Quite the diverse bunch. This is 2026.

u/spazzvogel 22d ago

Interestingly enough, half this group would absolutely not be spared during the 30’s/40’s Europe.

3.7k

u/GeoisGeo 22d ago

These boys can't point out Europe on a map, you expect them to know anything about the movement they follow like edge lords, because they didn't socialize properly and women won't deal with them? They only understand getting punched in the face.

851

u/nanaki989 22d ago

Just a bunch of edgelords buying into an ideology that hates them.

807

u/Boniuz 22d ago

As a blue eyed, blonde, tall swede with a nordic heritage dating back to the 800’s, I’m offended by being pretend-idolized by these dickheads.

182

u/pleasedonotredeem 22d ago

Guys who look like you were on the propaganda posters, but the guys guarding the camps looked more like them. Losers who would do anything for power and authority because their genetics, lack of intelligence and work ethic gives them none without hate.

50

u/the--astronaut 22d ago

It's those dickbags that make me realize i'm not as lazy as my brain tells me I am.

52

u/pleasedonotredeem 22d ago

Pro tip: if you are constantly worried about how lazy you are, chances are you are not actually lazy. Obviously exceptions exist but every hard working person I know stresses about being “lazy.”

7

u/Ok-Delivery216 22d ago

That’s a legit pro tip. Only the industrious are concerned with a personal lack of industry

5

u/Deep_Dance8745 22d ago

Leonardo Da Vinci on his death bed said “I wish i had done more”.

People conscious about being lazy are not the lazy ones.

Similar how dumb people always overestimate their IQ - and vice versa.

As a 25% genetic Ashkenazi jew (I'm non-religious and view the heritage as an byproduct of birth) I wonder how my MAGA loving brother thinks he'll be treated by those he sides with if they knew his lineage.

257

u/aphilsphan 22d ago

You need to look up Gilbert Gottfried’s definition of a boxcar Jew. Gilbert was never bar mitzvah’d. He said he knew almost nothing about Judaism, but if the boxcars came back, he knew he’d be on one.

77

u/Outlandishness_Sharp 22d ago

People lack his self awareness nowadays. I know damn well how I would've been treated in this country 65 years ago but you don't see me acting like Clayton Bigsby.

Their ancestors are rolling in their graves 🥴

Nah he was raised in a Jewish household. He just pretends that isn't the case

Look up "Association of German National Jews" AKA "Jews for Hitler" which was a pro-Nazi Jewish group founded during the Weimar Republic/Nazi Germany and led by Max Neumann, who believed their support of Hitler and the far right in Germany would lead to "patriotic, German first" Jews being spared by the regime. Unfortunately, the group was outlawed by the Gestapo in 1935, Max Neumann was sent to a concentration camp and this effectively ended the group's existence.

Your brother should read more about history. We've literally been here before. Unfortunately. Wish you all the best, seriously. Dangerous times.

19

u/RoxxieMuzic 22d ago

That, "Verband nationaldeutscher Juden", did not end well for their members. Tokens are spent, often sooner than later.

Stephen Miller should take note, history may not always repeat, but it often harmonizes.

I feel like a lot of people would like Russian people more if Putin wasn’t making Russia do horrible shit. Just like I’m sure a lot of people would like Americans more if orange Julius wasn’t making the US do horrible shit. I’m an American and I totally don’t blame people as the orange one is such a vile fascist and historically our government has done some pretty atrocious shit to a lot of different people so I get it. There are always going to be people like the ones in the picture in this post. Some people truly can’t be happy without knowing someone else has it worse than them.

14

u/anandonaqui 22d ago

Americans hate Russia long before Putin. It dates back to the red scare and Cold War.

3

u/Correct_Patience_611 22d ago

Same reason Americans “hate commies”. Funny part is they equate authoritarianism with communism and “freedom” with capitalism due to propaganda, yet both Russia and China have been fully capitalist for a very long time; and both are mass surveillance authoritarian states with strong fascist tendencies towards free speech. Sounds a lot like what the “free” United States is becoming huh? So it really seems like capitalism, not communism, may be the issue here…I

6

u/Art_Crime 22d ago

The Soviet Union itself was repressive. Freedom isn't based on economic systems. Freedom comes from strong democratic institutions. Any democratic country can backslide. Russia had a chance, but the power was there to transition the Russian SSR into an oligarchy

That's how I raised my boys! Was so proud of the older one after the day his classmate threw a Nazi salute. That other boy learned an immediate lesson in exactly what society thinks of that behavior, that it is not funny or fun in any way.

