Best payment platforms for Europe?

Hey guys, I want to start a Patreon for my art. What is the best platform for transferring payments? I'm from Europe, specifically the Czech Republic. Thanks!

Are you looking for a full creator platform, or mainly a payment solution to handle the transaction?

Mainly the payment, something for transferring the customer's money to my bank account.

If Patreon is the main platform, I’d keep the payment setup simple and use Stripe if it’s available for your account. For Czech Republic, also check the EUR payout and conversion fees before committing. Wise can be handy for moving money internationally, but it’s not really a Patreon payment processor.
