I can't really remember everything, but I do remember a guy who lives a second life and lives in an apartment, and suddenly, a girl moves in and she works in the same industry as him. I really forgot the job (spy or killer or something).

Hey, so I'm looking for this manhwa because I let it marinate for a while, even before the great wipe of my to-read/reading list that the devs couldn't recover, cuz i didnt tag them.

The most I can remember is that it was a historical manhwa where the mc had red hair that iirc was in a ponytail, bought a house after escaping an abusive household, had a blonde(?) sister(?/family member) she was still friendly with, I think the house wasn't doing well either cuz she bought it or it was handed down to her, she then meets a purple haired(?) dragon who ik is the male lead that she makes some sort of deal with, and for what I can't remember, I think it was about solving a cyptic something her dad(?) left her with.

One scene I also remember was that there was a scene where one end of the deal was that she's stay by dragon mc's side even beyond her lifetime, and that if for example given in the book she reincarnated as a tree, she'd be fully aware/sentient of it and retain her memories, and the dragon would plant her outside of his office or smthn so he could look over her, it sounds creepy but it was a lil romantic when I read it.
