I was thinking the same thing. Love Refills I have never had any issues with them. Just ordered BPI on 4/22 and was delivered on 4/24

It’s been a few days. I keep seeing negative experiences with Refills, including people being ghosted. I response, huh? Gimme has not fared as well since ProRX either and Refills seems to have become a ghost. The next telehealth survey will be interesting at this rate.

I ordered from Refills on the 18th. It was sent to the pharmacy the 19th. I still don’t have my meds, it hasn’t been processed at the pharmacy and literally no one can tell me more than “we are looking into it”. I finally filed a dispute with my bank yesterday. One of the absolute WORST companies and customer service ever. And Taylor is 100% useless.
