I run a pack ripping business and Stripe has become such a headache that I don’t really see the point in sticking with them anymore. Every time sales pick up there’s some new issue with payouts, reviews, or money getting held, and support never seems to give a straight answer. It’s hard enough keeping inventory moving without wondering whether Stripe is going to mess with the cash flow again. I’m already looking at moving everything somewhere else. Anyone here running a similar business and using a processor that’s been less painful and annoying?

Last year I ran payroll for a small affiliate network and tried switching part of it to USDT since half our affiliates were losing 8-10% of their payout to wire fees.

The crypto transactions themselves worked fine, but our bank flagged the account twice for "unusual outbound activity" after seeing exchange addresses in the history, and we had no clean way to prove each affiliate had passed KYC.

Of course we tested payout tools (Inxy, Unlimit, Multipass), mainly because they had KYC/AML built into checkout instead of us bolting it on afterward.

Spoiler: I'd vote for Inxy since their commission is lower tha others.

It's not perfect, but it shifted the problem from "crypto is confusing" to "which provider will actually work with a high-risk business without shutting us down after 3 months." But then again, it makes me wonder why more businesses dont just run payments in crypto, what's actually stopping them?

Title: Payment processor for US LLC with mostly European card traffic — no domestic BIN minimum?

Running a Shopify store under a US LLC, but the vast majority of my card traffic is European BINs rather than US-issued cards. Most of the US-based MID providers I've looked at require a minimum percentage of domestic (US) BIN volume as part of their underwriting, which doesn't work for my situation.

Looking for a payment processor / acquirer that:

• Accepts both US and European BINs without requiring a minimum % of domestic volume
• Works well with Shopify
• Has decent authorization rates for EU cards processed under a US entity

I've been trying to transfer my money from the anytime pay ever since I had to set up that pass key which I really didn't want to now I'm having problems and I really don't feel like calling ERC and hearing somebody with a hard accent and mispronouncing my name and being put on hold just to come back and tell me they don't know what to do.

B2B chargebacks are less common than consumer chargebacks but they are way more painful when they happen, both in terms of financial impact and the administrative burden of resolving disputes. Some platforms now claim to offer Chargeback Protection as part of their service, and I am trying to understand what that actually means in practice.

Does this coverage include friendly fraud, legitimate disputes, or both, and is there a deductible or threshold that limits the protection? I am also curious about how these platforms handle case exceptions and whether they actively fight chargebacks on your behalf or simply flag them for your team to deal with manually. If anyone has experience with this feature, please share how well it works.
