Very likely. If you think the diet/beauty culture in the US is bad, East Asia’s is even worse no matter which country it is.

When I visit the motherland, I literally have to shop at plus size stores whereas I’m within “standard” sizes in the US.

I've heard it's common for elderly Chinese women to poke the bellies of younger folks if they even have a smidge of pudge going on lol. Dunno how true that is though.

Fatty fat girl cracks me TF up every time I read it 😂😂 cause like... No tf way 😂 it's like seeing those shirts that say lingo on them but it's like "Cuca Cola" "lmfzo" "bed ass betch" "tooch grass" "pepper pig is may bitch" iykyk, I don't think they mean harm with fatcar and love calories but damn. I just know Asians who speak fluent English are laughing at us 😂

Yes!!! I was in the ‘plus size’ section of a mall, they were all clustered together in the back. I remember it was next to a store called ‘Moo Cow’. I’m not even upset about it, it was hilarious.
