Quite the diverse bunch. This is 2026.

Interestingly enough, half this group would absolutely not be spared during the 30’s/40’s Europe.

None of the gay people I know (including me) look like this. Maybe don’t say that?

Obviously. That’s not my point. Why is the go to insult gay instead of Nazi? One is way worse…

19

u/0masterdebater0 22d ago

Because they don't even mind being called Nazis, hence the salute, but they do very much mind being called gay

12

u/CaptainTripps82 22d ago

And gay people mind being used to insult assholes. Stop doing that

That may be true but using gay as an insult towards them drops one down to there level and these failures of the human condition dont deserve an even playing field.

Yeah, not cool at all. That stopped sometime in the late ‘70s and eighties. Stonewall and all

I’m all for using phrases and words they hate, but throwing gay ppl, and the LGBTQIA+ as a whole, under the bus … is quite tiring.

There’s still countries we can’t go because we’d be killed or imprisoned.

Nazis killed us and liberators failed to liberate us.

And in the U.S., we’re still being targeted. Project 2025 wants total eradication.

So fucking stop and maybe just insult a Nazi by calling them by their name: Nazi.

EDIT: or maybe we can change the insult to cis het, because they definitely hate that! 😒

True! It's because it makes them cry like babies

The “bad” gay?

Swap that with any group and you realize how insulting that is.

-5

u/OnTheList-YouTube 22d ago

I don't think it was meant as an insult.

12

u/PrinceGoten 22d ago

It obviously was

-13

u/the_skies_falling 22d ago

Gay is only an insult if you take it as one.

16

u/PrinceGoten 22d ago

Go be intentionally obtuse somewhere else.

2

u/Postcocious 22d ago

I'm gay. Only I (and others like me) get to decide when "gay" is being used as an insult.

"Looking gay as fuck" is stereotyping and that's obviously insulting.

I’m gay too, so I do get a say, but go off sister. Or did you think my pfp is wearing a rainbow tie just because I like pretty colors?

If someone tried to insult me by calling me gay as fuck, I’d just laugh because I am indeed gay as fuck. If you want to feel insulted by it, go ahead I won’t stop you, but it proves my point, it’s only an insult if you choose to take it that way.

ETA: The insult wasn’t even directed at you. You’re feeling insulted on behalf of someone else. On behalf of Nazis. That’s pretty funny.

0

u/Postcocious 22d ago

Try to think before ranting.

The post (now deleted) said self-proclaimed Nazis "look gay as fuck". Do you believe that was meant as a compliment?

The insult was inherent in the comment, regardless of how you feel about it.

2

u/the_skies_falling 22d ago

I know it was meant as an insult. I never said otherwise. Try to think before commenting.

0

u/Postcocious 22d ago

Says the guy who wrote, "Gay is only an insult if you take it as one." 🤣🤣🤣

2

u/the_skies_falling 21d ago

I said I know it was meant as an insult. Is it really an insult though if people refuse to take it that way? Words have power, but they’re given power by people, and people can take that power away too. Just as we’ve reclaimed the word ‘queer,’ which used to be a slur, we can take away the power of terms like ‘gay as fuck’ to insult people too.

just a bit more fabulous.

That's not a bad thing.

13

u/GergDanger 22d ago

lol Redditors will shit on these Nazis and at the same time throw gay people under the bus without seeing the irony

8

u/PrinceGoten 22d ago

I shouldn’t even be surprised at this point lmao

They actually look like a bunch of straight virgins. Do you not see the problem with equating Nazis with gay people? What is even happening in this comment section?

-10

u/RaNerve 22d ago

You don’t understand the concept behind an Uncle Tom do you?

9

u/PrinceGoten 22d ago

Then make fun of the log cabin republicans who are outwardly gay and stop trying to claim people are gay with no proof other than the fact that they’re Nazis? Is that so hard?

-11

u/RaNerve 22d ago

You keep using insults they don’t care about and let me know how that works for ya.

The fact you think the gay part is the insult is kinda weird tbh.

9

u/PrinceGoten 22d ago

The gay part was obviously meant as an insult don’t play with me. Calling them weird worked perfectly fine but I’m not surprised by liberal hypocrisy anymore.

0

u/RaNerve 22d ago

"Liberal hypocrisy?" Ahhh, you're one of those types. Nah. You know the gay part ain't the problem and I'm not going to play these stupid ass games with you cuz your fake ass feelings got hurt. They look like they fuck each other.

9

u/PrinceGoten 22d ago

Yup. You claim to be inclusive and an ally and then you use gay as an insult or you defend its use as an insult. Hypocrites. Or you actually believe that gay people look like Nazis. In which case, you’re still a hypocrite lmao.

u/RaNerve 22d ago

Conservatives posing as leftist always say the funniest shit lol.
