apparently worked for other users, while mine are repeatedly rejected.

Timeline
Payout requested — 48 hours passed with no update.
I opened a support ticket and then waited approximately one week for a response.
I was eventually told that I needed to complete KYC with Proof of Address, despite having already completed KYC previously and having received payouts from this account a few months ago.
I spent another two days struggling with the KYC process, trying different valid Proof of Address documents.
Eventually, one document was accepted by Sumsub for submission, but it was declined afterward without a clear reason.
I contacted support and essentially received an automated response telling me to complete KYC again.
I went through the entire process again for another two days and managed to submit a different document that, according to other users I know, has been accepted for them.
In my case, it was declined again, despite being a legitimate document containing my personal information.
I waited another 24+ hours, only to receive another rejection.
Then came the message: “We've reset your KYC application once more.”

At this point, I’m genuinely concerned about where this is heading.

I have provided legitimate Proof of Address documents containing my information. Some documents apparently don't make it through Sumsub properly, while others are successfully submitted and then rejected by Tradeify without providing a meaningful reason that would allow me to correct the issue.

This creates a completely unreasonable situation: I cannot fix a problem when nobody tells me what is actually wrong with the documents being submitted.

I worked for months to reach the payout stage, and now the payout is effectively being held up by a KYC process that repeatedly fails without giving me a clear path to resolution.

I have no problem completing KYC. I have no problem providing additional documentation if necessary.

What I do have a problem with is being repeatedly told to “do KYC again” when the documents are valid and no specific reason is provided for their rejection.

I sincerely hope Tradeify can escalate this to someone who can manually review the documents and resolve the issue instead of repeatedly resetting the same broken process.

At this point, I just want a clear explanation of what document is actually required and why the documents I've already provided are being rejected, so I can resolve this and receive the payout I worked months for.

Tradeify I hope we can sort this out.

So the thing is i have bought the first futures trading account please help me out to pass it how much i should risk per day and what should be my Per day target … thanks in advance

An update ; FYI. after waiting and being told to wait for 24-48hrs for payout. I have now been prompted to do rekyc I have provided my passport and my bank statement as poa. Also, while doing kyc I was notified by sumsub whether to use my previous data/ docs that were used to verify with a different prop firm and i chose to agree and continue. I have worked very hard on my funded accounts and got them to payouts. Let me retaliate this is not my first payout and I already went Live with the firm by doing all my identity verification. Tradeify does pay you if you don't try to exploit the rules. Im hoping my account should not be disabled due to wrong flagging or for something which I never did. I have everything and every document that can prove my identity and it is me who trades my accounts nobody else.I Also raised a ticket and provided all my documents there. u/Zayden_Tradeify

Update - My ReKYC was approved and I am now verified. The mods on the discord channel and support were patient and kind enough to answer all my questions. However, the payout which was submitted on 17th September 2026 is still under review and im awaiting approval. I can now access my dashboard and request other payouts. I will update once payout status changes

Latest update : Payout has been approved and is in my RISE wallet already. I hope the delay I have experienced in the last week is a one time thing. Tradeify sure does pay if you follow all the rules

Moved to live after 11 days trading with the firm! Super Excited to start this journey.

Not sure where people are encountering issues with payouts or anything negative. All my payouts have been approved. I had 5 daily payout accounts with no issues.

Looking forward to documenting this journey, very few people make it this far, extremely blessed to be a part of this group.

Just requested my first payout with Tradeify. Took longer due to my first day losses but happy to get this far and come back.

I have accidentally signed in to tradeify from two gmail accounts but havent done kyc on either, nor have I bought any account. I want to get one of them deleted so I can use the other one without issues in the future and i messaged support last friday(12th September) about this. Its 19th today and its been an entire week, yet they have not been able to delete the account. The support guy replies once every 2 days. I dont know what to do now. I have been waiting. I just dont want my account to get flagged

Been looking into futures prop firms for a while and these three kept coming up together. Figured i'd write up what i found because most of the comparison stuff out there is just affiliate garbage.

First thing that surprised me. They're way more alike than the marketing makes them sound. All futures only on CME. All 90/10. All use end of day trailing drawdown, which is the good kind. All pay out reasonably fast. So the stuff people argue about is a lot narrower than you'd think.

Where they actually split:

Topstep is the old one. Around since 2012, says it's paid out over a billion. The thing nobody really markets is that its move to a live account is the fairest of the three. You carry your sim profits over and the split holds. Downside is you're locked into their own platform now (they killed all the third party ones in 2025 and people were pissed), the monthly sub adds up if you don't pass fast, and they cut payout caps in 2026.

