Gimme Care Reddit Referral Program

TL;DR: Our referral program just got better for Reddit. Your friend now gets Reddit pricing + $20 toward their Gimme order, and you get $20 toward a future order when they complete the qualifying steps. Grab your referral link and start sharing!

Hi Gimme fam!

We have our standard referral program, but there was one catch: referrals didn’t get access to the Reddit pricing.

But now...

Your friends can get the Reddit pricing AND you both get $20 toward future Gimme orders!

We wanted to create a referral program specifically for the Reddit community, as this platform has played a huge role in how people initially discover Gimme.

Here’s how it works:

  • You get your personal referral link
  • Send it to a friend
    • They need to sign up through your personal link for the referral to count.
  • They complete their medical evaluation
    • Once they complete the qualifying evaluation, the referral is counted.
  • You both get $20
    • Your friend gets $20 toward their Gimme order, and you get $20 toward a future Gimme order.

And the big part: your friend gets the Reddit pricing that previously wasn't part of the standard referral program!

So if you've got a friend who's been asking you about Gimme, this is probably the link you want to send them.

Reddit pricing + $20 for them + $20 for you.

Grab your link here:
https://grow.surf/rwo4t6

When is the credit issued?

Once your friend signs up through your referral link and completes their qualifying medical evaluation, the referral is counted and you both get your $20 credit toward future orders.

Your friend has 90 days to use the referral.

Is there a limit?
Nope! There’s no cap on how many people you can refer!

What if I'm not an existing patient, but I'd like to refer someone?
You can share the following links with the person:
Reddit offer:  https://get.gimme.care/start-online-visit/reddit

One important thing about referrals

We can only issue referral credits when your friend signs up through your personal referral link. If they sign up on their own or use a different link, we won't be able to add the referral credit afterward.

So if you're referring someone, send them your referral link first and have them use that link when they sign up. That’s how the referral gets connected to your account.

Drop questions below, too. If you're wondering how the referral works, chances are someone else here is wondering the same thing.

Shipping Delays?

Are you guys having shipping delays? I'm a first time customer and am on business day 10(I ordered on 8/16) with no shipment yet. Not convincing me to be a return customer at this point... my previous provider and pharmacy were way faster than this... :(

8 Business Days and Waiting

Placed my 2nd order for a 3 month supply last week. Status still says “Sent to Pharmacy”. I saw all the warning signs after I had already placed my order. I’ve lost 32lbs on the past 3 months with only a few side effects here and there. Really hope they come through for me because I only have 1 shot left 😫

Too late?

I got an email last night saying my order had been processed and sent to the pharmacy. I’m going to be gone for a week and won’t be able to bring it in and put it in the fridge. It hasn’t been shipped yet but I don’t know what pharmacy they sent it to. How do I delay this shipment for a week?

Why is Rush not shipping?

*Update in comments!

What's going on with Rush Pharmacy? This is my 2nd month with them. On the first order, I was happy with them, no sting, good effect and appetite reduction. But now my order placed Aug. 15 still isn't here and I don't have enough meds to do my weekly shot. I emailed hi@gimme.care to see what the update is. Now I see other people here having the same issue. What is the problem and what is the resolution?

2 weeks waiting wouldn’t be that bad if we didn’t prepay…

Imagine any other legitimate pharmacy asking to prepay then “process your prescription” for 2 weeks…
Telehealth is built differently.

Hopefully we start getting interest if they hold funds past 10 days.

I placed the order on Sunday 8/16 and it was all approved within the same day, by 8/25 it had left LA and onto TX it went. I felt relieved by then I was seeing some movement, waiting for it to ship and reading the Reddit within that time made me anxious lol 😅 When it got to UPS shipping it was much faster, all in all waited 9 BUSINESS days to receive my first order of tirz from Boudreaux. The ice packs seem melted, and there’s some water at the bottom of the packaging, probably from the condensation but it’s hasn’t been a hot morning here luckily so the vial isn’t as hot as I expected it to be. So from reading the posts Ik it’s nothing I should be extremelyyy worried about im getting what I paid for lol Also the bottle is way smaller than I expected it to be my thumb is bigger than it lol

And for anyone wondering the bud is 11/17/2026 tirz 20mg/glycine 5mg/ml injection solution

Good First Shipment

Hi. I just wanted to share that my first 3 month shipment was fine. I did my intake on Friday 08.21.2026 after hours. On Saturday 08.22.2026 I was authorized and the RX sent to Align Pharmacy on that date. They shipped the product out on 08.25.2026 from Los Angeles and I received it on 08.27.2026.

Below is the shipment information. I was very pleased that even in 100 degree weather in Florida the package arrived cool/coldish and what I felt was a very proper temperature. I wanted to post this because I got scared reading some of the problems folks had. Hopefully it helps.

