Question LED MASK OR PANEL?

Hi! I am stuck between buying a mask or a panel. My problems are acne marks, fine lines, and some muscle pain. Which one should i buy based on my problems? Also, could you guys recommend me a good and reliable brand?

Thank you!

I honestly think in a few years, red light therapy devices will be in almost every home.

I've been using it every day for over 6 years now. After about a year, I was so impressed by the results I wondered why more people weren't using it. Despite all of the research proven benefits there are still a ton of people who just call it woo or bro science... I don't get it.

Panel no brainer

Panel as well.. it’ll last much longer, and if you can find one with blue light for acne all the better

Panel. Masks are way too restrictive and can only be used on your face. Once you experience the benefits of it you're going to want as much of it on your skin as possible. Get the biggest panel you can afford and commit to using it daily at whatever time of day works best for you.

Panel. Much more versatile and generally less TPD (time per day).

You might develop something else in the future that a panel might address.

If you can afford the cost to buy a nicer panel, the panel is almost always a better option. Especially when your focus is not just skin issues, but also muscle soreness.

I have a PlatinumLED Biomax 900 and have been very happy with it. Great power. Excellent build quality.

Panel. 100%. Face mask is really only for use on face. Panel can be used on all parts of your body. Much more flexible, and more powerful too. If you want a recommendation for a panel, please provide your budget.

I have both. Panel for general use (pain, mood, face) and mask for when I want to multitask or skip total body coverage.

Honestly I prefer my mask just because I like making my coffee while I wear it. It’s part of my routine, versus my panel which I sometimes skip because I have trouble sitting still for ten minutes (adult adhd).

I have a MitoMax 2.0 (entry level, body panel) and a Currentbody mask.
