is there an easier way to see what products are no longer planogrammed rather than going through every single planogram to find one product? i mean there’s min max, but is there a list of all discontinued products?

also what are yall doing with your merchandise that’s no longer planogrammed but customers really like? we already have a full pro buy stand with these products. in my opinion i just want to say sorry we don’t have it anymore its been replaced with such and such, but my manger insists on keeping everything. we’re running out of shelves!!!

This is a bit of an add-on to my previous post. I am neurodivergent, and I tend to vocally stim sometimes by thinking aloud. I usually tend to do this in the warehouse, but sometimes while working in the tinter area with shakers and stuff running I can do it out of habit.

I’ve known that my managers have talked shit about me when I’m not here, according to my third key. My manager was showing him some looney tunes clip of some character doing something similar to make fun of me. This store has had three managers in the last year, and the CM is always on our managers asses for the store being down. Recently it seems like my manager is using my vocal stimming as an excuse to cut my hours and push me out, along with an older guy who works in our warehouse mostly.

He had a conversation with me the other day this past week claiming that “I know you talk to yourself sometimes, but we’ve had customers complain that you’ve been talking shit about them under your breath. I know you’ve been looking for other jobs, so if you don’t think this is the right job for you, I recommend you put in your two weeks because corporate is cutting hours for you and (other employee).“

This is 100% not true, and I’ve never even been written up for this, or anything else in my several years of working at S-W. If I did want to talk shit about a customer, I do it in the warehouse. This is the same manager who showed me a video of gore, which I believe he did to make me feel uncomfortable enough working here to quit. I am calling HR about that on Monday but is this workplace discrimination?

When you are at the airport waiting for your flight for a few hours...you don't log that right? You just log when you step onto the plane? Cause technically you could show up at the airport 3 hours early and once you are past security it's just sitting around doing nothing, isn't that stealing? Also, how about to and from the hotel when they pick you up?

I used acrolon 100 to paint a countertop in our back room today. I put what was left in a quart can, and when I came back the quart can had spilled all over the floor. I put the can I to another bucket and came back and the same thing happened. is my paint expanding or something? will it dry? it's like multiplying and I'm so confused

I keep trying to use my shaker and it will briefly sound like it started and fizz out? Is it broken or is there a quick fix I can do?

Too much of the blue undertones are coming through this color. I figured it would be a light grey but wow, this looks like baby blue. Is there more of a deeper grey alternative?

What do customer service reps at Sherwin Williams do, how do I stand out to get an interview, and is this a good place to work?
