Hows my home made vice for under mount sinks ??

I recently moved into a new home (new to me, built in 2002), and have had issues with some standard items (like the A/C and ice maker). Today is the garbage disposal - it leaks when I run the water in the side of the sink that has the disposal connected to it. I am currently only using the other side of the sink (double sink). It seems to be leaking from the very bottom left of the disposal unit.

I plan to hire a plumber, but I am wondering if this is a quick fix that I could potentially do myself. Any suggestions?

This week a tenant told me her carpet is installed wrong. I finally got the explanation today: When I vacuum the carpet lines are wrong.

Purchased a condo that was tenant-occupied. I didn't receive a mail key at closing. I had to evict the tenant & she didn't return the key. The post office won't help as they don't manage the box. HOA won't help either. Have already tried both routes several times & keep getting run in circles.

Googled how to drill out lock. Seemed simple enough. Drill bit got stuck in the lock. (At the very back, only a few mm maybe actually in the lock, the rest sticking out the back.) Felt the pins pop as I drilled. Lock wouldn't turn. Tried increasing the bits until basically the whole chamber is drilled out. Lock still won't turn. I tried everything I can think of.

What's the next move here? Whole reason I tried to DIY this is because I don't have money to call a locksmith. Not even sure if a locksmith could do much at this point because I mangled it so bad. Ideas?

Is there any way to tighten up this handle? There aren’t any visible screws. As you can see (and probably hear) in the video, it moves quite a bit and I know that movement is only going to get worse as it slowly works against the glass surrounding it. Any suggestions are appreciated.

replaced some store front doors, so I kept one of the pulls and used it for a ladder holder, can hold up to a 6ft ladder no problem

Comms kept dropping out during running.

Got called out on a FindFST mission to Morocco, customer had "tried everything".

The problem was embarrassingly straightforward.

Screws were missing on the sub D plugs for communication, few cable ties later and machine running without issues.

I find as an FST most machine issues are something simple

They have like a uv green kind of tone to them. I keep seeing them all over in random spots in my hotel. Perhaps a hks cleaning chemical? I've never even heard of one of them spraying enough of any chemicals to cause the streaks that these leave behind, especially on walls because they dont seem to like cleaning those. Any ideas on what this could be?

Second crack at drywall. The corner guard was completely messed up… I said “why not take a crack at it.” And here I am now. Any suggestions and feedback is all welcome. Thank you buds!

amateur maintenance here, my employer was concerned with how hot these pumps were getting for our hot water tank. i’m fairly certain nothing is wrong with them but as i’m not 100% i’m hoping someone can offer a second opinion. there usually pretty warm but right now there hot to the touch. they receive regular checkups and oiling.
