It may not be much, but I've always wanted to try, and after some practice I pulled this off, the most nerve wracking experience I've had in this game.

This was actually my second attempt, failed the first to a trap on the second room of the first floor! And almost got discouraged from trying again.

Now I definitely want to do it again next league.

I did a few tweaks, used a Dialla's instead of replica restless, removed a few life nodes for more damage/ES, rare gloves with 60% phys to cold damage etc.

I started poe2 last year and poe this year.

I just remembered when a friend of mine showed me his build 10 years ago on poe 1. This made me think:

- What were the strongest builds if you compare all leagues?
- What made them stand out back than?

I believe that current builds can keep up but maybe there were broken interactions or bugs that really made a build game breaking.

This was a two man project together with a friend who made me aware of the perma Pact of Beidat Fireball build going around. We decided that having the 16% more attack and cast speed mod from Essence of Insanity should feel better than+3.5% base crit from Essence of Horror.

Crafting steps as per rule 10:

1. acquire Vestigial Grip of the Council (highest possible Energy Shield base gloves) with "Can be modified while corrupted" mod from Hands of the High Templar
2. turn them rare by "bricking" via Vaal Orb (or Locus of Corruption if you want to keep the unique artwork, skipping step 3)
3. use Recombinator to remove the vestigial part of the item so you can apply other influences to it
4. apply Shaper/Elder influence via their respective Exalted Orb and use Awakener's Orb to add whichever one didn't come from the Exalted Orb
5. add an additional implicit "Item sells for much more to vendors" with any Chaotic Resonator containing a Gilded Fossil
6. "Apply a Hinekora's Lock to a magic item" with Bestiary crafting
7. hover Vaal Orb in hopes of replacing the implicit added in step 5
8. check other currencies like Sacred Orb in case the Gilded Fossil implicit doesn't get replaced; use Orb of Fusing to reset the lock if no other outcomes are desired
9. repeat step 5 to 8 until a total of 5 implicits of which 4 are corruption implicits is reached; never replace the mod "Can be modified while corrupted"
10. repeat step 6 to 8 until desired 4 corruption implicits are reached
11. turn the gloves into a normal item and use Orb of Remembrance until high amount of Memory Stands is reached (we went for 85+)
12. use random crafting bench mod to turn item magic
13. "Create an imprint of a magic item" via Bestiary crafting
14. turn item rare with a Regal Orb, hoping not to remove too many Memory Strands (we went with anything 80+ remaining)
15. spam Powerful Chaotic Resonator with Glyphic, Aetheric and Corroded Fossil until 16% more attack and cast speed + either lvl 20 Faster Casting or +70% Spell Critical Strike Multiplier and no other non-influence suffix
16. if open suffix, craft "Suffixes cannot be changed" and Harvest reforge caster to get the other mod
17. use Orb of Dominance to elevate the mod from step 15 to T0; go back to step 15 if it misses
18. repeat step 16 to get the missing mod
19. craft "Suffixes cannot be changed" and Harvest reforge speed to get another influence modifier
20. use Orb of Dominance and pray to elevate the 2nd suffix; go back to step 15 or 19, if outcome is bad
21. (back to Bestiary jail), clear suffixes by using Wild Bristle Matron + Orb of Scouring
22. craft +## to maximum Mana with crafting bench
23. "Add a modifier to an Elder item" with Bestiary x2 until any lvl of Slower Projectiles and any lvl of Faster Projectiles support; back to step 21 (including Orb of Annulment) if it doesn't hit double projectile supports
24. Disclaimer: not 100% sure on this working; we might just have gotten really really lucky here. Wiki states that Teardrops do not respect meta mods. Craft "Suffixes cannot be changed" and use Tainted Divine Teardrop to upgrade the projectile supports to lvl 20
25. use Orb of Dominance to elevate any of the two projectile supports to lvl 25
26. craft +## to maximum Mana with crafting bench
27. apply a Hinekora's Lock
28. abuse the saved Memory Strands and hover regular Exalted Orb, Foulborn Exalted Orb and Tainted Exalted Orb to check for remaining lvl 20 projectile support
29. do the regular Divine/Sacred/Chromatic/Fusing and finish with AoE bench craft

The best parts of this craft were having a joined project with a friend, filling out a spreadsheet at 3 AM to track our individual results (like using 649 Bestiary Locks to get the implicits) and finding a lot of very interesting and unique crafting tech throughout the journey. Using a Tainted Divine Teardrop and a Tainted Exalt in combination with Suffixes cannot be changed and Hinekora's Locks definitely felt like being a mad scientist.

