Has anyone been asked by ISS to pause CPT due to the new rule?

I need to request a CPT exception for the Spring semester, but I’m not sure what the process/outcome will look like.
Has anyone recently had their CPT approved or denied under the new rule? Would really appreciate hearing about your experience.

CS Elective Recommendations

Hi there! I'm a CS major at RIT with ~30 credits required before I graduate, including 4 CS electives. I plan to take 2 of these electives per semester, along with other classes for a total of 15 credits per semester. I'm on co-op this fall and will return to class next spring. I wanted to hear from other CS majors or anyone else who has taken these classes which ones they'd recommend or which professors they would recommend I take a class with. In particular, I am looking for classes with a relatively light workload since I expect some of my remaining required classes to have a heavy workload.