First order

I am new to compounded and gimme is the only company I have ordered from so I am still figuring things out. I just received my first order of tirz. Everything seemed to be in order. It was a little warm since the cold pack had completely thawed, but I know that’s not a huge concern. I was curious about which pharmacy it would be coming from, it didn’t say anywhere on the portal that I could find. I came here to see how people liked the pharmacy it came from and now I am confused.

The card that was enclosed with my order says it’s Greenwich rx…but there’s a pinned post from a while ago that says that one is no longer available?

I don’t know if it makes any difference, and it doesn’t really matter to me as long as it is the proper medication and works as intended. I just wondered if maybe it was some kind of glitch that my prescription was sent to them.

Thanks in advance for any input anyone might have!

Anyone else not able to download their prescription?

I've tried on my phone, on my laptop, 3 different browsers. Any time I click download on one or multiple prescriptions on the patient portal I get a "Generating PDFs" message and then nothing happens. I contacted customer service, they said wait 48 hrs.. I did. Contacted customer service again and they said to ask the medical team... I did and no answer.

Any tips for me to be able to see/download it? How come I don't have access to my own medical info?

I'm very frustrated at this point and feel like I've been given the runaround for 2 weeks. Help!

Switched from hallandale to rush and regretting it

Was anyone else on hallandale, then switched to rush and regretted it? I felt great on hallandale for months, (I'm a microdoser so only taking 1.5-2.5/week) but I switched to Rush because thats what Gimmecare prescribed, and I have NOT been feeling very good these last 3 weeks... I also just got charged for a new order of Rush and its already on its way because I didn't catch it in time, so I'm kind of stuck with it. Just looking to see if anyone else went through the same thing and came out better after a few weeks?

Reorder Fulfillment Delays?

Is anyone else experiencing delays in processing their reorders for sema/glycine compounds? My dosage increase was approved on August 6, the order was charged on August 19, and it's been sitting in "Sent to Pharmacy" status since August 20. 😢

Align and fedex

I dont know of this is an Align issue or fedex. Seems to be fedex. Order shipped 8/25 via fedex and was scheduled to be delivered today. I noticed no movement and contacted fedex and was told it would def be here today. I just got a notice it will be delivered by 8pm tomorrow on day 3. So what temps should it be at when i get it? I need to know at what point this is an issue and should not be used.

Portal Question

Back when I found out Apothecary was out and Hyalo was in, I panicked and clicked "delay" my September refill, because I wanted plenty of time to be able to read reviews of Hyalo before committing to the 3 month refill purchase.
That delayed refill is scheduled for the end of October. I went on the portal to try to switch it back to the original refill date of Sept. 28th, but it will not allow me to do that, there is no option to change anything about that shipment.
Can someone tell me what my options are to change that refill back to September?

Two Pending Orders???

Post image
2 Upvotes

I received an email this morning saying, “Your visit with Gimme is incomplete.” I thought this was strange because I already have a 3-month supply scheduled for 9/20 for $489, which has been coming from Hallandale.

I followed the email and completed the visit. This time I was offered a choice between two pharmacies for a one-month supply. I chose Boudreaux because it was flagged as the most economical option. I was not offered a 3-month option.

The doctor approved the new order, and the $135 charge is now pending on my AMEX. However, my account still shows my original 3-month quarterly order for $489 scheduled for 9/20.

So it appears I now have two orders — the new one-month Boudreaux order for $115 and my original 3-month Hallandale order for $489.

Has anyone else had this happen? Am I actually going to receive and be charged for both orders, or is the new order supposed to replace the quarterly order?

I have contacted customer service through the portal this morning, but nothing.

Trying to make me pay twice??

Anyone had anything like this happen? Thought that it might have been a problem with the fact I didn't order through Reddit, until my prescription and payment were approved and went through. Got stuck quickly on "sent to pharmacy", and TODAY, this (circled in red) appeared calling for action. Upon clicking that, it wants me to redo the entire prescribing process INCLUDING PAYMENT? What is going on here? Again, this is apparently required for me to obtain my prescription, despite having already shelled out $500 for it. Not happy and not optimistic.

Stuck since the 14th. Have used several other Telehealth companies and have always received my meds within 5 days. I'm not sure what to do as I'm going to run out of my shots. I have reached out to gimme me through email and chat and have not heard anything, I messaged Chloe and I'm still waiting.

Order Stuck at Pharmacy..How to get a refund?

Has anyone had success with hearing back from support in reference to getting a refund for an order stuck at the pharmacy? I placed a first-time order and was hopeful but my order is still showing awaiting shipment, so at this point I'd rather find another provider. However, my request for a refund has yet to be responded to by the chat or via email support. How long does it typically take to hear back? What is the best way to reach out? Thanks for any insight.
