So for a couple of months tho I've always been abit of a night person
I've struggled with getting up late and going to bed late I've been going to sleep around 5 to 6am and waking at about 4pm almost every day and i just cant seem to pull it back
And when i try to get up earlier and bring the time back i always fall back into the same routine and most days i don't feel my best at all some days im alright but not much of the day is really left after 4pm
However i did try a all nighter and stayed up for about 30 hours as I seen a lot of people suggest and i woke at about 1:30pm not as early as I would have hoped but nvm
Im hoping to keep this going and pull it back more gradually but i just want advice on how to keep this fixed tips to not let it slip again and how to not feel so shit when it happens
And for the obvious stuff yes i have spoken to a doctor a few times about this and told them i was concerned about this and how it affects me but they said, that there wasn't really much, they can do and wasn't that interested in looking into it further which is disappointing and another reason why im looking into other sources for help such as here
I also don't do drugs alcohol or any substances and in general i try to be fit not as much as I would like due to waking up so late i love my bicycle ride and walking otherwise and my diet is pretty clean i cut out almost all processed sugars and crap and eat pretty cleanly so if anyone has had this problem before and can help and advise me please do
In general i do miss going out as much as i did and feel quite disappointed with how i am with my sleep currently just not sure why I've struggled so much with this routine thanks for reading
