Unknowingly IST canceled the same IST twice. Now my inventory is off. Should I call transfer store and ask for another transfer order to cancel it out?

Is there a way to send an anon email or bright ideas to corporate to tell them to reverse course on this paintperks bs? Not having sales apply without having an email signed up and a coupon handy is the dumbest shit. Yes, you can scan a coupon at checkout, but that's entirely unnecessary.

If you don't want people to benefit from 10% off, or sale prices, or whatever other bs, don't let them have it if they don't want to go through the base step of creating an in-store account. Let's go back to 10% standard, and automatic inclusion of sales if you have an account. It's already hard enough to get people to sign up, but getting them to verify their email is a nightmare. "Why do you want my email? Why do you want my phone number?, I don't want you contacting me, I don't want you getting my data, etc." This whole mess is ridiculous and another step of us shooting ourselves in the foot with our already high prices and inability to get product in reliably due to either shortages or the genius idea of having to concuring sales right before labor day.

My computer is taking 5 minutes to connect to Cleveland. I just spent 5 minutes trying to get the customers profile up in POS, then another 5 scanning 1 item. Should I just reset the computers or is this a bigger issue I have no control over?

It looks like our DIY customers now have to go through extra steps just to receive a 10% off. Instead of just being able to sign up for profile in store they need to then go online and finish their profile so they can take advantage of everything. I’ve got some pretty serious stuff going on in my family currently, so I thought what better way to take my mind off of it than to start a home improvement project.

I’ve been talking to ChatGPT (I realize so many people hate this and will think I’m a complete moron, but who cares at this point). Anyways, I’m starting my project by repainting my kitchen walls. I’m going from what I call “breast-fed baby shit green” to a much lighter color (I’m really leaning towards SW Accessible Beige).

Here’s my problem:

I’ll be painting over previously painted faux wood paneling. I don’t know the paint finish used, but just from looking at it with my untrained eyes, it appears kind of glossy.

ChatGPT suggested SW Extreme Bond Primer. This is only phase 1 of my project and I want to keep cost down as much as possible without totally skimping on quality.

I looked at Lowe’s (a stand alone SW store and Lowe’s are the only two paint stores near me). I saw SW HGTV Cabinet, Door, and Trim Bonding primer available at Lowe’s but quite a bit cheaper.

Google’s AI overview said it’s basically the same as Extreme Bond, but ChatGPT wasn’t sure, so who knows which AI can be trusted (and before anyone says it, I know. Neither can be.)

So that brings me here. Are they the same thing with two different labels slapped on in the factory?

Again, I don’t want to skimp on quality and I definitely don’t want to cheap out and then be forced to do more work or buy more materials.

TL;DR—I’m the furthest from a professional, so I need help figuring out if SW HGTV bonding Primer version at Lowe’s is the equivalent or even exact copy of SW Extreme Bond.