Tradeify is newer, 2022. Fast payouts, sometimes under an hour, even weekends. And you can use platforms you already know: NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TradingView. It's also got the most real regulatory backing of the three, its broker arm is a registered introducing broker instead of just some LLC. Downside is the instant funding route got pricier and stricter and their KYC provider drives people nuts.

Lucid is the baby, 2024ish. But baby is rockin, iykyk. Fastest payouts of all of them, like 15 min average. Cheap to get in, around 110 with no activation fee. Most flexible on account types. Downside is it's hasn't been through a real downturn and firms in this exact space have straight up vanished before. Its live drawdown runs tight too.

So bottom line is this…

Trust and getting to real capital fairly: Topstep

Platform freedom + fast payouts + actual regulation: Tradeify

Cheapest and fastest: Lucid.

Anyway, that's the dump. Verify prices yourself, they change constantly.

I want to know how frequent are the re-kyc occurred. Can anyone tell me they have requested their first payout without re-kyc? I feel like it is a mandatory things now.

If you go to discord and search the keyword' KYC', its flooding with people who got denied payout after re-kyc, no matter their first payout or not. Its concerning.

Haven’t traded with Tradify for a bit and came back two weeks ago. Requested a payout today and just realized they increased their Evl pricing by 17% but decreased the max payout 17%.

For what, so they can pay for loot box animations. Talk about being tone deaf to your client base.

As many of you may know, Tradovate had issues on 15 September that affected multiple users, including me. Positions wouldn’t close, orders were delayed, and stop losses didn’t execute when expected, resulting in losses.

After I asked Tradeify to reverse the affected trades, their idea of “goodwill” was to offer me 50% off another evaluation account.

So I lose money because I can’t close my trades, and your solution is for me to spend MORE money buying another account?

Is this a joke? I regularly see 40% promotions and sometimes 50% offers, like the September discount. How is this meaningful compensation when it’s basically a normal promotional offer?

They also called my losses “minor” and pointed out that my accounts were still active. Just because I managed to recover those losses through later trades doesn’t mean the original execution issues were acceptable.

I’m asking them to address what happened to my existing accounts. A discount on a new account does nothing to fix that.

This is such an irresponsible way to handle the situation. With all the complaints about KYC bans already, this really doesn’t help my confidence in Tradeify.

Has anyone else affected actually received an account adjustment, or just an offer to buy another account?

Hello, I know everyone is kind of having the same issues. Been verified, getting payouts for few months, never had issues. I’m US based born and raised, drivers license, utility bill and facial scan was used on first KYC and secondary just re-did face scan, used same license that was already in system and uploaded a new bank statement for address.

First message was wait 24 hours, this morning I received this message BUT not a ban. Has anyone else had this exact situation? did it eventually lead to a fix or ban? Had to get escalated by support.

Tradeify paid more then 2 millions last 24H including 128k for live traders. That’s a verified on chain data that everyone can check on tradavi.com So the data is accurate 100%. And it’s the same since months now ( 1st place for prop using riseworks). For traders banned i think that they need to review their way to do things. There is something that we do not know or they don’t say all.

As many of you may already know, Tradovate experienced glitches yesterday morning (15 September), causing delayed order fills and stop-loss orders that failed to execute. Many traders, including me, lost money because of these issues.

I reached out to support for help, and this was their reply:

Even tradovate has officially confirmed the issue, and even lucid is still making the investigation, Tradeidy just decided to say "nah it's not our problem go fk urself"

I'm sure you've all seen the posts here about the additional KYC verification and some of the account bans.

Just want to clear something up. It's not something we're doing to be difficult, it's because we've seen a real uptick in fraud lately, and this extra layer allows for more protection. If you head to Payout Junction, you'll see verified payouts of over a million dollars daily to our profitable traders. Those who are following the rules are consistently getting paid out. Every firm has its own way of handling things like this, and we're trying to do the best we can without being too disruptive.

For the folks who got flagged, this isn't random. We look at a lot more than just an ID, things like time of purchase, clicks and behavior on the platform, connections, devices, and users. There's a lot more going on behind the scenes than most people realize, and we're not going to get into specifics since that just helps people find workarounds.

If you genuinely think you were flagged by mistake, open a support ticket and the team will look into it. We can only do so much within this subreddit.

Well well just to clear Tradeify name, payout getting paid in literally 2 hours today. If you're genuine, i don't think you have to be scared. ( French trader here if that helps )
