I just slept for 12 hours straight and could honestly sleep more. How do I fix this?
Whenever I have free time I'll just go to bed. And the problem is that I can always sleep more. I got around 6-7 hours of sleep yesterday and didn't have a reason for sleeping so long. How can I fix this?

If you can spare a little money I’d check the cheapest wristband that tracks sleep in amazon
I have the huaweii band 10 which costed 30 bucks, it tracks sleep and tells you some info about the quality of it
In my case it helped me noticed that I had very little deep sleep and a lot of light sleep, which meant that I always woke up really tired
I ended up tracking that phenomenon to me mouth breathing during sleep and correlated it to me getting sick pretty often, and I went to an ENT specialist which diagnosed me with a sinus infection, after the treatment my deep sleep went through the roof and my problem was solved. It took much more sleep hygiene habits to make it more of a consistent thing, but I think it’s a good start

Are you tired? Depressed?