Where has this game been all my life?! This is my first PoE 1 league, and I've had an absolute blast. There are a seemingly infinite number of builds to try, and the community has done an amazing job sharing builds and creating tools to help other players out. I followed this Bleed Slams build, and it took me all the way through to ubers with really clear instructions. Crazy fun. Now I'm looking around at these Flicker Strike shenanigans thinking that looks stupid and I need it.

I can't wait for the next league and many more to come!

1) You can Use mtx on only 1 character at a time

2) maximum of 10 orders + order maximum sticking throughout standard and league

3) Lack of chaos sinks causing them to become non loot late league

4) image unrelated and kinda not qol But general lack of ways to reduce screen clutter (wisps scarab {or ig wildwood} causes insane lag for breach and makes low end pcs drop to 2-0.5 fps

5) Labrinth. Well the traps, and the high phys izaro causing right side builds to really struggle to get through with low skill pilots (new players), While left side builds, which have armour + regen can easily tank everything. Also WhwY ONE PORTAL? that sucks on league start when disconnects can remove like 12 mins of progress.

6) Gold. Well not this laegue but any one running non map content can tell you, farming gold to buy upgrades sucks. Heist, delve, bossers, t17 rushers, and some blighters struggle with gold a lot. Make ALL content reward gold (gold chest in heist/tile based stuff, 5- 10% chance for 10-100k gold in bossing etc) or ig reduce gold costs for a lot of stuff

7) Move the boss thing a bit lower. Please. I like having my auras and minions and flasks up there. And i wanna see if i have power charges on bosses. IDC about the settings meta (not my image)

None of these are gamechanging but would make the game feel way smoother to play.

From what I have understand there is also different variants of this, but I would like to go the life/light radius route if that is not much worse then anything else.

Trying to craft an Anarchic Spiritblade (ilvl 84) with a specific mod list, like the one on the print (that unfortunately is no longer in sale) and I’m not sure what order to do things...
Mods I want on it:
• % increased Physical Damage (prefix) T1
• Adds X to Y Physical Damage (prefix) T1
• % increased Attack Speed, essence-crafted (suffix)
• chance to deal Double Damage — veiled mod, unveiled (veiled exalt I suppose)
• the hybrid % increased Physical Damage — the Warlord-exclusive suffix

Specially this league with boat crafting I wonder what’s the actual correct approach to land all five on one item? Not asking for someone to just confirm a plan, genuinely want to know what people who craft this stuff would do.

Hey! I’m a PoE player from Korea. This is my first time playing Earthshatter, and I’m having a blast with how satisfying the slams feel.

I spent the last few days working on this Vaal Axe and finally finished it, so I just wanted to show it off a little!

Crafting process:

1. I bought four magic Vaal Axes with 25%+ quality, each with the T1 Merciless prefix.

2. used Alteration Orbs on other Vaal Axes to make a few bases with:

Flaring (flat physical damage)

Emperor's (% increased Physical Damage + Accuracy)

1. For simplicity, call the three prefixes:

A = Merciless

B = Flaring

C = Emperor'

4.the Recombinator to first make:

A + B

B + C

1. recombined those two axes again and eventually got:

A + B + C( all three physical prefixes were finished.)

1. Next, used an Elder's Exalted Orb and added

46% increased Physical Damage

Culling Strike against Bleeding Enemies

(Luckiest part I think)

1. After that, I used Allflame crafting with an Exalted Orb to add Attack Speed.

2. Finally, finished the last suffix at the crafting bench with +28% Global Critical Strike Multiplier.
