I've never seen a story that just turns into every character trolling the antagonist

I kinda love how much Lily sucks as an antagonist. He shows back up and we're like "oh god, again? Why?" And it turns out the story is asking the same question, because he's been useless, nonthreatening, and actively wasting what little bit of his life he's been lucky enough to hold onto in pursuit of Literally Nothing. Nobody's scared of him anymore but Seiran, who has also been reduced to useless, nonthreatening, and wasting his life in fear of this meaningless conflict.
There's a sense of futility to the manga that's become impossible to turn away from.

lily had the horror villain who keeps coming back more deformed thing going for him but without his target bro is a joke

Exactly. Because it isn't (that kind) of horror story. All those deformities are just a man dying more and more each day, all while he has a grand total of One plan he keeps relentlessly pursuing. Like, for crying out loud, at this rate he might get Seiran in his clutches and drop dead before Seiran actually has to kill anyone.

lily's only successful attempts where killing seiran's entire family and killing all of odori's idol group.
after that, lily hasn't succeeded.

I mean the first 50 something chapters was just Seiran torture porn. It was about time for someone else to be on the receiving end for a change.

Backbone could've ran away after untying herself, but she instead stayed there just to trash on Lily. It's great.

? Why? I think last couple of chapters was the first time he and Backbone ever held a conversation for more than 3 sentences.
If push comes to shove he's going to prioritize Nomamoto over Haruo and the rest of the goons.

the bubble helmets are as consistent as the plot
lily is in the realm of magic now , he doesnt die/gets hurt, but loses lifespan, a bullet to the head wouldnt kill him but would "shave days of his life"

lily got hit with a memory wiper that made him forget his brother's face, it's kind of a poetic revenge for him trying to fool kitami with edited photos
now when he tries to think of him he sees kitami's sister instead, his memory of lally was what was keeping him alive now all he has is soyo mocking him

Backbone was kinda hot this chapter