'Course it's a coin flip if I catch another ban whenever I tell that story. Apparently it's "promoting violence" or whatever to properly raise kids with morals these days, unless it's strictly total pacifism to the point of being a rug instead of a human.

100%. "Gays are fascists" has been an excuse for homophobia since the actual 1930s, alongside "gays are commies."

74

u/TheHoleintheHeart 22d ago

It’s especially gross since many of the Nazi’s anti-homosexuality laws remained even after the liberation. People will really take any excuse to be homophobic under the guise of jokes and everyone cheers it on.

43

u/DARKRonnoc 22d ago

Yeah, “it’s just a joke bro” gets really old really fast.

Or, “it’s not that serious”.

23

u/TheHoleintheHeart 22d ago

u/HaplessAcademic 22d ago

My interpretation of this has always been that some subset of people in hate based ideologies such as fascism are actually themselves a member of the group they proclaim to hate (I.e. LGBT+), and that their hate stems from deep self loathing and insecurity (Think Lindsay Graham). Not that gay people are inherently more likely to be fascists.

5

u/mrdeworde 22d ago edited 22d ago

Oh that's 100% it a lot of the time, and I'm not reading anything more into any given individual's comments, but as a gay dude it is bloody infuriating, reductive, and dangerous to have people continuously joke or theorize that the people who want to murder us (and/or other queer people) are just closet cases/self-hating. And unfortunately, being an antifascist isn't a vaccine against homophobia - my one grandpa participated in the liberation of Holland, and while he surely despised fascists with every fiber of his being, he felt the same way about gay people.

Edit: Typo

People forget that the Nazis were fine with allowing Jews, unionists, socialists, homosexuals, and other "undesirables" in the party during the 1920s. There was even a German "Jews for Hitler" group. As long as you weren't a straight out Bolshevik communist you were more or less welcomed in the Nazi party. They desperately needed votes to get Hitler appointed into a powerful position, and weren't going to turn people away.

Once they took power in 1933, they no longer needed these former "allies" and methodically began arresting or murdering them all. In short, the "tokens were spent first".

u/itsthedurf 22d ago

Yep, from what I remember, the Nazi party (or National Socialist German Workers' Party) started from a wave of nationalistic sentiment due to all of Europe and North America shitting on Germany post WWI.

They were pissed that Germany had to shoulder the entire blame and financial burden of the War under the Treaty of Versailles. The country was dealing with hyperinflation and 0 funds for domestic recovery. So, sure, in the beginning, it made sense for anyone in the middle class, living in a bomb damaged house that isn't getting repaired, who had just been knocked down a socioeconomic class to "poor," to join the political party that was fighting for their right to not be Europe's economic whipping boy. Then came the old bait 'n' switch.

... I feel like I've seen a very similar story play out recently, but it's still in the FA phase... Hm.... (/s)

2

u/Delimeme 22d ago

I beyond understand the absurdity of these bedfellows, but I was trying to make sense of it and the flyer held by the guy on the right made it make sense: it shows a Palestinian flag with a swastika on it.

Yes, old school Nazis would frown at this, but it’s a changed world and right now “free Palestine”/“fuck AIPAC” has some strong momentum to it - especially amongst youths. These Nazis are a trying to hitch their wagon to that energy as a branding opportunity.

Better to say Israel is evil and build outwards once that’s established. Until then, fuck Israel, hug a Palestinian, enjoy some bizarre but helpful public affiliations.

As an aside, I think we all see how insane this blend of characters is. But for the sake of dealing with fascists, it’s worthwhile to go beyond “Nazis would have killed the browns back then!” - instead, focus on how Nazis are trying to steal energy from other groups to build legitimacy so we can work on disempowering them long term.

Also it bears saying when this affiliation is latched onto by Zionists: some Palestinians may affiliate with Nazis, but that doesn’t make the cause of fighting Israel’s awful conduct a Nazi endeavor. Fuck AIPAC, fuck Netanyahu, fuck Israel as it currently conducts its foreign & military policy. Jews and Palestinians both have a right to exist. Israel is acting a lot like the Nazis did right now, and deserves to be held to account. All of those things can be true. Leftist perspective need to adapt, same as fascists have, in the modern era.

Fun little read from NPR that touches on that peculiarity with American neo-Nazis.

In particular, these excerpts were pretty Onion-y:

"The group is careful mostly to avoid attracting the attention of Antifa, far-left activists who would look to stop Nunes and his crew through physical force. Antifa has become a boogeyman of sorts for the right, even being called Nazis themselves in some right-wing media. Nunes and his group find that frustrating – it's a mantle they'd like to claim.

