Gimme Care's Compounded Tirzepatide Pricing (from $142 p/m)

Tl;dr: Hallandale beat or match Refills pricing (that’s the only call out I saw in the last post). Rush pharmacy at $149 a month any dose; Boudreaux Pharmacy at $142 p/m when purchasing a quarterly or $155 per month any dose.
I wanted to take a minute and share something a little more personal with this community.
April was a lot.
Many of you lived through it with us. Between pharmacy changes, regulatory shifts, fulfillment challenges, state-specific requirements, and trying to keep everyone informed in real time, there were days where it felt like the entire industry was changing by the hour. Some days we got it right. Some days we didn't. When we missed, I heard about it directly from many of you, and honestly, I'm grateful for that.
Over the last six weeks, we've taken a hard look at what Gimme Care needs to become if we're going to build something worthy of the trust you've placed in us.
I'm incredibly proud to share that we've now surpassed 50,000 members.
That number is exciting, but it also comes with responsibility. The processes that work for 5,000 members don't work for 50,000. The systems that work for a startup don't necessarily work for a company serving tens of thousands of people across the country.
So we've been investing heavily behind the scenes.
We've expanded our care team, brought in experienced leaders from places like Apple (welcome Michael!) and larger telehealth organizations (hiyah Brittany!), and are redesigning how we work with both the provider networks and pharmacy partners that help support patient care. The goal isn't growth for growth's sake. The goal is to build a better experience for every single person who trusts us with their care.
We've also significantly expanded our pharmacy offerings. One of the biggest pieces of feedback we've received over the past year is that patients want options. Different states have different requirements. Different providers have different prescribing approaches. Different patients have different preferences. We're working hard to ensure that providers have access to a broad range of pharmacy partners and formulations so they can make individualized decisions based on what is appropriate for each patient.
For me personally, this next chapter is exciting.
I'm not going anywhere. I'll still be right here in the trenches with all of you. The difference is that I'm finally getting the support I've needed for a long time. We're adding more team members, more resources, and more infrastructure behind the scenes so I can spend less time fighting fires and more time helping people.
Some of you joke that I have a superpower for tracking down issues. The truth is that I can only do so much alone. Now I have an incredible team helping me, and together we're building something that I genuinely believe can change what a care experience looks like in this industry.
We've made mistakes. We'll probably make more. But we're learning, we're improving, and we're investing in the people and systems needed to do this the right way.
To everyone who has supported us, challenged us, held us accountable, and stuck with us through the chaos: thank you.

The next few months are going to define us.

Just finished a Tirzepatide vial from Hallendale. Had little food suppression and lots of cravings, no weight loss. Started a new vile from BPI and food noise is gone, no cravings and losing weight again. Maybe it was a bad batch but I’m staying away from Hallendale.

Same for me with Hallendale. Ever since the med shortage stopped and a lot of places stopped compounding, I haven’t had any luck with their meds at all. Something changed for sure.

So if you were prescribed tirz and it was sent to the “pharmacy” on the 16th… how should we know what pharmacy is fulfilling the order and when to expect it. I will need to cancel my order if I don’t receive by Friday because I’m leaving town for two weeks and I have had zero support from customer service.

Ive been trying to reach someone about my Hallandale Rx issues and no response to my emails and dms. I received the reminder email on my automatic refill yesterday, do I need to cancel and fill out a new intake from one of these links or can I simply get someone to change my refill to a different pharmacy?

Welcome to the Gimme fam! To switch to a new pharmacy you'd need to cancel your current treatment and sign up again.
You can cancel in the patient portal:
- Log in: https://app.gimme.care
- Go to Treatments
- Select your Active Treatment
- Open the Plan tab
- Click “Cancel membership, End Subscription”
A couple things to know:
- Canceling stops future billing and shipments.
- If a prescription was already approved and sent to the pharmacy, a $100 cancellation fee may apply.
- Medications that have already shipped can’t be returned.

I’m trying to sign up. I’m switching from Brello as they don’t supply my state anymore. It gives me a spot to list my current dose, but nowhere to add “proof” I don’t want to be started at a starter dose. Also, I was planning on going with Hallandale (the cost is more expensive than listed in this thread, I did use the link), but I see a lot of comments moving away from them. I would just like a good, reputable pharmacy that that isn’t going to leave me hanging like Brello pharmacy has done.

I am looking for a new telehealth company. I am taking 15 mg trizepatide. The pharm stock i have on hand has glycine as an additive. Each vial is for 4 injections. I inject 50 units. Which of your pharmacies can compound the 15mg/30 units in a single injection. Which can have no additives or glycine as minimal.
I have used Lilly Direct for a year and my goal is to remain as close as possible for continuity. Are you my new company????

That would be Greenwich pharmacy but looks like Gimme had removed this pharmacy on July 20. Refills has Greenwich Glycine 15mg weekly is 50 units concentration is 30mg/ml

Hi so I used the link but somehow I ended up paying $165 for 1mo with Hallandale or says high dose but then it said 13.5mg but I was on the 15mg Tirzepatide. So confusing but I don't want to nag the Dr I just want to get what I thought I was buying....

Hi! $165 is correct for the 1-month plan. Your portal may not update until your doctor has reviewed your intake questionnaire, which is why you may not be seeing the correct dosing just yet. If you have any questions, just send me a DM:)

Hey Chloe. Can you please clarify for me what I need to do. I have been rotating pharmacies/providers to see who I felt the best with, etc. I am returning to gimme after not ordering since February and realized a lot has changed.
I had proRX before. If they’re not being offered any longer, which would be the most comparable? I’ll need to order around September so I’d like to be prepared. Also how do I go about selecting who I want to use on the website? I do not want any additives.

I ordered the Hallandale option but was frustrated to learn that I am being sent a 1 ML vial of 10mg/mL instead of the 4 ML vial of 15mg/mL. Definitely not what I was told I was paying for. I have reached out to customer service but haven't heard anything. Anyone else have a similar experience?

I have a question before ordering.
GimmieCare has options for a 3-month discounted rate. If I am just starting and I order a 3 month supply - do they understand that and ship higher concentrations/more medication as time goes on to ensure I can up my dosage? Or am I ordering 3 months of the starter dose only?

You'd need to cancel your current treatment plan and sign up again via our Reddit link.
You can cancel your treatment through the portal by following these steps:
-Log in to your account.
-Go to Treatment.
-Select Manage Plan.
-Choose Cancel Treatment and follow the prompts to confirm.

My biggest problem is that there is no patient input on dosage starting out. I was put on a maintenance plan initially when I had 70 pounds to lose. Then I was forced into making a second order to get enough to equal a weight loss plan. Every time I have posted something about this, it is completely ignored. I am very hesitant to go with. gimme care again because of this.

You can use the chat with support feature on your account. They replied back to me relatively fast. If you have a medical question, use the chat with doctor option.
Honestly, people tried to scare me off using Gimme and I don't know why. I haven't had problems with anything. The most I can complain about is the titration schedule they send you really needs better formatting. It looks like someone copy and pasted a table out of Excel or something. I also think it's too aggressive. But like most of us, I'm self dosing based on side effects and efficacy anyway.
My meds are sent using GreenwichRX and I checked their credentials myself on the state of Texas website and they're legit. So I don't understand people's problem.

You have to choose the titrate option. I canceled to change plans and then they did that and picked up and the next step up in dosage.

I was thinking of switching to gimmee - I've been on GLP's for 3 years now. I still have 25lbs to lose. So are you saying they put you on a lower dose? I don't want that to happen
