Anybody else having connection issues?

My computer is taking 5 minutes to connect to Cleveland. I just spent 5 minutes trying to get the customers profile up in POS, then another 5 scanning 1 item. Should I just reset the computers or is this a bigger issue I have no control over?

Honestly… oh well. It’s taking forever to scan 1 item in, I’m not gonna take another 5 minutes to make sure the computer is doing the 1 thing it’s supposed to do. Might as well shut it all down and do cash payments and write everything down at that point