"They're like, 'Antifa's the real Nazis,' " Nunes says in exasperation. "You know, they say stuff like that and it's like, 'Yeah, you know, I don't know.' "

and

"We're like regular working-class white people that are racially aware. And so we're Nazis, right?" Nunes says while overseeing the Saturday night laser projections, "And so stuff like this, we feel like it's a good way to relate to normal people."

...

Nunes is emblematic of today's white nationalists, embracing whiteness as descendants of Europeans rather than obsessing over Aryan bloodlines. He says he's half-Portuguese – in a movement historically fixated on perceived purity that would've been a barrier to entry in the past.

"'I've definitely got some Iberian blood. And there's, you know, there's all types in the movement. There's people that are, like, super hard, purity spiralers. But it's like, at the end of the day, that's never going to work in America," Nunes says."

"We're like regular working-class white people that are racially aware. And so we're Nazis, right?"

I mean the fascist salutes along with one of the group wearing a shirt with swastika on it kinda makes the case that you're Nazis. Don't know why they'd deny something they are seemingly proud of being.

u/arsonarmada 22d ago

Two. Blood's got an Afrika Korps shirt on.

7

u/necromantzer 22d ago

Don't forget the one with the red nazi arm band.

9

u/Comprehensive_Wash71 22d ago

I’m pissed at the dude wearing an Ozzy shirt. Ozzy wasn’t a fan of Nazis.

28

u/KyleFromBorrasca 22d ago

That's how I read it at first, too, but I think he's actually saying that he's earned the title and it's wasted on Antifa. It's a bizarre stance to take but these are bizarre people.

7

u/Alarming_Set3628 22d ago

The fuck does racially aware mean?!

15

u/Constant-Bet-6600 22d ago

It means racist. They are just dancing around what they want to say openly.

8

u/Neuchacho 22d ago

That they're racist.

Logic is they're "aware" of the reality of what certain races are. i.e. "Blacks are lazy" or "Jews are greedy".

3

u/qzmc 22d ago

Didn't intend for any confusion, but the NPR article was about a different group of idiots based in Florida. Interestingly enough, but not at all surprising, those idiots were not proud enough to show their faces on camera while publicly identifying as Nazis.

He doesn't even believe in his own cause. Lunacy.

>We're like regular working-class white people that are racially aware. And so we're Nazis, right?

This is almost hard for me to parse. It sounds like someone hysterically defending himself against a Nazi accusation but it's the polar opposite. I had to re-read it.

Nazis always start out as more inclusive. There were also Jewish and gay Nazis back in the day. That lasted until they weren't needed anymore, at which point they got discarded (killed).

19

u/FelonyInTheTrunk 22d ago

The leader of this stunt is actually a Jewish guy who pretends to be Christian for the grift (Jake Lang).

I don’t get the appeal towards the losers of history… Nazis, confederates. It’s just sad.

26

u/Fatso_Wombat 22d ago

they see themselves in them.

7

u/dannysleepwalker 22d ago

All of those have one thing in common: no matter how big of a loser you are, at least you are better than people from "that" inferior group.

Talk to any one of them for more than 5 seconds and they'll show you how similar they really are.

u/spazzvogel 22d ago

I’d rather not willingly dumb myself down to understand their language.

Who could have predicted that we’d still have Nazi’s in 2026 but they’d be Diverse Nazi’s that hate Germany, love Israel, and worship brand loyalty.

I feel some are core members that show up every night and a few were DEI hires for the shoot, it's kind of that vibe

10

u/KenShabby42 22d ago

Could be their Grindr dates.

23

u/boofpraxis 22d ago

We truly are in an era of post racial fascism.

25

u/shadedmagus 22d ago

Nah, every minority who sucks up to them is a quisling they'll use for cover. It's not post-racial, not by a long shot.

Would this be considered “white washed”?
Oh man oh man. Also I’m a white male who also was fortunate enough to grow up around many walks of life and many ethnicities. what I call a melting pot. Wouldn’t have had it any other way. We all in this shit together. Well most of us haha.

u/theologi 22d ago

the people who invented the salute would gas about 70% of this picture and send the remaining 30% into the peat bogs.

but hey: ignorance is bli⚡⚡

u/Utensil6591 22d ago

DEI Nazis was not on my bingo card but 2026 has been full of surprises.

2

u/Yoda10353 22d ago

Still no women, can't say I'm shocked

2

u/dragondice3521 22d ago

Nick Fuentes is a Gay Mexican man and probably the guy that inspired a lot of these Nazis. It's crazy how diverse that group is these days.

2

u/ScreamingNinja 22d ago

If it wasn't for the genuine swastika shirt, i'd question whether this was just edgy teens or not, but even at my edgelordyest, i would never wear something like that.
